The room was very clean and spacious with very nice view. Nice huge bath it was worth the money. will recommend it. bit far but just next to sea and the distance was never problem. and next to hotel there was huge park to chill for picnic with very nice view.

Clean and reasonably priced”
Stayed here for a short business trip. New hotel with very clean facilities and relatively large rooms when compared to other hotels in this category. Don't expect any services. This is a simple, business hotel. It's got the basics you need and nothing more. Only real down side is that parking is NOT a set fee. If you come and go throughout the day, you will pay significantly higher parking fees.

Reasonable with nice view and good facilities ”
I like nice and cozy gym and convenience store +super market next door. Only one shame was cleanness. This should be quite new hotel but some scales on the bath tab and sink. Even pink mold there too. Hope this will be improved next time our visiting.

Restaurant expensive with limited options. Should have stayed near the queens square. This is not near the queens square 15 min walk. Room was nice. View was nice. That is about all positive. Breakfast was 20 per person.

Fairly decent view with nice barthrooms”
Rather expensive for the location, however, rooms are clean with nice bathrooms and fairly decent views of Yokohama. Hotel only has paid parking available.

the hotel is located in minato mirai which is perfect spot for vacation. close to JR, Minato Mirai Line and museums. the view at night from the room was perfect since you can see the bridge and lighted ferriswheel. just a perfect hotel to enjoy yokohama and minato mirai!

So much better than expected”
First of all, I do not suggest going to Yokohama as there is not much place to go to. This hotel is located next to an OK store (Japanese low price supermarket), 711 and 100 Yen store, could go there for a walk and there are a lot to buy. For the hotel room, it is quite clean and the room is larger than I expected. The bed and the bathroom are comfy. The hotel room has sea-view even with its cheapest hotel room. There is no free parking, spend around 1900 yen parking for the night.

Staff service lacking a bit ”
The location and rooms are good. The hotel seems to be located at an office area, hence, not many food options around. But can walk to Sogo which is about 20 mins walk away. The room has no black out curtains but a nice view of the ferries wheel. The car park charges for hotel guest is ¥1,600 which is quite expensive. Be sure to validate your carpark coupon with the staff at check in. Otherwise, you will get a rude shock as our parking fees for 17-18 hrs was ¥10680. Here is where I think the staff service is lacking. Even when I asked about parking, she didn’t tell me about the need to validate carpark ticket, also didn’t inform me that I can get amenity and coffee at a corner after I checked in. In the morning when I had to ran back to see if I have to validate my parking coupon, there was no staff to mann the reception. So if you don’t need good service and looking for value for money accommodations, go for this hotel.

Stayed here for the second time for a conference at Pacifico Yokohama. The room is clean, large and beautiful. Very nice bath, and many hygiene and bathing products were provided. Close to Yokohama and other stations, as well as stores and restaurants.

Big room compare to those hotels at Tokyo. Clean and modern hotel with nice breakfast. A little distance away from metro stations but very near Apanman Museum. Bus stop 5mins away that can bring you to other attractions such as cup noodles museum and gundam factory

Disappointing Hotel”
This was our experience in this hotel. First when we checked in, they charged us for additional cost telling us the price was only for 1 adult even though I booked for 2 adults and 2 children under age 5. We love to have a staycation as a family and this was been our tradition ever since. 2nd I requested for a higher floor and they gave us a room in 7th floor as the rooms are already fully booked. I requested ahead of time so they can reserve us a good room in a higher floor. 3rd, they don't have enough parking space for their guests. We called the front desk to ask if there's another parking space that's available as we were already waiting for 30 minutes outside the parking but they dont even bother to talk or reply to us or just apologize for the inconvenience.. 4th, my husband ask the front desk until what time the restaurant in the morning will be open. They answered that it's fully booked and we can't eat if we don't have a coupon, we should have included the breakfast when we booked a room. But we still went to the restaurant in the morning and accomodated us. There is not so much variety of food and I can say its not worth the price. The room was enough for family of 4 and the view was nice and near to our target location the next day so its convenient as per location. The toilet and bath were separate, the bath's door still has water stains and not cleaned well. They don't have amenities for children. Overall the experience was not good at all and we are very disappointed.
