i have been to khao yai so often and I choose only 5 star hotel or resort only. i could say this resort is one of the top 3 resort in khao yai. the facilities in the villa is superb or may be the best in khao yai. the staff is very very friendly and willing to help you everything they could do. dont hesitate to choose.

Property is set up on a hill with a panoramic view where one can sit on villa rooftop to watch sunset. Staff is excellent in their service and food is simply awesome with the options on the platter and in villa service. One of the best stays in Khao Yai!

Awesome Stay”

Traveled to Civilai back in April for my Hubby's birthday. Everything about this villa was just too awesome. Friendly staff and the villa stay was too good. Room was huge and the private pool with the water feature was one of the highlight. They serve complimentary tea and snacks daily too, sweet gesture. They even did a birthday set up for my hubby's birthday. Definitely recommend this place especially for family with kids. Kids will surely enjoy the huge space.

Beats Sala and Mutimay”

Caught me by surprise as the hotel was relatively new and has only 5 rooms, the stay was pure relaxing. You wake up with a beautiful view of the mountains, jump into your private pool, steam room, Japanese hot tub or read a book on the huge sofa. Pay addition 2000 per couple and have your own BBQ inside the villa next to your pool with a fee bottle of wine. Pool is heated and they recycle the energy to make the room cool down... very eco friendly and brilliant. Food was amazing, choice to have it at the restaurant or in room but all services close at 830pm so stock up if u get hungry at night. My rate was 7000 THB per night.... compared to Sala or Mutimaya.... of the same standard but priced 20k per night... this place rocks! location a little remote so you better have your car, it's a good 20 mins from the town. Verdict? Go.... if u can manage to reserve a room, it's always full.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast is wonderful experience. Hotel is kinda far from Khao Yai landmark, so if you want to visit Khao Yai landmark I wouldn't recommend. But facilities are more than enough to keep you entertained. I'd come here again.

Wonderful getaway for a private retreat”

Everything about the hotel was excellent. A great secret gem of a find. My boyfriend didnt leave the room for two days since you have a private (temperature controlled) swimming pool, a garden area, a day bed, a hot tub, and even your own private sauna all in the room! They also deliver your breakfast to you and dinner if you order room service The room is nice and huge, well designed. We loved waking up each morning with a beautiful green view all the way to the hill. Its a very quiet, green space filled with plants and flowers. The gym facilities was also very good Service was excellent. Yimmie was taking care of us and they responded quickly to our request. Only downside is DO NOT get a massage in your room. They outsource this to people outside and the masseuse were not professionals. They massage on the bed (so there is oil everywhere and the masseuse will walk on the beds) and chatted nonstop until I asked them to stop. But otherwise, excellent stay! Will deff be back

Feel welcome by the staff the minute when we arrived at the resort. Although the carpark is situated outside the resort, the staff ensures that there is a buggy to fetch us back to our villa. The resort is surrounded by flora and fauna and overlooking a wide panorama view as it is situated on a slightly higher ground. Upon reaching out villa, we are greeted by varieties of flowers surrounding our property. Little one loves the sparse area so much that he can run around freely. Choices of tv network are plenty to choose from Netflick to cable ones. We are asked to choose breakfast choices and the location of having breakfast at either in our villa or at their pavilion the day before. We have our breakfast at the villa and the varieties of food and caretaken to ensure food is clean is great. Pool is warm as it is temperature controlled so little one enjoys playing in it. Kudos to the manager and her staffs as well. They help us to kick start our car as our car battery is flat. High recommendations for this resort and their staff

Well appointed villa with heated private pools. Staff were good but inexperienced. Water pressure in toilet can be better. Kitchenette for the 2 bedroom do not have a sink. Washing had to be done in toilet. Overall, great place.

The price per night wasnt cheap but it was worth to com over. The facility was great. Kids love it . We felt like we were at home it was so relax and calm. We just stayed in all day . We sure coming back.

Nice place, the villas are spacious with heated swimming pool & friendly staff. Although quite pricey, but there were only few rooms in the whole resort so it' s very private. We are 4 families with kids ages from 2-16 yr old. And all enjoyed our time there.

I cannot wait for visit this place after finished to booked the accommodation. We've arrived so late nevertheless we quite woke up early morning that it refreshing time for us to looking for the panorama view while the mist are adrift around the mountains. Room facilities was think over for, almost good hospitality provided staffs are professional and great trained. Recommended if you are looking for the place will recharging you. We will definitely sure to visit this place again in near future.
