I'd like to express my disappointment in The Tree Riverside. Below is a quote from Kaeng Krachan: 1. I am reserved a tent, but there is space in a building. I try to explain things to the resort staff, but they are unhelpful and suggest that I contact the agoda platform on my own. I had to wait for a while after contacting agoda. I have already decided to check in, so I mistakenly believe that I can make a claim later. This is because the document form from the resort clearly states that I have agreed to the terms. When I have this problem, I eventually believe that the resort and platform are unsupportive. 2. The food isn't particularly good for the price. I believe my experience will help you make a decision.

Goods for resting at a quiet place and nice weather”

Food at hotel’s restaurant is out of stock for most of the menu on the day we check-in while the hotel is remotely and hard to find other place for a meal. Hope hotel will improve food inventory management to serve clients properly.

It's a quite nice place, if you have 3 star expectations. They're not doing themselves favors claiming to be 5 star.

I stayed in a tent which was impressive, the environment was great cause it's near the national park, breakfast line is adequate and satisfied. the pool was lack of caring also I don't recommend to order grilled pork set as dinner just order their a lacarte

Relatief nieuw resort (in aanbouw) oo een leuke maar afgelegen plek. De staf ontving ons als nagenoeg enige gasten met grote moeite en we werden ondergebracht ver van het zwembad en met geen uitzicht en een entree vol met rotte vruchten voor de entree. De kamer was niet schoon, m.n. In de badkamer allemaal poepjes van beesten op de vloer. Had een ‘gevecht’ omdat we buiten op het terras wilde eten ipv binnen in een oververlichte diningroom zonder Athmosfere. Het ontbijt idem dito. Het eten was goed alleen prijzig. Daarnaat stond de muziek binnen en buiten erg hard. Kortom, tijd voor een manager die daar de puntjes op de i komt zetten. Ander irritatie puntje was dat we bij vertrek moesten wachten op een eindcheck. Duurde erg lang omdat gwt huisje op minder als 50 meter van de receptie lag. We werden uitgenodigd om te gaan zitten, echter de zithoek was te vies voor woorden. Zit dan 4 man achter de receptie en niemand die dat dus opvalt en ff een schoonmaakdoekje pakt. Kortom, hopelijk wordt het in de toekomst beter!🙏🏾

Verbleven in z.g.n. villa op de eerste verdieping met mooi uitzicht en ruim balkon. Grote kamer en goede WiFi verbinding. Mooi zwembad. Het resort is zeer mooi aangelegd met bomen, planten en struiken.

Mooie, nette accommodatie. Heel veel prachtige vogels. Goed ontbijt. Behulpzaam personeel, maar geen info over het prachtige nationale park. Helaas veel bouwactiviteiten aan overzijde rivier. Daardoor minder aantrekkelijk uitzicht en overdag veel lawaai. Tent was netjes en comfortabel.

ทำเลถือว่าไกลจากจุดท่องเที่ยว แต่ไปพัก เพราะไปวิ่ง งานวิ่ง ราคาอัพขึ้นเท่าตัว จ่ายแพงมาก แต่หาที่พักอื่นๆ ไม่ได้ เลยจำเป็นต้องจอง เขียนว่าห้าดาว แต่เอาเข้าจริงๆ ไม่ถึงค่ะ เพราะเราพัก5 ดาวบ่อย บริการยังไม่ถึง แต่รีสอร์ตดูสะอาด และ ปลอดภัย แต่ไม่คุ้มกับที่จ่ายแพง

มีกิจกรรมที่ทำให้กังวลในการต้องเข้าเช็คอินช่วงค่ำ จึงโทร.สอบถามเรื่องเวลาต่างๆ กับทางโรงแรมก่อนและได้รับข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วน พนักงานพูดจาสุภาพ น่ารัก สร้างความประทับใจและสบายใจตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้าพักเลยค่ะ เมื่อเข้าพักทุกคนให้บริการดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด มีความรู้สึกปลอดภัย สั่งอาหารมารับประทานที่ห้องก็สะดวก รสชาติอร่อย พนักงานทุกท่านอัธยาศัยดี สุภาพ เป็นมิตร โดยภาพรวมประทับใจมากค่ะ

ห้องเหมือนจะสะอาดนะ แต่เปนคนแพ้ฝุ่น แสบจมูกมาก เลยแหวกม่านหาฝุานหัวนอนเป็นม่าน เปิดม่านมาฝุ่นมหาศาลมาก ฉีดแอร์เฟรชเนอร์ฉุนมาก เปิดประตู2ชม.กลิ่นยังไม่จาง จอวแบบมีอาหารเช้า แต่ต้องไปงานวิ่ง ก็ถามว่ามีอาหารเช้าใส่กบ่องแบบ รร.อื่นให้ไหม พนง.บอกมี เดวเตรียมไว้ให่ตอนเย็นแล้วเอาไปแขวนที่หน้าห้อง จน2ทุ่มก็ไม่มี โทรไปถามบอกไม่เกิน4ทุ่ม หลับไปแล้วตื่นมาจะเที่ยงคืน โทรไปถามก็ไม่มีจ่ะ สรุป โทรกลับมาถามว่าออกไปวิ่งกี่โมง บอกตี4 นจท.บอกเดวฝากยามไว้ ให้มารับที่ล็อบบี้ เปิดอาหารมา แซนวิชเอาไปให้หมากินเถอะ 555 ทิ้งเลย แล้วคืนการ์ดเช็คเอ้าส์ตอนตี4เลย อ๊อ..อาหารกลางวันในร้านก็ไม่อร่อยอ่ะ สรุปว่าจะไม่ไปอีกและไม่แนะนำ
