WONDEFUL KL”

I love the Robertsons Kuala Lumpur. ts really a new facility and you can do anything from cooking to washing and swimming. Whats more important is that it is Travelers friendly.Even if you have checked out they still house your luggage's until you leave. they are also considerate to our needs.

A pleasant stay”

Robertson is at a strategic location where you can assess to Bukit Bintang easily. Unit is spacious and comfortable. But the bathroom is dirty. Inform the staff through whatsapp when we checked out. They responded politely and promised to improve on this issue. Overall we are satisfy with the stay

Lovely escape at the heart of KL city”

I stayed 2 nights in a one-bedroom apartment to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary, and I must say everything exceeded my expectation. It was worth every penny because this place is amazingly well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, fridge, a nice dining table and a cozy living room section where you can watch TV all night long. The lovely interior makes you feel right at home and the cleanliness just took my worries away while enjoying my stay amid pandemic. The check-in & check-out process was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a wide array of dining options nearby from Mamak restaurant, coffee shops to Western cuisines and also 24 hours convenient store where you can buy some of your essential items. Places of attractions like Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Time Square are easily walkable. Needless to say, this place is a hidden gem in the heart of KL city. Would come back soon!

Great stay ”

This is a new building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur - 10 minute walk to Chankat Street and Jalan Alor, Pavillion and KLCC are a little further. The swimming pool is amazing for swimming. There's a mamak, 7 11 and restaurants just next door. Lifts can be slow to use. Our first room the aircon didn't work but they moved us to a much better apartment.

Comfortable stay”

Overall stay is comfortable as basic necessities are provided with instant support from the team as there is whats app to contact them in need of anything. Plaza rakyat lrt is within close proximity, times square or bukit bintang is just 10 mins walk. Minor cons about concierge, staff is not proactive or initiative to provide assistance.

Great services & locations”

We booked 3bedroom units at level 22-corner unit. Pros:- - great location, right in the middle of kl city center (bukit bintang area & pudu). Walking distance to eatery places such as mamak , kopitiam and cafe . Have 7eleven and convenient fruits stores just beside the building. -Staff are really friendly and helpful. I checkin slightly earlier, but the staff really help me go through the details and procedures (Middle East guy , i think his name is louay). Requested for 2 parking which is FOC just need to pay deposits. And were given out 2 sets of access cards as per our earlier request. -very nice view from our units and great staycation for groups, facilities inside the unit are great (provided with cooking appliances and large fridge, wifi with tv and netflix, toiletries and washing & dryer machine, enough amenities for our group). -2 quuen bed and 2 single beds (is actually a studio unit with 1 room, but they renovated it into 2 other small room with sliding door partition, the 2 single beds room are not attached with any aircond or fans but it is good enough as u can still feel the aircond from the living room area). -parking space is convenient and easy access to go in and out , the guards also really helpful. -the frontdesk staff help me to create a whatsapp group and they are accessible all the time. (The unit actually operated by Maplehome-they even have their own office at the ground floor). Cons:- -lifts are really slow especially during peak hours. -sounds proof are not that great, especially if you unlucky to have a noisy neighbors 😅. -no drinking water provided, but there is a vending machine at lobby area (drinking water, sodas and some snacks). -only one toilet (even though is a 3bedroom unit)so might be a problems if u are coming with big group. Overall it is great and valuable for ur money. Reccomended

Great stay short stay.”

Last minute booking. Found a gem in the heart of KL. The facilities are excellent. The security is very focus and polite in directing you to check-in till check-out. There is 7-Eleven and food store within the walking distance which is very convenient. For this price, I have got 2 queen size bed to accommodate my family, which we are very satisfied. Although the room is not that spacious, the beds provided the best comfort and we have no complaint about it. Will definitely come back again.

Room is a bit grimey. Location/amenities are fantastic. ”

The Robertson is a huge condo complex with great amenities and location. There’s a delicious 24-hour Indian restaurant that we ate at multiple times and a nice hip little grocery shop/cafe at the street level right next to the building. Jalan Alor eating street is just a few blocks away. The pool is gorgeous and gigantic, and there were even more amenities (gym, rooftop lounge) that we didn’t have time to use. The room itself had a beautiful view of the Petronas towers lit up at night, and there was clothes washer in the unit! Very convenient. That all being said, some of the surfaces in the room were tired and dirty. It seemed like they turn business so quickly that a deep clean isn’t possible. The fabric on the couch had a sticky grimey feeling and look and was burnt in one place from an iron being set on it. The walls had marks all over them. There were some hairs left behind in the bathroom. Overall, we appreciated staying here for one night, but there is room for improvement.

Exceptional stay, ( this is a serviced apartment not hotel ) easy check in just go to maple office under south building. Good friendly staff and good communication via what’s app. Appartment was clean well equipped and stunning view from the 45th floor. Pool gym and other facilities all clean and new would definitely stay again for the price

Affordable and Comfortable, Definitely Value for Money”

Firstly, the purpose of my booking was for a night stay as my flight landed in late at night. The staff was very kind to provide guidance when I called to inform of the probability of checking-in later than 12.00 p.m. When we arrived at the reception area, the staffs on duty welcomed us warmly and provided us with clear instructions of the usage of cards given and the access to facilities. I am added to a WhatsApp group for any queries or problems faced regarding and along our stay. My family and I were extremely happy with the ambience and cleanliness of the rooms as well as the washroom. Basic toiletries and facilities such as the iron, hairdryer and washing machine were also provided. We were even provided Netflix for entertainment during our stay, so all in all, it is a worth it experience to stay at The Robertsons. We will definitely book again if we are to visit KL in the near future.

Cheap, nice and clean room with a catch!”

For the price, you get 3 "bedroom" with one toilet. It is actually 1 master bedroom, 1 room(was previously a kitchen) and 1 room(part of the living room). Good for those who only need a place to sleep. Be warned, there is no privacy for the 2 rooms.

Excellent”

Basic apartment. Not as on the picture. The decoration, the smaller lamps, the wine glasses... all missing. Those small things which give the extra, something plus for your stay. The better feeling. The cleaning and the maintenance should be better - clogged drain in the shower, leaking sink etc. Queen bed, not so big, but comfortable. Wifi is good, but only in the apartment, but no at the swimming pool etc. Check-in, check-out was fast. Good communication with the staff via Whatsapp. Write them after booking to get information about check-in. The facilities (swimming pool, gym, restaurants, shops nearby) are good. Bukit Bintang is close, 5 min. walk.

Probably good for families”

This accommodation is in apartments and is not a hotel. You will not find a reception desk for "The Robertson" but for one of the companies managing the units. The kitchen, hard tile floors, bare basics in the room would probably be perfect for a family with kids. If you want things like carpet, a room safe for your passport, some thought given to decoration etc. then this isn't for you. I found WiFi difficult to set up – needed staff to come to my apartment to make it work. But we persevered and eventually got it to work.

The Best Condo in KL!”

The condo strategically located near Bukit Bintang and Pavillion area. Complete condo with complete facilities such as outdoor pool, gym and sky deck. Excellent for short stay or getaway in KL. Good 3 level condo security. Convenience store, restaurant and church just few steps from condo. Easy to get grab service. Will stay again in future.

In a penthouse above the city with the best Staff - Could not be more happy”

The apartment was big, very clean, cozy (sitting on the couch at night with a Laptop and looking over the glowing City is hard to beat) and absolutely worth the money. The view from the roof is breathtaking, pool is nice and most importantly the staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, accommodating ... could not ask for more. Location is 10m by foot away from the Pavilion and all it's malls but the 10 min are through a fantastic street full of street food and stall that is busteling at night. The only reason to not stay here is if you cannot be bothered to make your own bed for 2 min as there is no daily rooms service. 10/10 location absolutely lucky find!

Wonderful clean a family friendly place!”

We were waiting until 3pm (was in the property at 9am) but it was clean, lovely, run by young peoples. Considering the value of money and facilities, no question it deserves appreciation! Restuarant and food services besides property is worth mentioning- reasonable price and clean!

Superior alternative to KL hotels”

Easy check in, a short walk to Bukit Bintang, lots of space, fast internet, supermarket downstairs, kitchen facilities. So much better than KL hotels in the same price range.

nice pool view, great location, near to bukit bintang shopping area, walking distance to mrt, check in desk at a small room on right side after the security door, manage by Maple home.

Exceptional”

Whilst location is close to transport (about 10/15 walk) it is over a a main road which does not have accessible crossings - this makes it a bit difficult. Chinatown (and Petaling Markets) about 10/15 mins the other way. I did not receive any instructions on how to check in however staff at the complex were helpful and called the company for me. Make sure you get check in instructions prior to arrival otherwise it will be problematic to get into your room. Apartment was clean and tidy. Huge pool.

GOOD PRICE, GOOD ROOM, BUT INCONVENIENT”

This apartment is located at Bukit Bintang, which is very close to main shopping street and Petronas Twin Tower. Room is clean, pool is extremely awesome, but they only give me 1 access card per room, no matter how many people we check in, that’s quite inconvenient
