Travel with friends ”

The front office clerks was kind and respectful. The place was abit far to the lee garden area. But it is hat yai so everywhere is close plus there is grab. There is no breakfast but there is a lounge where you can serve yourself a cereal,toast,juices,teas,snacks and etc. The lounge have different type os food/snacks on a different time. We book the family suite and the toilet bowl was fantastic. It was quite big balcony. The TV Channel were perfect. There was hot water,mineral water,towels,fridge. It was clean. I think its the best hotel hat yai can offer. As other hotels in hat yai are pretty creppy,old,dark and dirty. This was the best. Hence i totally recommend. It was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Value for money”

The Three hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Hat Yai town which is walking distance to Odean, Lee Garden Plaza and night market. Big, clean and spacious room with modern design, coupled with comfy pillows and beds. Receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast were included and free snacks till 5pm on a daily basis. Will definitely return to this hotel and will recommend to friends.

Great hospitality with friendly staff”

I came across this Hotel based on their high rating honestly. So have booked 4D3N for our stay in Hat Yai and the room was Without b/fast. They hv also mentioned the normal checked in at 2PM. Me and family arrived at 10AM, to our surprise they allow us to check in immediately instead and mentioned it is part of free supplementary PLUS breakfast too! When checked out they hv also Wow us with lucky draw as a small token to their customer. TQ for the great facilities and hospitality too! We are grateful!

Worth every penny”

The hotel was is a great location, located right smack in the central of Hat Yai. The first impression was good, great staff and clean bedrooms. Walkable to Kim Yong market and has Odean shopping centre right in front.

Great location”

We went as a family of 6 consisting of young children and seniors. Stayed for 6 nights. Loved the location. The Three is located at a quiet corner but yet close to the shopping street at Lee Garden. Lots of local food nearby. New hotel so it’s quite clean. Impressive bidet toilet rarely found in SEA countries. Family oriented hotel. They provide a simple breakfast of coffee/tea/Milo/juice with some toast/croissants with butter/jam from 7am-10am thereafter they provide a snack bar with local biscuits and some cake until 5pm. It’s self-service so it really depends on the guests’ initiative to keep the place tidy, clean and this impressive service ongoing. Met the owners. They have a very caring and giving attitude that is hardly found in big commercialised hotels. Their idea is to give guests a truly homely feel, as though one is returning to visit their family. Great people. This can be seen in the way they interact with their in-house guests as well as their own staff. Hotel was only 5 months old when I visited in December so it was clean and new. However, be advised to ask for rooms with window views. As far as I know since I booked 3 rooms, 2 out of the 5 rooms on our floor only has a tiny window that looks right into the wall of the building next door and it makes the rooms dark and gloomy. The other rooms I booked has a balcony and another that looks onto the quiet street at the entrance of the hotel. As I checked in during mid-week and late at night, the kind receptionist showed me the rooms before I chose my 3 rooms. My floor was empty until the weekend when the crowd started streaming into Hatyai. Note that the hotel reception will closed at 1am. Thereafter only a caretaker sits in front. Hotel guests would still be able to access the hotel with their key card. Would recommend to everyone.

Would definitely stay again”

The Three is a new hotel, opened in 2017. The location is 25 mins away from the airport, and walking distance from Lee Garden district. Love that they are infusing technology, with cool lift buttons and doorbells fixtures. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. It's one of the few hotels in the area that offers family room for booking. The room is spacious, comes with a gigantic king bed that can comfortably sleep 3 big built adults and a sofa bed. Built in bidet on the toilet with good water pressure from the showers. Our room is nicely cleaned everyday, with adequate towels and water provided. My family and I love the simple complimentary snacks and drinks provided on the 1st floor, and would stop by in the morning before venturing out. The only improvements that can be made could be to increase the number of power plugs/usb charging point in the room, as well as a smell of paint in the staircase landing.

Clean & comfortable”

The Three HatYai is a simple and no frills hotel. Location is good, surrounding is not as noisy & it is located near several shopping malls and only 6 mins walk away from Kim Yong Market. There are also many popular restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Going to further places is not a problem as Grabbing a transport in HatYai is very easy & convenient. Although the hotel does not come with breakfast, it does serve simple snacks in the morning like porridge & toast for guest. Breakfast is not a problem as there are plenty of eating places near the hotel. Checking in & out are smooth. Staffs are friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds & pillows are comfortable. The only fault I can find is that there is not enough clothes hanging area especially for family room where more people are staying. Overall it is a good stay & will stay in the Three HatYai when I come to HatYai again.

Exceptional”

Hotel was clean, cozy and well decorated. Power sockets were fitted with universal adapters already, bedside has USB charging port. Toilet was the main highlight, toilet bowl was equipped with high-tech auto-spray + dryer for your backside. Staff were very friendly and helpful also. Hotel location is very convenient, only 2-3 minutes of walking to shopping centres like robinson and lee garden plaza. Odean mall is just directly opposite the hotel. Overall, I can’t seem to find any faults with the hotel, truly an enjoyable experience staying at The three hatyai!!

Staff Friendly, Efficient, Good Location”

We arrive The Three at 8am. We drove all the way from KL to Hatyai in midnight. Hotel staff well understanding and arranged early check in for us at 9am for a short rest. Room was comfortable, clean and prepare enough mineral water (5 bottle/day) during our stay. Simply breakfast coffee can fill up our stomach especially family with kids better than walking far away searching for local restaurant. I got surprise when receive the CNY greeting card & angpow from the staff. They make us feel the CNY atmosphere even at Thailand. Overall rating 4.6 / 5.

Best place to stay in Hatyai”

Great location, in the middle of everything. Everything is walking distance away - train station, robinson shopping mall, odeon, kim yong market, big market. Really appreciate the kind gesture of offering a snack station with good coffee which opens till 5pm - great for a short rest during the day. Rooms are clean and well equipped, lots of channels on TV, the toilet is equipped with a japanese style heated seat and automated bidet. WiFi access is great as well. Price is on the higher side compared to other hotels in hatyai but it is definitely worth it.

AWESOME ”

Very good location and staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is from 7am and because our flight is early at 7.30am, they prepare breakfast for us at 5am. Which hotel will do this extra mile? I travel to Hatyai at least once a year and I am going back to this hotel in my future visit. Thank you The Three Hatyai.

Value for money, new, good location”

We had a wonderful stay at the three. It’s new n clean. Staff are always smiley when u passed by the counter. Toilet comes with washlet. Room’s layout is well thought out. Only problem i have is the bed was too hard for my liking, everything else is excellent!

This Place Leaves a Bad Taste in Your Mouth”

This brand new hotel is centrally located, on a busy street, just a block from the Odeon Shopping Mall. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with some hi-tech touches like a Japanese auto toilet and labelled, push button light switches. The hotel WiFi was a huge irritant, requiring a new login after maybe 30 seconds of inactivity. That really needs to be fixed asap. My room overlooked the street on the 5th floor and street noise was an annoyance. Complimentary hot and cold drinks and light snacks are available throughout the day in a first floor community room, which is the only hotel amenity outside of the rooms. The owner demanded a 2,000 THB deposit upon checking in, which I thought was excessive. Also, there was some confusion with my Agoda reservation and the owners handled it very poorly. Also, I think the room is a moderately overpriced.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, lots of food options nearby”

The Three is located within walking distance of Lee Garden Plaza, Odean, and other shopping areas. You'll never be short of F&B options within the area - there are tons of Chinese, Thai and Halal food places in the area which serve great meals. Their staff are also very helpful if you need assistance with transport arrangements, translations etc.

Highly recommended”

Very helpful & friendly staff. Strategic location-3~5 mins walk to night hot spot(night market), supermarkets(Robinson, Central, Odean), train station. Clean & spacious room. Light refreshments were served from morning till 5pm at 1st floor, so no worry of getting some coffee, juices, biscuits n fruits. Hope they will maintain the good job n cleanliness of the place. We will definitely go back to this place on our next trip.

Cozy stay and friendly staff”

Had my one night stay at the three hatyai. The room is cozy and comfortable. Location is strategic. Just a 3 mins walk to lee garden. Also, the staff is so friendly and welcome us with great smile.
