The room was so clean and organized! big room with great window view of the street of mesui. the staffs are very courteous and accommodating, very kind, polite and will help you with everything!! the location is in the heart of kuala lumpur, walking distance to pavillion, petronas towers, jalan alor, bukit bintang center and night pubs and other restaurants!!!

Very comfortable”

I stayed in Mesui hotel for six nights, my room only had a small window but did not worry me, room was very clean and comfortable, only a 4 or 5 minute walk to the bars on Changkat Bukit Bintang, staff were very friendly, I would definitely stay at Mesui Hotel when I return to KL. There is a 10 ringit per night government tax. Only thing I was not happy about was the 100 ringit deposit the hotel wanted.

The Hidden Gem”

The Mesui Hotel is a simple hotel tucked in a small street in Bukit Bintang. Its location is of walking distance to the monorail station Raja Chulan, and other go-to landmarks such as the Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, KLCC and more. The street is pretty much alive at night because of the bars and hangout cafes. The hotel and its facilities are very basic but it was nice coming back after a day of exploring KL and laying on their comfy beds. Just that perhaps Mesui can work on the toilet doors because the creaking sounds of my toilet door when opening/closing (and even my neighbours'!) are rather loud and annoying especially at night. To sum it all up, it has been a value-for-money stay in Mesui :)

Great Location”

- Room and toilet are clean except that are a few stains on bed sheet and towel which I am VERY particular about. - Bed is comfortable - Size of room is not too small nor big. Just nice for couples and able to fit our luggage. - Tooth brush, tooth paste and other necessities are not provided unless you request from them. - No mini bar and window for our room! This is the downside of the hotel! - Staffs are very friendly and always smiling. - So many bars, food stalls and massage parlor around the area. Love it! - Few minutes walk to bukit bintang where Sg Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion are. Overall, I enjoy my stay at The Mesui Hotel except for the noises made by our neighbor. They keep slamming the door and interrupting our sleep. Annoying adults!

One of the best reasonable hotel for a place like bukit bintang”

This was the second time I visited KL and still I stick to my best choice of hotel which is the mesui. Friendly staffs, allowed us for earlier check in of 2 hours since we arrived earlier. The hotel is well maintained and place is only walking distance to every popular spots of bukit bintang like the alor street and pavilion. Would definitely book my stay here if I were to visit KL.

Great value, convenient location and clean hotel!”

Mesui Hotel comes highly recommended if you're a traveler who's looking for something a bit more private and upscale than a backpackers, but still value for money and conveniently located. My room was AUD$50 a night and while it wasn't super spacious, there was enough room for a desk, wardrobe and drawers. As the hotel is quite new, the bathroom was squeaky clean and surprisingly not small/cramped. The customer service was also great and better than I've experienced at some pricier hotels elsewhere; the security guard even went out of his way to find me and my friend a taxi during peak traffic period. The only issue I could foresee was the music coming from the neighbouring bars and clubs; while it didn't bother me, light sleepers/families with children may find it an issue. All in all, 4.5 stars out of 5 and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Staying at the Mesui Hotel is always a pleasure. Excellent rooms at an unbeatable price. The exceptional staff makes staying here a pleasure as well. Sourov & Himel at the reception are always friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to help with a smile on their faces. This definitely adds to the charm of this hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

The Mesui Hotel ”

I was at The Mesui Hotel 3 years ago and I liked it. That’s why I came back there this time. The management has changed but the staff is still very nice and helpful. The hotel is modern, rooms are small but big enough, very clean and the bed really comfy. Nice area, close to Jalan Alor and others. The only thing they could improve is to find another internet provider because the WiFi is working a way too slow. Anyway I still highly recommend this hotel.

Super value in an excellent location ”

1. Location - Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang area. It's walking distance to malls, probably about 10 mins. But I would advise taking an Uber for safety reason. It's near to Pavillion, Farenheit 88, and all the malls around the golden triangle. 2. F&B - The hotel is surrounded by F&B outlets around the area. There is a bakery right opposite, then a cafe on the same row (looks like a popular cafe, looked full house in the morning). At night, there is a bar just at the corner of the same row and many more 3. The room - I stayed in the Loft room. it's perfect. the room is quiet, spacious with it's unique duplex design. bathroom, closet and study desk at the lower floor, bed and TV on the upper. Nice amount of space for two people. Modern and minimalist design. Great value for the amount we paid.

We booked the luxe room and i really love everything bout the room especially the unique window... the staffs were so friendly and helpful..great location too..near bukit bintang and easy access to restaurants, malls and bars...it's just that we were supposed to get welcoming drinks upon arrival which we didn't..but that's not a big deal..and one of the electric socket in our room which is connected to the bedside table lamp is broken..that's it..everything else was perfect!!

It'll be a good location for travelers like to walk around in KL, but advise to be extra alerts of safety while you're walking on streets. Room are clean and glad that friendly staff allowed early check-in without extra charges apply. (Always base on availability) If you're a coffee lover and you like to enjoy big breakfast strongly recommended "Feeka" cafe next to Mesui Hotel.

Superb”

The receptionists are super nice. They even gave us welcome drinks as we arrived. The room is clean and brand new. But, room service a bit late, as we arrived, the room still need make up. But, overall Im satisfied. Thanks the Mesui Hotel!

Small hotel at a great location ”

Staying at the Mesui was overall pleasant. The Lush room was more spacious in person, the bathroom space well thought out as well. The perfect location for those who want to enjoy KL's nightlife and within walking distance to Bukit Bintang. One thing that could improve would be room cleanliness, we noticed handprint stains all over the leather headboard and a few unmentionable things from the previous guest at the bottom of our bed as we were checking out...

New hotel in good location”

Second stay at The Mesui Hotel loft room. A pleasant stay in a decently sized room. Booked for the location as it is near to a lot of amenities and Changkat Bukit Bintang.

Good place to stay if you're looking for privacy”

One of my favourite hotels in KL. The staffs are always helpful and the rooms are always up to par. The only downside is that it lacks of parking and if you park at the street you may risk yourself to police fines or unauthorized people trying to take advantage of the situation. Overall good place to stay in Bukit Bintang.

Highly recommended”

I had one stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is just about 10min slow walk to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang. The room was quite small but it very clean, tidy, comfort, and the bed sheet is very fresh. Definitely I will coming back when I visit KL again.

Nice hotel”

Good location as walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Clean rooms and facilities are sufficient. Large shower too. Bed are so comfy and the room size is just nice to stay in especially if you are spending most of the time going out. Next door are cafes and restaurants that can feed your hunger and 7 Eleven store which is just around the block. Staff are friendly and you can relax, play chess game at the lounge downstair.

Great hotel. Close to the action of Bukit Bintang without being too noisy. Clean. Very friendly staff. The only problem was that the wifi in my room was very slow sometimes I had to tether to my cell phone to get any internet. It is a good choice of hotel. I would go back.

the hotel is near raja chulan station. It is just 5 minutes walking distance. Besides, 10 minutes walk can reach bukit bintang. The hotel difficult to find car park. But you able to enjoy the night life in Kuala Lumpur. It has few pubs around the hotel.
