Good value suite with well-equipped kitchen”

Check-in was speedy and faultless. They were able to accommodate to my arriving earlier than their stated check-in time. Room was well equipped with a fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and proper utensils and washing detergent. Shower water pressure was excellent. The only problem was that the bed was slightly unstable in which it will rock and bump onto the wall whenever i sit on the bed. Had to manually add some paper to one end of the bed frame to stabilize the bed and avoid knocking on wall. The swimming pool needs to be checked and cleaned as there were some dried leaves floating in and around the pool. All in all it was a value for money with good amenities, good location (at the heart of Sri Hartamas and beside Mont Kiara) and clean interior.

4 & 5 October 2019 (2 night stay) Perched between highways and a frenetic nightlife of clubs and restaurants, Signature Suites is a calm oasis to get away from the excitement and noise, and yet near to many conveniences. It might get a little noisy at times, but the hotel thoughtfully provides ear plugs, found in the bedside drawers. The room is clean and bed is most comfortable. Love the convenience of having a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge (ice-cold drinks, yay!) with a microwave and electric kettle. Having a roof top infinity pool is a huge plus, and there's also a gym there too. The staff, as always, are professional and welcoming. Its wonderful to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes in Desa Sri Hartamas, and not have to contend with the horrendous parking outside (free parking provided for hotel guests). However, to shop and sight-see, you'll need your own transport, or simply GrabCar/taxi anywhere.

Work From Hotel ”

For those who work closely with a laptop wanting a steady WiFi, I strongly suggest The Signature Hotel & Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur as a venue to "Work From Hotel". Asides from free instant coffee and tea at your disposal, plug in your HDMI cable to the room's TV and I guarantee you will beat the given deadlines and enjoy a good night's rest on their awesome sized bed. Warning: The comfortable working condition in the room plus great food available nearby, it is common to repeat your extension , again and again. Cheers!

Comfortable Stay”

I've stayed here a number of times already and enjoyed each stay, this time was no exception. I brought my parents along this trip, who enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool. The beds were deliciously comfortable, & having a little kitchenette was most convenient. The hotel is relatively wheelchair friendly, except for the path to the Sri Hartamas restaurant area. While the path looks smooth, with no stairs to negotiate, unfortunately, the incline is pretty steep, and not really suited for wheelchairs, especially lighter travel wheelchairs. On our return from dinner, my mother, who was seated in the wheelchair, fell backwards because the last stretch nearest to the hotel was steep. Thankfully she wasn't badly hurt, only shaken, as my husband who was pushing her took the brunt of the fall. The design of the pathway is a good idea, but the incline could have been gentler. Still, it is a good hotel, just not for wheelchairs!

The Signature Hotel & Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is a place that every tourist should try to stay at least once! Their staffs is super friendly and helpful! Place is clean and tidy! Definitely value for money!

Really I used to come often to kuala Lumpur and choose hotels they were very nice bu this one it has different story in this time I stayed in 2 different hotels one was good and the other was slum like you are in dirty street the problems the bad one had high ratings from the gusts which it’s weird ?? And the owner carries my bags all the way down and asked me pls give 5 stars i told him I am going to fair to you and to all the gusts I will give what you deserve and now let’s go back to signature it was excellent in every thing only the location other things it’s 5 stars

The hotel is situated in a very strategic location in Sri Hartamas. It is next to a petrol station and has easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. If you choose not to eat at the hotel, you could walk to the petrol station. There is a cafe in the station that serves both local and Western food. We think the cafe has better choices than The H Hartamas. We love almost everything about the hotel. Cleanliness could be improved. The wall in our shower stall is a little mouldy. It would also be great if the hotel could provide two access cards. If only one of us would like to use the swimming pool, we would need the card to be able to press the button in the elevator to go back to our room.

Location is a plus for this hotel, 200m away from buzzling hartamas business area where you can find food and 400m away from plaza mont kiara. Overall hotel is clean, secured and great service from the staffs.

2nd stay here (and i think they gave me the exact same room) , Marble shower floor, toilet might appear small but they are tastefully and cleverly designed to maximise the use of space and aesthetics.... 2 weaknesses though (which can be easily overlooked: weak Wifi; water heater available but hot water may not be hot enuf esp. in the morning). Unbeatable location: at the heart of Desa Sri Hartamas .you can even take a bus from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT (Bus T818, alight at Plaza Crystaville) and take a brief walk to the hotel. Above all, a management's attention to detail towards guest's satisfaction and room cleanliness which is hard to find elsewhere today in the hospitality industry. Shows the love and dedication towards their job. and of course, fantastic infinity pool and the view.

New Hotel In Hartamas”

this is a very new hotel in Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara, the day when I stayed is their 4th day of operation. The staff's performance is good and friendly. and the hotel is very new and clean. This is among the cheapest 4 star hotel in Hartamas and Mont Kiara. The only issue is the hotel located behind the highway, it might be slight noisy at night time.

Excellent room & facilities”

Very comfortable, love the infinity swimming pool, and truly appreciate the convenience of having a kitchenette attached to my room. Bed was very comfortable, the toilet was spacious and wifi was fast. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to many top-notch restaurants, bars and massage shops. Might be a little noisy at times, but the hotel thoughtfully provides ear-plugs in the drawers. Good that our car can be safely parked in the basement car park, as Sri Hartamas has horrendous traffic and parking come dinner time.

Comfortable stay”

My friends and I booked a small suite/ room for Christmas eve. The hotel is the perfect venue to hangout or rest after dinner in Sri Hartamas area. The room comes with a microwave oven, kitchen sink and sufficient cutleries and tableware, convenient for light reheating of food. Only one conplimentary parking is available for each room. Parking rate is very expensive.

LUXURY YOU CAN AFFORD..”

Unbeatable location: Right smack in the heart of Hartamas/duta hartamas. All eateries, shops, and vibrant nightlife within walking/driving distance. Elegantly and tastefully designed room that comes with a kitchenette. complete with fridge, plates, microwave oven! , dishwashing liquid. Spacious room and shower. What's even more special is they placed a card, specially addressed to me, on the bed, when i entered the room that gave an added personal touch , something not frequently found in other hotels. Very convenient location actually: there's a bus stop nearby. u can virtually take a bus from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT and alight close enough to walk with your luggage into the hotel. Check out the rooftop infinity pool, and they have gym as well. All in all, a joy to stay.

Superb facilities and outstanding staff”

We have stayed here several times in the last few years and each time we stay everything is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained and the staff cannot do enough to make sure everything is right. A few minor problems were sorted out immediately and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here (visiting family who live nearby). Signature's location is also great...just a few minutes walk from many shops and restaurants. Lovely rooftop pool. A perfect place to stay in Mont Kiara.

Repeater Stay”

The hotel is situated in the ideal location near to where I attend to my business dealing. Have been staying in this hotel since their opening. The management/ operator had heeded feedback on the noise level generated from the flyovers as well as the noisy motorbikers at the petrol station by providing an additional glass windows to reduce the noise level into the rooms. F&B outlets are now available downstair public areas as well as nearby Desa Seri Hatamas and Mont Kiara. Be it for coffee, beers, local food, Korean or Japanese, fo rest assured there are plenty to choose from. The security/ porters are also alway with a smiling face and offering to open the door for you upon seeing you approaching. The rooms are of practicle sizes and furnished neatly yet cosy. TV channels are extensive but can be extended further. Reception is not consistent though as the Living area can be clear yet the bedroom is blurry. Oh ya, there are mainly 2 TV sets in the room.

Strategic Location, convenient and friendly service”

It's a strategic location, near Sungai Buloh R&R, near The Curve (<7km), near KLCC (<7km), walking distance to Mont Kiara Plaza. A lot of restaurant at surrounding area. Most important, is friendly security & all staff. Besides that, free parking for hotel guess. Will stay here again if coming to KL in near future.

Located outskirts of KL city, in the neighbourhood of Hartamas. Accessible from Sprint Highway. Basement parking available. Lobby located on the top floor. Swift check in. Stayed in Queen suite. Spacious, clean and neat. Surprised with a welcoming chocolate bar. Room complete with additional items such as microwave oven, bread toaster, huge fridge, iron, ironing board, shoe cleaning, electric safe and extra pillow. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower space a bit small. Unfortunately the room is facing an elevated highway and close to the window. Bit noisy with the fast moving cars. But the windows have been double glazed and filtered noise.

Well maintained, and the hotel is extremely comfortable. The staff is also friendly and assisting us as well. And i was surprised & touched by the small gesture of hospitality when i spotted a complimentary chocolate bar at my bed. Security is not a issue as entry is strictly for hotel guests only therefore i feel safe throughout my stay here. To those who were on long term stay or business stay, this hotel is perfect, as it is located at Desa Sri Hartamas. And if you're hungry especially at night, you can have your dinner at the surrounding area, and all of them are in walking distance too! However, incoming guest should take note that the hotel is currently underwent property maintenance works, so expect to have minor disruption. Internet speed could be improved too, so long term guests would be able to do their work or surfing internet with ease. Will recommend this hotel to other.

Comfortable and connvenient”

Nice and cozy hotel near Mont Kiara. Full of food, drinking places, and convenience shops, great place for a short relaxation retreat without the hustle and bustle of KL. Near to Mitec./Matrade so best to stay if attending exhibition. Only problem. Is that some rooms are facing the highway and although the hotel had reduced significantly the noise, my room had a defective toilet window and noise was coming in through there.
