Although the room was a little small for friends (couple would be fine), we had a pleasant stay and I would like to return. Unfortunately the gym was unavailable to use during this time and The Bar which we were looking forward to having a drink at before bed, closed very early and we missed out. The staff were extremely helpful and things were very sanitary so we felt safe.

We stayed only one night though, it was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are separated. This is good point. There were enough amenities, especially shampoo and conditioner were high quality. There are a couple of convenience stores and one supermarket, and some coffee shops as well. So even though it is business area, still very convenient.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel itself is located a bit away from the main Osaka locations, but there is a station that is a 5 minute walk away that will get you to where you want to go.

If you want to be “ family friendly hotel “ may have to be more flexible! 90% in the world hotels , if they are not super busy , usually let their customers extended one hour for their convenience to check out . Since we travel with kids and elder , so when we ask 30 -60 mins late check out , the front desk started talking about they have to charge hourly for an extra hour if we want to stay . for me only motels do this way , they kind of lower their own levels instead of giving their customers some convenience. Bad impression, kind of cheap ! Front desk employee have difficulty to speak English, but the manager in the restaurant is nice with good attitude.

The hotel was amazing, my only complaints would be that there was a strange, sweet perfume throughout the lobby and hallways, and that there was no staff on the ground floor. It was a little confusing as to how to access the lobby.

This is what you should stay if you want to stay at Hommachi/Yodoyabashi area. Very professional staff for interval guests and fine tuned room and facilities.

Relatively new hotel, close to two subway stations so the rest of the city is within easy reach. Stayed in a King room which was quiet and comfortable with a good, not too firm bed. Luxurious atmosphere at a reasonable price.
