nice hotel, decent rooms, good food”

the park navi mumbai offers a value for money stay for business travelers like me. its a five star hotel but the rooms rates are less than half of other 5 star hotels in mumbai.i stayed in a luxury garden view room which had no garden view but the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that you can expect from a 5 star hotel. the staff is also very helpful and the room service is quick. i specially liked the buffet breakfast which was included in my package. the hotel also has a pool side bar which is very nice and stylish.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the park navi mumbai. the buffet breakfast provided was great, along with the wait staff. one gentleman even made me a copy of the background music that was playing while i was enjoying breakfast. they did a wonderful job with the preparations for the wedding that i attended.

My three colleagues and I stayed in The Park Navi Hotel Mumbai in April 2009, when we were travelling to Mumbai for business. My secretary found the description and nice pictures of this hotel in the Agoda webpage, which promised good quality standards. Although the room-rates were not really cheap, but I decided to book four rooms in this hotel for a whole week through the internet, and fully paid the cost in advance by credit card. Unfortunately, the actual situation did not keep up to our expectation for a promisingly good international star-hotel standards. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, hotel staff and front office service were good, and food served in the restaurant were nice. However, our rooms were astonishingly quite small. Furthermore, when it is common nowadays in other international hotels to provide free internet connection, The Park Navi Hotel Mumbai still charged a considerably expensive rate for usage of internet connection. The surrounding area is quiet, as the location of the hotel is quite remote from the hustle of the daily business activities in Mumbai. You'll be able to see village people with their cows passing on the street just in front of the hotel. And when you are lucky, you'll be able to reach the nearest decent tourists shopping places, restaurants, and public facilities within approx. 20-25 minutes drive without traffic-jam. Excellent business Hotel”

A good location for business travellers. Located in Navi Mumbay, its laying outside of the main areas of Mumbaai with havy traffic and is therefore a good startingpoint for visits in and around Mumbai. The surrounding is somewhat poor maintained, but the Hotel itself is clean, modern and offeres evrything needed for business travellers.

Totally misinformed”

Park Navi Mumbai Hotel is 50 kilometers from mumbai airport. I landed at 10.30 pm at mumbai and arrived at the hotel by personal car at 1.00 am. The road was bad and the ride hectic. This type of hotels must not be listed in agoda. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after 2 nights and my last night was at Westin Mumbai. It is a lonely hotel good for government conferences not for travelers. Agoda management must review this hotel. I frequently book hotels through agoda but this was bad.

Nice hotel. Question whether really "five star" however. Its a good option if you are in Navi Mumbai for business. Otherwise, dont stay here because its a very long way from any tourist attractions (ie not really in Mumbai). Navi Mumbai is a pleasant location (by indian standards) but nothing to do there.

Nice room with good breakfast ”

I had book superior room that was a comfort stay starting their was little problem but the support of helpdesk make the stay comfortable. This hotel location is very good it near to railways station as well as Pune mumbai highway .

Strange location for a Hotel.”

1st time to Navi Mumbai on business and was surprised to find this Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Went for a walk in both directions and there was basically nothing around near by to this Hotel, so if you're not on a business trip then this Hotel is very limited. It also means a captured market for food and beverages. I was charged for the complimentary WIFI access.

South EAST Mumbai”

Working at the dry port in Mumbai, this hotel is a good choice. Modern design, excellent buffet. I have enjoyed it.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, good food.”

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff, the food, the room and all facilities are good. The location here are not for those who want to stay for sight seeing as it's a bit too far. But if you're looking for a quite place just for relaxing or recharging your battery, or for business, this is the place that I do recommend.

Room was spacious & clean and the best chefs in India”

Very nice stay and good staffs. Food was good enough to stay only for them. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. if the location of this hotel was fitted to me, I am still staying at this hotel. Internet speed needs to upgrade only. Next visit will be with them again.

Good overnight stay”

Room 106 was quite nice although quite dated with good outlook of green landscape. AC worked well but was the old dial on the wall type so no control from the bed. Fridge was cold and safe worked fine. The bathroom could’ve been Cleaned better as there was a lot of mould on the tiles and shower curtain and the soap tray had a build up of scum. The bed was just awful and felt like a board with a piece of conduit running through it....did not have a good nights sleep due to this. I had recommended to reception staff plumping checkout that they replace the mattress before anyone else sleeps in it. The restaurants were superb and I was very impressed with the breakfast layout and choice. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Park The Stay”

My stay there was Fairly ok as they had a good value for money . The only thing i faced was having a room close to the staff exit that was really annoying as i could hear too much activities outside. The other thing was the Air conditioning. .it just didnt seem to go below 24 degrees and at some point i found myself sweating. The other thing is the proximity of the hotel from the main road, if you have a vehicle its not an issue . apart from that he stay was ok and yes i would recommend it to someone.

Not a 5 star”

Even though the hotel room was good, the lobby was so small. Carpets in corridor smelling...renovation going on. Spa times were not suitable for business traveller, breakfast was not good as there was very few options and i would rate this as a three star hotel. But as there are limited hotel in navi mumbai area, there are few options only for a business traveller visiting navi mumbai area.

Want to stay in a suitably well hotel with decent facilities in Belapur/Nerul area? This is it. Decent prices, spacious rooms, well laid out breakfast buffet, sunny swimming pool, a good gym and spa. The infrastructure does show some age now, maybe some renovation is in cards soon. Well behaved staff and tasty food. Recommended.

The hotel was a little hard to find initially because of its non-central location, but the facilities and especially the breakfast were excellent. For such a pricey hotel, free wi-fi wouldn't hurt.
