The hotel is located in easy accessible location. You will find everything you need in and around the hotel. Very easy to go to the Patong Beach and also if you want to enjoy the night-life of Phuket. Rooms are very tidy. The Rooftop Pool is the highlight of the hotel. One of the best experience you will get in the pool. The staff are awesome, starting from the concierge to the housekeeping staff everyone is friendly. Specially the reception team, they are very helpful and understanding. And not to forget ‘Funnie’(receptionists), she is the star of the hotel. The moment we checked-in we were greeted and welcomed by her in a very professional manner. Very good communication skills and very good spoken English. Helped us in all possible ways she can and also recommended some places for sightseeing. I really would love to see ‘Funnie’ welcoming me in my next trip to The Marina Phuket Hotel. Will surely visit again and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phuket.

A value for money..cheap for a 4 star hotel.. Positive -clean room(no odor) -buffet breakfast -shuttle from hotel to patong beach(take note you can walk too(10-15mins) -heart of the city(near to Shops,Mall,Restaurants,Bangla Road and Patong Beach) -Pool is Clean and Gorgeous(located: Rooftop of the hotel(10am-10pm) -accomodating staffs(always greet us and always cleaning our room,changing our towels everyday..) -they have a boot for activities around Phuket.. -they also give you a free of use of their towels from pool to beach Negative -No Restaurant -not all staff can understand basic english..(hard to communicate sometimes) but overall we enjoyed our 6days of stay here at The Marina Phuket Hotel..well be back here for sure..thank you AGODA!!! -

Fantastic Stay in Phuket - Close enough and Far enough from the hustle”

The Marina Phuket is a fantastic hotel only 1 klm from the tourist centre of Patong which was ideal as a 15 stroll had me in the heart of the action, but the noise and congestion of Phuket could be avoided at the hotel and especially on the roof in the expansive infinity pool with adjacent bar (Kong and Mint ensured drinks were delivered promptly and professionally with an accompanying Thai smile). At the reception, Luna was brilliant and even when communication/interpretation was confused by her colleagues, Luna jumped in and ensured my query was answered. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others visiting Patong that if they're after modern, clean and spacious accommodation then the Marina Phuket is an ideal choice

Fantastic hotel in Patong”

We stayed in The Marina Phuket in February 2019 for 3 nights. We got a deal via Agoda and paid roughly GBP 50 per night which was an absolute bargain as the hotel is normally priced quite highly. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We found the room to be really clean and spacious. The pool area was our favourite, with the fantastic infinity pool and 2 for 1 cocktail deals! The hotel is well located in Patong, only 10 min walk from Bangla Road. It's close enough to be near the action without being on your doorstep. Great hotel and we would definitely stay again!

The receptionist (Diane, Jang, Mind) from The Marina Phuket hotel is friendly and lovely. The staffs are AMAZING – never without a smile, always eager to help in any way they can. They provided good room services and the hotel room environment is very comfortable. The room designs are trendy and the view from the infinity pool is amazing. The room facilities is perfect. Overall is excellent. The hotel location is just fine and it is about 1km to walk from the hotel to Patong beach. Highly recommended for having a stay for your vacation in Patong, Phuket.

BEST HOTEL ever in Phuket! Nice and clean, Good food, Good location and great service! U will never regret! Special thanks to FO team/concierge and To MS DIANE. Location: it’s just a 10-15 min walk to Jungceylon mall, Bangla RD & Patong beach(where u can find more varieties of local foods and shoppings) for me the location was ok, as it’s always packed and noisy around central (if u are looking for a peaceful relax trip.) 👉🏻Free bus to patong 👉🏻U can also grab a “taxi bike” THB100 from hotel to patong beach/Bangla RD. And there’s a new coming night market nearby the hotel, just like Bangkok which will be more convenient if u are up to local food hunting. TIP: * if u guys can only accommodate 1 island hoppings on your holiday, don’t go to pHiphi island *best to book along the road side for tour package (u can negotiate)

Exceptional”

We stayed here for 5 nights over New Years and enjoyed it. The rooms were very clean and the rooftop pool was amazing. It was about a 15 minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and another 10 minutes to Patong Beach from the mall. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also had an in-house tour agent - she was great and honest in providing us with good tours to go on and was able to get us good prices. The only downside we had with this hotel was the breakfast spread. It was fairly disappointing and did not measure up in any way to breakfasts provided at other hotels in Phuket.

Clean, close to patong, but with noise problem”

The location is quite close to the Patong but with huge of noise from the main road in front of the hotel. Noise problem is the main concern. Motor bikes with racing exhaust pipe are everywhere in Patong. if you are the person with sleeping problem, think about this issue. Other than that, It was a great experience for us. The swimming pool on the roof floor is fantastic where you can enjoy the view of Patong. Ps. This was our fifth times to visit Phuket. We tried different hotels such as Sala, Foto, Kalima. What I can say is reasonable price with clean (new) , good location(near Patong Beach).

Good hotel”

Marina is a famous hotel in Phuket and one gets to know why. The best thing about it is that it’s very good value for money. The hotel is located at a main road and is not far from the real action of Phuket. It’s close to Patong beach and walking street. All good places are easily accessible.

We loved staying at the Marina hotel we arrived march 5 and left march 13. from beginning to end we had an awesome guest experience. we felt welcomed and happy we made the decision to stay here. this was a birthday trip for me. the hotel staff made a surprise visit to my room with a tira misu like cake (which was delicious) and a candle on top. that literally made my day. how thoughtful of them! the pool/ bar is a must. drinks taste fantastic and food is also delicious (i recommend the long island iced tea) ... not over priced. include breakfast in your reservation, just do it; you won’t be disappointed. breakfast was delicious every morning. hotel gym is nice with basic machines. view in/ from pool is amazing. hotel staff overall is friendly, professional and attentive. rooms are nice and clean. bed is firm and comfortable. you can rent a scooter at the hotel which is nice. hotel location is perfect, so many things close by. we’ll recommend and be back! hated we had to go.

Exceptional Place...”

Exceptional!!! I could've not picked a better place for my first time in Patong Beach, Phuket. From the front door, lobby, front desk, security, the room and rooftop. Everything was exceptional most definitely the front desk, roof top staff and security. Professional, friendly, and prompt. The location is close to everything, nightlife, shopping, and more. You can walk or get a ride on the Grab app. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The rooftop and pool have a amazing view of the city, beach and sunrise/sunset. Good place for a photo opportunity. When I come back to visit I will stay here again Seriously, I highly recommend this place. But you don't have to take my word for it lol. Go see for yourself...

Amazing Place and Pool is really fantastic!”

we loved this hotel. i love to explore hotels, hence why whenever we go on vacation i love to book few different hotel during our stay. The Marina was our second hotel during this trip, after having a bad time from the previous hotel, we loved the treatment and attention given in this hotel. The staffs are super polite, helpful and we loved the front desk staff who assisted with our check in and check out, super friendly. The pool was amazing as it has a beautiful view and the drinks are priced reasonably . It was a really fun stay and there is a convenient mart just next to the hotel which is really helpful. I would love to come back to this place again.

Arrived earlier. Room was ready thankfully. Had welcome towel and drink. Friendly staff, assist us to check with itinerary company. Walkable distance 15mins to patong beach. 7-eleven and spa nearby. Aircon very cooling. Great infinity pool view and roof bar. Good marina themed hotel. Improvements: shower bathtub poor design, always water out into general toilet area. Water pressure Low on 6th floor and hot/cold flow water inconsistent. Fire alarm sounded Sunday morning 7am, even false alarm, but no follow up announcement Nor letter. Breakfast spread can be improved. Could not find Bedroom slippers Nor bathrobe. Overall was good stay. Believe will be better stay in future.

Pleasant stay”

Roof top swimming pool with bar facilities is the USP of this hotel where one can relax under the sun in the water looking at beach horizon. Gym facility was good. New hotel with nice interior. Breakfast options are really good. It is around 1.1 km from patong beach. Increasing number of shuttles could be great value for customers as transport cost is exorbitant in Phuket whether you go with Grab or private taxi or TukTuk. This hotel is going to be a fascinating place who wants to relax away from hustle and bustle. I would love to come again !!!!

Very good”

The staffs at The Marina were super friendly, helpful and professional. They provide transport to and fro from Patong Beach which is super helpful even if you’re not going to the beach. Rooms were acceptably clean and comfortable. One bad aspect of the hotel is if you stay on the side facing the main road, be prepared to stay up all night due to the loud rumbling noises from the vehicles passing by (windows were not sound-proof). However our request to change to another room at the other side were prompt and fuss-free. We slept like babies on our second night onwards. If you are willing to walk, location wouldn’t be a problem as the main Patong areas (Jungceylon, Bangla street etc.) are all around 15-20 mins walk. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Marina and would recommend it to you if you’re an easy-going traveller like us.

Amazing stay! We really had great time with this beautiful hotel. Clean and friendly staff. I remember sharing how good my stay in Phuket with Meili, Lee, and Kong of Marina Rooftop and they are so attentive and accomodating. Good Job! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel for good price. ”

Better booked the hotel min. 2 weeks before ur fix date, so I'll get good price from Agoda. Quite close to reach the beach, and u'll find cheap food just a walking distance (at same road to reach the beach). The hotel it's self also very clean. But almost difficult to find smoking area, even at the pool area. Smoking only allowed outside the lobby and at the room balcony (but don't forget to close the door so no smoke enter the room) This hotel also provide (third party) tour service. I book mini van (join van) to get back to the airport at 200 THB/person, same price if booked from other tour service. mean it'll save ur energy, coz no need to look for other tour, just book direct from the hotel (with good price) and it's done. if the price too high, you can also bargain it 😋 The area for sure so far from Bangla or Banzan. but we love it, coz the beach side near the hotel is better than the beach side from Bangla. Excellent Value for Money and Friendly Staff”

This is the first hotel we've stayed at where the reality meets our expectations from the photos online. A new hotel in a great location only 10 mins walk to either Bangla Road or the beach. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooftop pool was awesome! There was some road noise but only noticed it on the first night. The noise from other people in the corridors was mildly annoying and the shower would leak onto the bathroom floor. Free water everyday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Patong!

Such an awesome hotel! ”

Stayed here for 4 nights with a friend. The room was fabulous, new, immaculate and very spacious! Great food with full room service. The rooftop bar and pool area was out of this world! Great music, plenty of sun beds and great cocktails! Great music always pumping and even a DJ some nights! Overall, we will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone! Cons: - No smoking around the sun beds which is a first for Thailand. - Floor around bar gets pretty slippery when wet. - The could use a few ceiling fans above the round lounges bear the hat as they get a little hot without any breeze.
