Great service and very comfortable stay”

our stay in the deluxe room at tunga paradise was very comfortable. the hotel is a stone's throw from seepz and close enough to the airport (20 minutes drive). they picked us up from the airport promptly as promised and helped organize our tour of mumbai. given our stay was only for a couple of days, the tour operator did a good job of showing us around mumbai. overall good customer service and a great value for money.

Located in the Andheri MIDC area, Paradise by Tunga is very easy to find. Facilities are clean and the staff is courteous. Rooms are adequately spacious. Would definitely recommend and would visit again myself...

We were in Mumbai shooting footage for a documentary. A number of problems arose (such as where to shoot the interviews, changes in plans and the need for rides and extra rooms). The staff at the hotel were efficient and effective. They assisted us in finding solutions and lessening our load. When you are on location shooting a film...problems arise. Having a hotel staff that is attentive and helpful is an amazing benefit. They helped make the shoot possible. Kudos and thank you.

Great room and wonderful service”

This hotel had very modern, clean, large rooms including a big wardrobe, sitting area and desk. It was very difficult to connect the Internet but the IT guy came up to the room promptly and got everything working with no further problems during my stay (and the Internet was free). The hotel has 3 restaurants including a buffet, an ala carte menu and a fast food place. The only negative is that the hotel is in the north part of town (very close to the airport) and can take an hour or more to get to the downtown area (depending on traffic).

Decent Hotel”

The staff in this hotel is excellent but the hotel is rather far from the sights of Mumbai. You will need to take a bus and then a train to get to Central and Southern Mumbai. Buffet breakfast was good. Wifi ok. Room was a bit dated.

very good and clean hotel with all amenities you needed in a room. Though the room was small but it has everything you needs. They provides dental kit, shampoo, bath gel,shaving kit, hair dryer, Complimentary two bottle drinking water, Mini refrigerator, T.V. This hotel provides very good breakfast in the morning. I want to thank all staff who made our stay very pleasant.

I was pleased with my stay here, you get a nice room to a decent price. As for location, you would actually prefer staying in the Colaba area, as the raffic jams make transportation difficult. Staff was nice. Internet speed sufficient.

hotel is good located near to airport . it is convinent for business people to relax and start meetings the business clients . food is good , wireless internet facility excellent better than many so called 5 star hotels , reception , other staff very co operative . sai baba and ganesh at the enterance creates positive vibrations when you enter this place ... good one ... would like to stay again and again

Clean hotel with comfy rooms”

nice hotel, but far from tourist attractions. the rooms were kept very clean, the staff were very helpful and they kept all your needs in the hotel. there is a travel desk, a nice restaurant on the first floor, a cheap restaurant in front of the hotel and a karaoke bar.

no nonsense, no fuss. for being close to the airport, this place can't be beat. smartly appointed room which was very bright, really liked it. ac was cranked up to try to mimic Antarctica when I checked in, but happily the temperature controls function well. easy walk to metro which connect to the suburban rail.

Good business hotel near to the airport”

We needed the hotel for a 1 night stay before our flight. The hotel was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was of a good standard and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the bellboy lingered far too long for a tip when he didn't even carry our bags, just opened the door to the room. Our room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were of a good standard. It was also exceptionally clean. Would definitely choose this hotel under these circumstances again.

Allocation of poorly maintained rooms for Online booking and curtailed facilities”

1. I have been a regular customer for Paradise By Tunga for the last 5 years through direct booking; 2. For the past 2-3 visits with room booked online, could see rooms of very poor quality being allocated; 3. This visit (03-05 Oct 2019) Room allocated no. 209 had : (a) Water Seepage and Dirt Marks all over; (b) Creaky door; (c) Dirty Tea Maker; (d) No news paper; 4. When issues were reported while check out to Reception, response was should have asked for room change if room was found bad; So much for ownership of own obligation to provide clean and hygienic rooms and feeling responsibility for customer service;
