it's extremely near to Central Festival Hat Yai, Greenway and Tesco Lotus. There is no breakfast provided, and there is no breakfast available within walking distance. The apartment has safe private car park and extremely quiet at night. It will be convenient if you have your own transport. The apartment only provide shampoo and shower gel only. The only drawback is I can hear clearly the steps and doors open/close.

Restique is not a full hotel, its only a service apartment. Just opposite Prince of Songkhla Uni, ample of food joints within walking distance.

value for money and great location”

This apartment is suitable for those who has own vehicle in hatyai. Although it is apart from hatyai city, it help us to avoid hectic traffic in city. It is 5 mins drive to Asean night plaza and 10 mins drive to central festival. There are many local restaurant along the way with reasonable price, hence, it is convenience for us to look for food . The staff is friendly and helpful, the only down side is they can't speak English.

Very Good Value For Money”

Really good place to stay if you have a car. If not, the hotel provides a good taxi service to Hat Yai central and to Central Festival, an upmarket shopping mall. WIFI in the rooms is excellent, as are the king-sze mattresses. There is also a mini-bar, stocked with beer, soft drinks and snacks and a decent-sized balcony. I WILL stay there again!

Nice Property”

This is a nice and modern hotel located near Hat Yai's academic hub. The property is stylish and well designed and the building is maintained in immaculate condition. It operates more like a residence than a hotel. The front desk staff are polite and will assist if asked, but are not overly engaging. Excellent laundry service on premises, and the cleaning staff for the building do an outstanding job. Many restaurants in the area but generally don't open until 11. One slight negative is that it wasn't easy to access public transportation near the hotel.

Spacious room, ample car park provided, tasty breakfast set at affordable price, quiet area near University with lot's food store with reasonable pricing. If you're travelling with car, it's a great choice

I was the only foreigner staying at this hotel/apartment at that time. PROS: Quiet and clean place. Shoplots nearby. Walkable distance (1.5km) to greenway night market. Parking sufficient. CONS: Some ANTs (small, black) detected. Remarks: Deposit 600B for 2 nights. Happy for the stay overall.

love this place, room is big, we have some activities in university so made decision to stay at this place. car park is convenience as well. feeling like stay at your home. night time is not noisy.

We reached the hotel at Thai time 11pm whereby the lobby closed at 10pm, appreciated that the hotel pic arranged the room by passing our detail and room key to their security guard on duty to make the check in process smooth. Thanks to Restique.

well cleanliness + value for money”

advantage in value for money, well cleanliness,friendly staff but cant speak well in english. disadvantage are lot of tutuk driver do not know the location even show them hotel name card. noise disturbing from other rooms while staff doing house keeping in early morning around 6am.

New stay, new try, new feeling”

We have a short vacation at HatYai and first time tried out this hotel. Overall i can say, is superb and highly satisfied. Although will need to take some times to check-in, but the service and guidance given is very cleaner. They understand basic English, ease communication. The hotel located just a stone away from Tesco lotus and nearby has few restaurants or cafe for you to sit down and relax. Besides, the hotel looks very news and well maintained, all amenities are available, just the mattress a bit hard, can be improved further.

Really clean apartment. We had a pleasant check in process. However, the bed is quite hard and not that comfortable. The location is slightly out of city centre, need to use tuktuk for travelling

This is brand new hotel, located at quite place. Everything is nice. Water Heater functioning well, spacious room, cosy environment, big car park, extremely clean. Location is just nice, u need to have your own tranport. But the bed is hard a bit. Love this hotel at overall, sure will come back again.👍👍👍

Nice Place”

Nice place to stay if you have your own transport. All the hotel staff left and the office were closed when we arrived at the property (quite late @ 10pm) and the keys was left at the guard. We had a little confusing time figuring out how to check-in since there were nobody there. The hotel staff wanted to charge extra upon our check-out for 1 extra person even though we were not offered for the extra bed throughout our 2 nights stay. After some discussion they waived the charges. Hence please take note of this and request for extra mattress if more ppl going to stay.
