Expecting comfort but surprised by how nice it was”

We booked here as a safe option, and I was torn between this or one of the "resort" type hotels either further up the beach, or inland. But I'm pleased we stayed here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very modern and clean architecture on a long strip site. The pool runs the whole length of the hotel and must be at least olympic length. We had a ground floor room, and stepped from out balcony straight into the water. So my kids swam morning and night - in fact my daughter gave up her her floaties after a week at this hotel. There are 7-11 stores within walking distance, but we hired a car to enable us to get into town easily, and each day we get off to explore North, South and West of Hua Hin. I recommend Hua Hin car Rental Company who delivered and collected the car and had a no nonsense rental policy. http://www.huahincarrental.com Yes we really enjoyed our few days in Hua Hin Best Western. The hotel arranged a car for us back to Bangkok, THB 2400 or THB 3000 for a luxury "van" type.

Excellent new hotel”

it is one of the best hotels i stayed in thailand. a real best value. a long swimming pool throughout the whole legth of the hotel. great spatious rooms with many amenities and large balcony. breakfast was quite suficient. the hotel is about 8-10 kms away from hua hin center, but there is a free tuk tuk service with fixed schedule 4 times a day to bring you there. you can also catch a bus from there or a taxi for about bhat. there is no easy access from hotel to the beach, but you can go from the next soi where the road leads to the beach is more accessible. the personel is extremely helpfull whatever you ask (help me to book a hotel in bangkok at my return). there is a free internet in the lobby area and the rooms for those who carry their lap top. i would definetly go again in this hotel in my next visit to hua hin

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff”

We were happy with our first time in Hua Hin and satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel is around 5 km from the center of Hua Hin but free shuttle bus is available between the hotel and night market and other places. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. What we liked best at this hotel were the swimming pool and the spacious room with nice view and large balcony. Staying at this hotel, we felt very relaxed. We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night during our trip to the south of Thailand. We will go back to lovely Hua Hin and this nice hotel. We recommend this hotel.

Value for Money - Great Location / Awesome Service”

We stayed at Serenity for 3 nights 4 days. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 12 people. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. The swimming pool is pretty big. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options which changes everyday. The dinner was amazingly good, so decided to eat 2 out of 3 possible dinners at the hotel. The operational team is small, but they run the hotel pretty well. They have free shuttle van service to the main area of Hua Hin as well, but also on demand with a little extra charge, they can take you around different places around Hua Hin.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Serenity. It has nice modern rooms of a good size, a beautiful swimming pool and garden area. The restaurant has a variety of tasty food at reasonable prices, with lots of daily special offers and happy hour drinks. The hotel is about ten minutes from Hua Hin city centre, but the hotel provides a free bus service every few hours to and from the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

Great Hotel and Friendly Staff”

my experience was excellent, couldn't complain or couldn't wish for better service. the only regret was i wish i could stay longer!! staff are very nice and friendly. they always smile and willing to help, very polite and helpful. the room is great, pool access, it's new and clean. although there should be more mirror in the room for girls ;) overall, i am very very happy and will stay at best western plus serenity, hua hin again next time!! and will also recommend to others.

Great value for money but no beach access”

Very good location not far from Hua Hin central area and very close to "Plernwan", which is one of most Hua Hin popular spot. Hotel is very nice and pretty new but there is no access to the beach. However, nice long swimming pool can make me happy during my stay. This hotel is good for both family and lovers. Pool access room is really nice. You can jump right into swimming pool from your room... Lastly, free WIFI is awesome.

Great hotel & service always with a genuine smile”

hua hin is a great place for a holiday. our very comfortable room was cleaned daily and was just the right size for a couple, with everything we needed. breakfast was included and there was a selection of thai & western food for room service at reasonable prices. a big plus is the free internet access and the shuttle bus that leaves the hotel 3-4 times a day and picks up and drops off at several different spots around town. the owner made us feel really welcome and we will certainly return for another holiday.

Modern, newly built hotel close to Huahin airport”

lovely place which we gladly will return to. excellent staff and cosy hotell. one positive thing was the possibility to handwash laundry in the room.(a zink was installed) à small but functional gym on top floor. good quality of the teve channels on the flat screen teve. but why exclude cnn and feature the very right-wing fox- channel? also no star- or espn-channel (sport). bad! negative was also the impossibility to reach the sea beach fr.o.m. the hotel-location. beautiful balcony with excellent view. hotel offers shuffle to central hua hin everything day and evening.

great rooms , nice and perfect”

by ariving late in the evening the staff was direct there to help and offering a welkom drink . directly taken the havy luguage out of the car and very nice recieving. the staf are very friendly and try to do every thing to feeling at home.the room was very clean even if you stay longer always nice clean made. as swiss its importent for me. in a view weeks i wil visit HUa Hin again and wil make my reservation on time to get place in this hotel. breakfast you can have what you want and enouigh. a place for recommendation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Serenity. I liked all aspects of it (e.g. leisure activities, dining experiences,over-friendly staff). It is a perfect hotel for family with small children as well as for those who wish to explore Hua Hin further without having to worry about driving and finding parking at most attractions.

Best Western Plus Serenity here at Hua Hin give me an impressive experince. It provides me cozy feeling with appropriately sized room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and chic balcony where you can have small chill-out activities. Not only the room is cozy but hotel surrounding is so. There is a small pool along the building making me feel relaxing. This hotel is a small hotel on the main road, but you can find cozy here!

Good service, comfortable room, Clean and new”

The service is good. The hotel is new, clean and beautiful. The swimming pool is nice and good. The location is a bit far from Hua-hin city. The hotel has shuttle bus service to take to Hua-hin city which take around 5-10 minutes.

The great new Hua-Hin Resort from Best Western”

We heard about this hotel from the internet in last couple months because the hotel was just launched in the business less than a year. My girlfriend and I have been so may hotels and resorts in Hua-Hin. Not so many hotel and resorts we impressed after get back to work from the holidays. This is one of them. As it is a brand-new hotel and the location is not so far from Bangkok. We booked the Premier Deluxe type of room which have pool access from the balcony which is pretty cool. One thing about the room we got a bit disappointed is the size of bathroom. We think it is too small. However, we will surely consider the Best Western Plus Serenity Hotel next time we go to Hua-Hin

Great Hotel and great location”

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and every time think its simply great. Great location, large rooms, great beds, excellent WiFi, flat screen TV and car park including a very nice pool. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

Quiet friendly resort near main road in to Hua Hin city”

This hotel was recommended by a colleague and is a good find...a quiet area but just off the main road near the Hua Hin airport, easy to find, safe, clean and with friendly and helpful staff. They have been doing renovations during this quiet season, but they do not affect guests. The pool is great, breakfast was a good choice, and I would recommend this place.

Exceptional”

The second time of trip for Research Job outside my Condominium is still the Nice Time for both Trip and Job in the same time. Although The Serenity Hua Hin is at Soi 5/1 far from Sea, However, I can touch the sea in morning easily.

Excellent hotel magnificent pool ”

A friendly efficiently staffed hotel on the end he of Hua Hin rooms are large & clean & all overlook the pool, those on the ground floor have direct acces to the pool via the verandah, those with younger children should be aware that the pool is 1.8m deep & there is no life guard, but for couples it is a relly nice hotel

Nice rooms with breakfast”

The hotel is fairly new and modern. Would definitely spend a little more to have breakfast included. Would stay here again. It is a little further from the main strip (downtown Hua Hin) but you could get there easily by Tuk Tuk or Taxi if you didn't have a car (they also have a free shuttle 3 times a day).
