A Wonderful 2 Night Stay”
It was my first time in Hua Hin and it was a pleasant trip. Very relaxing and wasn't loud or busy because I went during the week. Tip: Building A is the furthest to the pool and restaurants, where most of the action is. And Oscars Restaurant across the street has some pretty good Thai food.

Bad experience, bad service”
I would like to warn everyone before making decision of staying at this hotel. I’ve faced tons of problem staying here. There was a private party at late night that I’ve never been informed. A knocking sound at all night. The water temperature turned itself to very hot that burnt my skin. A very hard to contact hotel once you’ve booked. These are just only few example. So stay away if you would like to have a good vacation!

Love love love the architect and atmosphere, but service needs improvement”
My second time here because I fell in love with the design and the vibe, but the service was a disappointment. Reservation staff needs to be more helpful. Staff at breakfast needs to be more polite, it felt more like waiting in line at fast food resto rather than breakfast at 5-star hotel. Our order at the pool happy hour took forever to arrive. The only satisfaction was the service at Praca restaurant where staff were more attentive and friendly.
