Excellent heritage hotel in a historic part of town”

Amazing and well appointed room, security procedure that made you feel safe, professional service, cleanliness throughout and a wonderfully beautiful property. Just watch out not to connect too many of your devices as the system cuts you off once you go above 3-4! And forces you to upgrade to a paid, premium plan. For a business traveller with multiple devices, this was a huge let down and a rather tacky way to charge customers...

The Taj has been a symbolic landmark in the skyline of Mumbai and this week my family and I got to experience the hospitality that is synonymous with the brand. As part of my visit from Canada, I wanted to treat my mum and grandparents to a night in town and couldn’t think of a better hotel to enhance that experience. From the time we pulled into the entrance, till our departure the next day, we had a very comfortable stay. While the location, amenities, facilities were top notch, what stood out most for us was the warmth that the staff exuded upon their service. Claris Soans greeted us and was available to assist with everything from check in to luggage pick up at the end. She ensured my grandparents were looked after, and built a wonderful rapport with my mother. She was kind to provide us with our family photo that now brings a smile to our faceS as we remember the memories we made there. I would definitely recommend The Taj to not only experience a comfortable stay, but also feel valued as a guest given the professionalism and warmth we experienced.

Taj Mahal - the name says it all ”

One should atleast once in a lifetime must have an experience of staying here. I along with my husband and 2 yr kid planned to take a break and book Taj as staycation.. the best experience ever.. excellent service, delicious food. They even surprised my kid with few amazing toys . Loved our stay here

One of the best hotels in India, where staff is so humble and ready to help at any point of time. Unlike other hotels , they are not just looking for grabbing money from guests , infact they go an extra mile and dont charge for kids if its not included in package. Room tariff is also reasonable at times and if booked online. Hats of to Shri. Ratan Tata for giving world class experience to his country man at his iconic hotel.

The is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far! The staff were courteous and helpful. The view from my room was beautiful. I always come back to a beautiful floral arrangement in my room. I will definitely choose it again when I visit Mumbai again.

Stay at Taj Tower worth every peny”

Enjoyed my short stay at the hotel, came down for morning walk and photographers outside the hotel took good pictures and given me print out in no time. I enjoyed my stay, wanted a safe hotel when you are travelling in corona times.

Amazing stay”

They upgraded us from TOwer to palace sea view room. Food in masala kraft is not that good and either in Ball room dining area. Breakfast is amazing at Shamiana. Overall it was amazing stay.

We went to this Taj property for one night to catch a break and treat ourselves. Their food, hospitality, and location are extraordinary. Our overall experience at the hotel was extremely good.

We'd gone for a 1-day staycation. Very clean and hygiene-focused staff which is a big plus during COVID-19 times. We booked the 3-meal package, and the food is more than enough for two. We got upgraded to sea facing room, and loved it.
