Nice & sweet”

nice, comfortable, good value. Could have had better service, called for 2towels and a new phone since it didn't work @830pm & were never brought. Needs updating. Pool is not small child friendly. 4ft & higher seemed pretty deep. No one really uses the deep areas anymore. Except for 6ft for volleyball.

Standard hotel in Scottsdale”

pretty much the same as the neighboor hotel. it was a good value until they added a resort fee. also, we have issue on double billing when checking out. took a month and a half but finally the money was returned. hope this is only a one in a million issue.

Nice and cosy”

Huge room with comfy bed. what's else you can ask for! Staff are nice and helpful.

It was ok”

I was there for medical reasons and unable to take advantage of any facility. I was up and away from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Acceptable”

The location has gorgeous views but it attracts a certain type of crowd. Smelt like weed down hallways multiple times. The building is older too. Pictures look better than it really is. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was really surprised by the age and interior of the property. It was very aged and I never received housekeeping service. The staff were friendly. They charged for everything. $4 for a 8-10 oz cup of Starbucks coffee from a vending machine. Although, it said free coffee. The furniture was old and I didn’t sleep well in the bed because I kept feeling like dust mites were biting me. There was a lot of paining going on and I was charged $20 for an upgraded suite overlooking the lake, which I was happy to have more space but at checkout, I was charged an additional $50 per night resort fee. Ummmm, for what? I’ve stayed at the adjacent resort and was pleased. This is more of a 2 or 2.5 hotel and I never would have booked it if I had known I was paying $180 a night for 2 star. Sadly, I would not give this hotel a great rating because it is not updated and the mattresses and furniture are old. Sorry, I was expecting more from my 3 days.

Average hotel - nothing special”

Hotel is a decent value for your money in the heart of Scottsdale. A little old and outdated. Could use a remodel but overall a decent place to stay.

Extra billing for resort fee”

I would have booked several nights beyond the one I did but experience has taught me the pictures of the rooms can be deceiving. First up front desk billed $34.00 against my credit card. I paid the “resort” fee in the original Agoda booking. The clerk insisted it will be removed before I leave- of course it wasn’t, now a week later and I have to go through the credit card process to get it off! I could tell when I checked in they did not have it right. The room- outdated, not worth the money. You are on your own if you use facilities, the staff “knows nothing “.

Very good”

The pool was freezing even though they claim its heated. A waitress told us they have been having trouble with the heating. I resent that i had tompay a redort fee and could not use the pool

Great place”

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to have a pool and a bar. The lake was great I used the kayaks I just wish they would label where you shouldn’t paddle because I had some golfers warn me I was in an area where people would be hitting balls. Other than that it’s a great location.
