Convenient location near with a lot of restaurant . Clean hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Everything is good. I’m a lucky one because when I arrived at the hotel to check in the receptionist told me that I was given a free upgrade to deluxe room. That room more bigger than what I’m booking. I’m so happy with the free upgrade room. Value for money. I will stay here again next time and will recommend this hotel to my friend.

If you are budget traveller, this is one of the best place to stay. AC was super cold. The bed was comfy. The water heater working perfectly. Had my stay for 2 nights. Everything was excellent. The downside only you have to climb 1 level to get to the reception counter.

Hotel is closed to KTCC mall, easy to get the food, laundry 🧺 but when entering the room, it is smell like cigarette smoke. The standard room we stayed just for sleep only nothing much ..TV channels also not much

Very basic hotel. Don't expect too much. Just okay for one night stay or transit before heading to pulau redang. Location is good since near to new KTCC mall. Just a walking distance. The room, bed and facilities in the hotel are all below par. But still ok for a quick rest/transit
