I have stayed at Plaza a few times, preferring it to the nearby Tune Hotel, which (if you incloude the extras charged by Tune)is about the same price or a little more expensive. Plaza has much bigger rooms and (usually) is alot quieter than Tune (with its noisy tourist guests gouing in and out at all hours). Plenty of restaurants near to Plaza, so the Plaza restaurant being closed at low times is not an issue.

This hotel was good because the location for hotel is in the middle heart of kuala lumpur. It's so easy to go anywhere in the kuala lumpur. The hotel staff also very helpful. The facilities also good but the way and ramp in the parking so small. It's so hard for big vehicle like our car.

Once upon a time this was a a grand hotel. The culture of front desk is grand. They are pleasant, accommodating and honest. Instant recognition of if any mistakes is made. I recommend it for service. Rooms need some repairing and through cleaning but its still a comfortable place to stay. For me service and comfort is priority.

The pricing for the standard superior room is reasonable for a budget focusing on the food and not on the accommodation. Friendly and helpful receptionists as well as bell boys and kitchen staff. The hotel is an old one but some of the facilities have been well maintained throughout the hotel's years of business - the elevators are quaint but quick and bright unlike other places, lobby is welcoming and organised, rooms are neat but the old televisions and mini-fridge in my hotel room are novelty sake rather than functional, floor is carpeting which is good for soundproofing but leaves a little to be desired for the smell, noise from the street is unavoidable no matter which rooms you are placed because this hotel is in the heart of the city (duh!), the bed is sufficently comfortable, CCTVs are reassuring and the keycard locks with the combination of latch locks from within does provide a good security for guests. The hotel also provides guest with a one-time parking fee of RM2!

This time our room were upgraded from standard rooms to deluxe for free. It made ​​us very happy. What we like about this hotel is because the price is low enough and about the car parking . No need to worry about limited parking as the hotel is approximately enough parking for us

If he need to go to KL for business purpose, he will check in there through walk-in customer...since have agoda apps i will book the room for him.. but i didnt get my request of high level room after 3rd checked in this year.. the rest is ok..

I booked to stay at this hotel because of the swimming pool. As I did my research on this hotel, I saw a photo of the pool. and I expected this hotel provided swimming pool as one of the facilities. unluckily when I asked the staff, sadly said there s no pool. my children were so disappointed. To the webmaster, please, check your website and please remove the photo. or else many people will be cheated by the photo in the website.

pro - hotel price was so cheap compare with others near.the 3 start facilitues such as hot water tab, ketle, tv everthing was provided.just need to pay rm2 for parking.great location near to gm klang (kl branch) and lots of toys seller with bargine price. con - the facilities was old style but still ok to use. hotel staff front desk was not so polite but the house kepping staff was friendly since she remind me how to use the iron.if you stay with babies please select the room that not facing the main road since hotel is located in the most busy area in chowkit.my daughter cant sleep very well since motocyclist sound was so loud alhough it was 2am.when we ask to change room there is no empty room already.so for over 2 night my daughter cant sleep very well.

Old-school hotel and facilities, good service, incredible value for money ”

This is a 35 year old business hotel, and signs of its age are everywhere. But it scores high on the standards of professionalism and cleanliness. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel is located in Chow Kit area, which, let's just say, is not exactly the sort of image that their tourism board wants to put in their publicity materials. Otherwise, the hotel itself is a nice place to stay - I would gladly return the next time.
