Likely to be the Best Villas in Seminyak!”

during our 12 day bali trip we stayed at 5 different hotels/villas all around the island, this was our first destination for 3 nights & it set a very high standard... jas villas would most definitely be our favourite of them all & the place we will most definitely come back to! prior to arrival we arranged vip immigration & airport transfers through jas villas and even when flight delays caused us to arrive at 2am everything ran very smoothly. our driver even took us through kuta to see the sights despite it being the middle of the night with a big smile. check in also went smoothly and management was very friendly and welcoming. our 2 bedroom villa (we only used 1) was absolutely beautiful; the pictures featured on agoda don't do it justice. the breakfast choices were abundant and delicious and enjoying it in the sun on your poolside cabana...what more can you ask for! the villas provided free transport to anywhere in seminyak and arranged a taxi for us at no cost when the driver was not available to take us to dinner one night. it's in a great location on a prime shopping street and close to many lovely restaurants or the in-villa meals might take your fancy all at affordable prices as well as a well stocked mini bar. there are also in-villa spa treatments where the therapist comes to you, we indulged in a balinese massage and it was lovely. amongst all these amazing features our number one highlight had to be the private pool, it was immaculate and even had a water feature cascading down into it. overall this is a fantastic place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it as a must to any couple/family that is looking for a prime place to stay in seminyak!

Excellent and Quiet Two Bedroom Villa”

The Jas Villas is conveniently located not far from a main road in Seminyak where the shopping district, bars and restaurants are. Two bedroom villa facility is ideal for small groups of up to 4 people each. TV, bathtub and shower unit in each of the room makes it fully equipped. Small kitchenette with all the necessary cutleries and utensils as well as microwave oven for simple cooking. Fridge was its mini-bar, and one occasion the room service team claimed that I have consumed a can of coke - which is unlikely, as beer is really cheap in Bali - reception staff then waived the charges. The swimming pool is a bit small for adults though. Heavy rains tends wet the floor easily if the blinds were not lowered (or even with it lowered). The TV reception broke down at times leaving mosaic images on two occasions and "no info signal" message for a large part of one nite. I was spoilt for choice with the many TV channels - from English, Mandarin to Korean. The villa is quiet during this season which I moved in and stayed over for 5 days - cannot hear anything from the neighboring villa units. Security is good, as all guests and visitors have to pass by the reception counter before reaching villa units. The doors had traditional rings which were not too friendly to hang "Do Not Disturb / Make Up Room" wooden sign. And the door lock were hard to lock and pull out the keys at times, perhaps due to the alignment of the lock mechanisms. Breakfast is great - wide selection (local to western), promptly served at the cafe with a cozy ambience. Breakfast can be delivered from cafe to the doorsteps of the villa unit. The spa and massage service is good, reasonably priced (with 20% discount for occupants) and private - just that there were only 2 masseurs in the evening and one of them was late. Reception staff speaks English well and friendly, professional and highly responsive in attending to all requests (e.g. seeking for map of Seminyak area, requesting for missing shower gels a

The JAS Villas are absolutely sublime!!”

Sadly it was my last night in Bali before heading home to Sydney on the late Jetstar flight. I hadn't booked any accomodation for the night as I had been staying in Ubud but wanted to be closer to shopping & the airport for my last day/night. I found a 2 bedroom Villa on Agoda @The JAS Villas right in the hub of Seminyak at a super cheap rate so booked it & I was gobsmacked at how awesome the Villa was. The staff were amazing & arranged a 7.30pm checkout the next evening which was bang on for me to get to the airport on time for my flight. My only regret is that I didn't discover this gem earlier in my stay. I will definitely be staying at The JAS Villas on my next trip to Bali. The location was perfect, just down a laneway from all the action in Seminyak yet when in the Villa it was tranquil & super relaxing, you would never know that a 3 min walk away was the hub of Seminyak clubs, bars & restaurants. And right at the end of the laneway across the road was a 24 hr restaurant WINNING

Great place to stay ... Home away from Home”

We stayed at The Jas Villas for 4 nights and we loved our stay. The villa was very clean and well maintained. All the staffs welcomed us with a smile on their face and were obliging for all our requests. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the shopping center. The hotel is very near to seminyak beach which is the most cleanest beach and it's a surfers paradise. The hotel provided us with local sim and phone for our use. They had bikes for rental at an affordable price. Our stay with two kids was lovely and my kids miss the pool very much in the villa. Staff were kind to serve the breakfast to our villa daily. Staff at villa - Great job. Will be coming back to Bali and staying in the same hotel next time. Our family rating for this hotel is 5* (star). Keep rocking and smiling guys.

Lovely hotel with the best service ”

We decided to go for a 3 day 2 night stay in bali and after trawling through the multiple hotels in Agoda website we finally settled for Jas villas due to the great recommendation that came along with it and the good price. Mainly also we were very interested in the idea of a private pool for ourselves. The villa has 2 rooms but we only went as one couple and hence occupied only one room. The villa is off the main road but are very near rows of shopping, groceries and plenty of good restaurants. The service of the villa is spectacular with not a detail left to chance. They serve your breakfast in your villa at a time which you prefer according to a list of items which u have ticked. Food is not extraordinary but good! The layout of the villa was a private pool framed by two rooms. The private pool is not humungous so don't go in expecting a olympic size pool but just enough for a small family and yes, 2 people who intend for some fun splashing about in relative privacy .I say relative because the villas next to us were double storey and could easily peer into ours. The rooms were simple and we had trouble with the air conditioning in our room . The bathrooms were really tropical with it being under the sky but well covered. Oh, and a heads up toothpaste is NOT provided.

Fantastic Stay”

This is our return visit to Jas Villas. They used to send the breakfast to your villa every morning but they have stooped doing so after opening a cafe facing the reception. They will still send the breakfast over if you order by room service. Also, they have started collecting deposit, for 3 nights stay, they collected Rp800k. Some complained to the road leading up to the villas is a mess, but i assured you at least it is tarmac-ed now, slightly. There is some construction going on along the road but it must have stopped work because the progress is the same as i have last seen one year ago! The villas are good as usual, but the glass panel at the toilet was leaking badly when it was raining heavily one night. So one have to do their business in the toilet under the leaking panel. And when we feedback to the staff next morning, they said that we should have inform them when it happened (hello, it was 1am) and that they would have change villas for us if we had done so. Despite this small incident, everything was fine. The free transport within Seminyak was the great. Sent to you Potato Head, pick you from Potato Head, packet Babi Guling, errand to buy stuff... love their services overall.

relaxing chinese new year holiday”

We booked a week chinese new year holiday in BALI, We booked the Jas Villas because they have great deal of the price. We enjoy a lot of our staying, really love the breakfast bring to our villa every morning which we pre ordered 1 day before.the villa is really privet, lovely privet pool like 10sqm big and 140cm deep so it is really nice. from villa it takes 10-15mins walking to the closest beach. The villa also provide free mobile phone for guests to make local call to contact the villa during the whole staying the only complain we had is internet is super slow, sometimes even we can't get on line. Hope the villa will try to maneger this soon. In the end we give the jas villa a big thanks for our first staying in Bali!

Love our stay”

It was our last nite in Bali and we decided to book a 2 bed room villa. We arrived early at 10am but the villa was not ready so we came back only ard 9pm. As the spa was closing at 10pm, the spa sent 2 staff to our villa for the massage instead. Super love the massage. We were drinking n swimming at midnite!! A hp was provided for our use locally but seems like the value is only sufficient for one call as we had to walk all the way to the reception to ask them to call McDelivery for us. Too bad the pool was too dip, our kids couldn't get a chance to swim in the pool before we check-out the next day. wifi was fast too and breakfast was sent on time as per our requested time. For the price, it's definately worth the stay and I would recommend Jas Villas to my friends. It's definately my choice of stay for my next trip to Bali!

What can I say - I loved it!”

We stayed at Jas Villas for 8 nights (I could have stayed forever!)We stayed in Tanah Lot villa, two bedrooms with huge bathrooms, waterfall showers - great for shoulder knots and aching necks, in both bathrooms, egg shaped bath in main bathroom (I never thought I would get to try one out - highly recommended)Large, very cool, plunge pool with water feature, gazebo and outside kitchen/dining.Ten minute walk to the beach though the back gangs to Ku De Ta and down to the beach. Five minute walk through a pretty rutted gang (nicknamed Two Cow Lane by my husband,real name Bugis) to Laksmana Street and great shopping and resturants - try Cafe Bali - beautiful.Take the torch provided at night to get back down the gang or walk down the next paved, lir gang and through the shorter rutted cross gang.We loved our villa, maybe not 5 star but friendly, helpful staff, adequate, plentiful breakfasts and the calming sound of the water feature meant we had the most relaxing holiday I can remember. There were a couple of what I consider minor problems - the bathroom floor did not have an adequate fall to let the high volume of water from the shower drain completely away, hence puddles on the floor (I can live with that)and mosquitos at night (personal insect repellant highly recommended),mosquito coils are provided and do help.Also a mouldy smell from the cupboard under the sink, I recommend you don't open it! Free wifi with good connection, villa cleaned daily, lovely staff, great location and nothing to do but relax - heaven!I would (and hopefully will) go back in a flash.Off to buy a lottery ticket now............

Jas Villas was a taste of luxury, a perfect blended privacy and friendliness. Jas offers onsite services and staff freely give valuable advice and information. The private pool was sublime, round-the-clock relaxation therapy under balmy Balinese skies. The room was well-equipped, spacious and cool (fan and air-con). The large bathroom presented a stunning bathtub that was sensory alluring and visually beautiful. Decor was on the neutral side, but probably so designed to cater for diverse foreign tastes. Room service was prompt and friendly, and the spa-healing centre delivered high-quality and attentive healing treatments. To pay a little extra for these convenient and professional services, (compared to what you can pay on Seminyak streets) was well worth it. Other Jas services such as transfers, transport, tours, laundry service, the bar and restaurant, were equally as noteworthy, as the Jas team go the extra mile to please. Home away from home. Everything made easy.

Great outdoor living, friendly staff.”

I loved my stay in the Jas Villas, it made my first trip to Bali very memorable. Rooms were serviced daily and was spotless so we didn't have to lift a finger on return to the villa. Rooms were good sized and bed must ws huge. Outdoor bathroom made our stay very interesting,such as showering in the rain, soaking in the bath tub with the sound of rain so close by!I wasn't a big fan of the outdoor living area, but for those who love the sun, it'll be just perfect. Pool was a bit small, but suitable for my friend and I who both can't swim. Location is also good, only 3min away from the famous Ultimo restaurant and 5min from the Seminyak sqaure.I will definitely go back!

Beautiful villa's, very clean & perfect location!”

We had a beautiful stay at the Jas Villas! The rooms are spacious, quiet, private & spotlessly clean (especially compared with most Balinese hotels) the construction site down the road didn't effect our stay at all. The villas are great value for money with a descent size private pool & two large bedrooms each with their own semi outdoor bathrooms. The breakfast was ok, but not a problem being located so close to a variety of restaurants & cafe's. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. We had such a relaxing peaceful time at The Jas Villa, which was always nice to go back to after a day out in the hustle & bustle of Seminyak.

The Jas was excellent! Stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was awesome. Location is amazing, about a 5 minute walk from Seminyak Square. I would give it a 4.5/5, with the few negatives being: - the walk down the alleyway to the villa seemed a bit sketchy at first. In reality there were two security guards so no issues, but did have to watch out for scooters! Also couldn’t fit a car down the alleyway, which was a bit annoying - the sheets and towels could be a little bit nicer, but they were still clean - it would be nice if the pool had a bit of shade over it, as between around 11am - 3pm it was in full sunlight (this might be a positive for some!) - the room where the couch was could definitely be used better! It was a bit weird and didn’t have any windows. Overall, would definitely be back to the Jas Villas!

Lovely villa with great service”

Stayed at Jas villa for my boyfriend birthday celebration. Requested by email bfor our stay for a bday cake to be send in during his birthday as a surprise for him but did not arrive during bfast. Thought that they hv forgotten bout it but they still manage to send in after our return to the villa at nite time. Bfast choice is quite limited but in huge portions and maybe bcos tis is suppose to be a 2 bedroom villa which can accomodate 4 people, allthough we only have 2 people we are still allow to order more than 2 portions of bfast. Nice service & clean villa. Will be good if we can control the water feature on/off ourselve in the villa. Walkway back to villa from main seminyak restaurant area is just a stone throw away but as construction is still goin on for other resorts, it is relatively dark and quiet at nite if you were to walk back on foot.

Lovely Cosy Villa + great customer service staff”

Pros- Awesome Villa's at the special price we got it at, by awesome I mean, modern, minimal, great size, nice bathroom features, and great Villa Layout Good Menu, Awesome breakfast delivered to door every morning, and is glad wrapped Location is right smack in the middle of Seminyak Pool is just the right size for an intimate hang out away from everything, with nice water feature. Through a mobile phone, we can ring operator, and staff is on hand Cons- Found a huge spider in the bathroom (because it's an outdoor bathroom with walls), so get ready to tackle it if you need to or ring staff Only one of the rooms had a bath, so one couple misses out (we went with two couples) A bit of a walk to the Villa from the main street (approx 100 metres), and because it rained those days, it was very muddy, so don't bring your white shoes ( we all rented scooters) Room service is very expensive, considering the prices of mini bar is somewhat on par with the convenience store e.g Small Bitang 15k, Room Service 150K We went with two couples, so this Villa was perfect with a common kitchen area where we hung out (highly recommend this if you plan to travel with another couple), as it beat's going to a hotel and have two separate rooms Restaurants are a bit on the expensive side, especially spending time in Kuta for half the trip

This is my second trip to Bali and once again I stay in Jas villas in Seminyak. This time it didn't disappoint again, as their villas and services were still as good as I remembered it to be. Overall, very good villas in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Location is also very central and only a short walk away from the beach and main street with restaurants and shops. Always a pleasant stay in Jas villas and definitely value for money.

Pros: - Greats and awesome facilities, toilets, cleanliness, swimming pool, breakfast and everything all. - They have a mosquito repellent in each bedrooms. Cons: - I booked The Jas Villas but they give me a Jas Green Villas. Its a small villa with no living rooms and its Ok for me because I still love it. They put me in Jas Green Villa because I have a 4months baby and the reason why because its more quiter with no vechicle passing by than The Jas Villas. - Staying in villa B1, when it rains it will abit flood the kitchenet and through your master bedroom. If no rains its ok no flood. Overall I still love and comfortable with this villa and the location. Breakfast with much varieties and the food is nice. You should stay here with no hesitatation to booked! (=

Nice and clean villa”

We were moved to the newer Jas boutique villa instead of The Jas Villa. Overall it was a nice stay, with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were also friendly and were available to help us with issues with the room even late at night. The villa is very quiet and security within is good too. However, I think because the villa is newly opened, the roads which lead into the villas were not well paved and it was a bumpy ride or walk into the villa from the main street. Also when returning to the villa, the roads were not well iluminated and could potentially be dangerous. Once on the main street, there are a number of shopping/eateries/spas. The villa is about 10mins walk away from the Bintang supermarket and about 20mins walk away from beach 66 which is a surfing beach.

Worth value for a villa at great location”

i went to bali with a friend staying at the jas villa for 3 nights. the villa is small and just nice for 2 persons. villa is well-equipped with wifi, however the wifi is not stable and need to log in whenever you want to google the website. besides, the pool is small too and there is no side sitting place in the pool where you can sit in the pool for relaxation. overall, the villa is clean and breakfast is good. the staff is friendly and helpful. i had a leg cramped in my last day stay and need emergency assistance to go nearby clinic. the staff offered to send me to clinic and accompany me till i finished the treatment. very well taking care of the guest!

Couldn't have asked for more”

What an amazing little villa, absolutely loved our stay. Was the perfect place for my two friends and I to unwind and get out well deserved r&r. Excellent value for Money, would definitely recommend to a friend! Can not fault the service we received, the staff were wonderful and always happy to assist with any request we threw their way. We stayed in villa 1 (Named Ubud) which was very clean and tidy and the layout suited us perfectly. The pool and gazebo/day lounge were definitely the highlights for us. The free breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Negative: I possibly wouldn't recommend for a family with small children as the rooms lead straight to the pool and there are no internal doors between rooms. The external doors can be locked internally but I feel not wise for children in their own room. The only other negative was we got quite a few mosquitos in our bedroom at night. All in all perfect for what our girls vacation required. Thank you Jas villas for a wonderful time.
