We drive the car to this hotel, they can help us park our car n bring it to us when we go out. Also they can drive us to the dinner place n pick us up after. So we can drink allot n dun worry. They got a private beach very nice. Also allot privacy in this hotel. Mostly the staff is super frdly n nice. I love here so much I wish I can come here again soon! This is a must come hotel for okinawa!!!! Bestttt

Truly 5 star hotel experience”
Hotel has an exclusive, boutique like feel (Marriott Resort is like a zoo in comparison.). Very serene and calm but also extremely child-friendly. A lot of families with kids at the hotel but doesn't feel over-run with kids. They provide indoor slippers and toothbrushes and cups especially for kids! The staff are friendly and helpful. Concierge is well-intentioned but we got exceptionally great service from one staff who recommended restaurants that were not on the standard, pre-printed list and Would input our destination in our car navigation system without us asking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The king bed was huge but there was only 1-2 Englush channel. Breakfast was included and tasty but was the same offering for the 5 days we stayed. The clientele is largely Japanese. The hotel pool is kid friendly and served its purpose. Nothing exceptional.

Best hotel and Best Staff ever!”
All staffs were friendly and helpful! They assisted us to reserve some water activities and dining restaurants. Also, left behind some belongings in the hotel, one of the staff, Saki, drove all the way and dropped off to the next hotel. Professional service - thumbs up!

Perfect except price is high”
