Honeymoon in Bali”
We stayed in an Oceanview villa at Ayana resort Bali for our honeymoon. First and foremost, the team at Ayana was amazing, we arrived fairly late (after 1am) and the team was there waiting for us with refreshing drink and towel in hand. Given it was late, our butler recommended we get settled in and he'd pick us up in the morning to take us to breakfast and a tour of the resort. We got into our room and wow, late night snack waiting and a rose petal bath setup for us! Don't have time to write a novel, but breathtaking views (ocean view pool by Rockbar is a little hidden spot that was much better than Rockbar for the sunset), amazing amenities and again the team at Ayana made it super special for our honeymoon. The only regret we had was not planning to stay longer, so we are planning for our next trip already!

Beyond our expectation”
My husband and I are very impressed by what The Villas at Ayana resort has offered. We were greeted by a really polite and nice lady at the villa lobby who helped us to check in efficiently, answered all the questions we had and made reservation for next day's activities. When we arrived, we were informed that our villa got free upgraded to the cliff ocean view villa and that was beyond our expectation. The privacy, view and facility are excellent. Everywhere we go, we are greeted by staffs with warm smile and eye contact. The view and sunset experience at rock bar was memorable and the in villa dinning ( including the floating brunch with champagne) were nicely organized. Our butlers are very attention to detail and always helpful and approachable. The spa at Ayana was also a must try and we enjoyed it a lot. I would highly recommend The Villas at AYANA.

Excellent...Five Star all around!”
We stayed at one of the villas at Ayana and had an amazing stay. I loved that they contacted me prior to my arrival to arrange everything I needed to suit our groups needs. From treatments to the spa, reservations at Rock Bar, the Rijstaffel dinner, everything was so well organized. We had Sutarma as our butler, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. As I stayed over the my birthday the various staff all signed a card for me and I received a number of gifts and surprises that they had arranged. We felt like royalty! Thank you Sutarma for your hospitality and your great personality, and for making us feel at home away from home! The villas are well appointed, with everything you need. And if you need anything not in the room, a call to the butler via the butler cell phone they provide would solve that. The fresh fruits and snacks left for us we’re yummy, and a nice treat. The attention to detail was impeccable! Food was great! Loved our stay and will be back!

We chose Ayana as our lady stay in bali to relax on our honeymoon. The facilities they provide are excellent. The place looks breathless. Staff are amazing. Very organized and attentive. One of our best stay in Bali!”
We stayed in Ayana during Covid era and PSBB regulation. We chose the oceanfront villa w/ 2 bedrooms, it was spectacular. Very spacious w/ a mini pool and a cozy gazebo. Despite rainy weather we truly enjoyed our stay at ayana. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, we even requested breakfast by the main pool and it was a lovely way to start the day. The staffs were helpful, respectful and their service were impeccable. We would like to mention Ms. Elis, Ms. Sari and Mr. Dika who made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing unfortunate, the freshwater pool was under maintenance during our stay but more the reason to book another stay at Ayana. Overall, if u want a luxury stay, Ayana def a great choice.

This was our second time at Ayana Villas and we had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary there. We had a cliff oceanfront pool villa with a big pool. Villa is nice especially the bathroom, I would've expected better ocean views from the pool and villa itself however. Our stay was extremely enjoyable thanks to all the staff members that did everything to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for. Spa treatments are really must-tries especially the marine ritual. Another must is the cooking class with Chef Darpa who is so fun-loving and taught me well! The cooking class is so beautiful and I enjoyed a lot the garden tour and offering before starting the cook-off.Watching the sun go down at Rock Bar is another must and villa guests have priority booking. Food at the mexican restaurant at Rimba which is a sister-property is delicious and offers fun cocktails. Thanks to all staff members for the great stay.

Every small detail is thought of”
This resort is a dream. The villas are luxurious and just what we needed for a romantic getaway. They continued to surprise us with flowers, royal treatment, and extra special touches at every turn. We loved all of our butlers and in particular Rusti. We took advantage of dinner on the pier, special reservations at the rock bar, pool side cabanas at the ocean pool, and treatments at the spa (how cool is the aquatonic pool?). We just mentioned we thought we may do room service and came home to a table set with flowers and candles in case we ordered in. Plus a rose petal heart to top it off. I can't think of one thing they could have done better. It was gorgeous weekend. We will return again.

Great resort but Poor Renewal of Vows packages”
Everything about the resort was great. But would like to urge the management to consider to be more flexible in their packages. We wanted an intimate and private renewal of vows at the Astina Pavilion, but was quoted with additional 20 pax reception when there were only 4 of us. Was upset also with the no-photography policy which did not allow us to have photos taken within the beautiful resort. Still perturbed by the lack of flexibility. In the end we went to another resort to have our renewal of vows. Costs the same, but was happier doing there. Quite an inconvenience for us though. Otherwise this is a wonderful and beautiful resort. Would definitely come back to enjoy the place more, just not to have other ceremonies.

The villa is really luxury we have our own private pool and there’s 12 swimming pools in Ayana. The staff all are really friendly and really helpful. We definitely will be back again to Ayana The Villa !

The best resorts in Bali”
I and my wife stayed in Cliff Villa, Sea View Villa and Garden View Pool Villa (5 days in total) Agus and a guy from the villa lobby were extremely helpful. I and my wife got food poisoned from eating at an outside restaurant and felt very sick, but Agus called the resort doctor for us immediately and thanks to him, we felt very comfortable on the next day.

Birthday celebration”
i love the villa, very pretty and spacious. however, for the price i paid i would have expect better breakfast and also priority access to the rock bar. i was quite disappointed as i couldn't get a nice seat on the rock bar itself but was seated at one corner below the ocean pool. also it was my birthday, it would be great if the staff would have paid more attention on all this little details. a small cake/ special drink doesn't cost a lot for your guest to experience a better stay. nevertheless, my stay with ayana was lovely. thank you.

Great villas and attentive staff”
Pros: villas are amazing, gym is well equipped, spa is top notch, restaurants are great, staff are all well trained. river pool is particularly nice. rock bar is not bad, just a bit too hot while waiting for the sunset. Cons: SO MANY CHINA tourists it is insane. they are badly behaved, screaming to one another in the pools, they act like they own the whole resort. in the river pool, the hotel policy is that no phone is allowed due to privacy, but it is funny that they allow these loud and noisy chinese people who is screaming at one another in the river pool and disturbing other guests. sometimes the butler dont arrive on time for the buggy, we have to wait outside the villa for at least ten minutes, sometimes its so long we just decide to walk to the place we want to go to. however they are always apologetic therefore it s ok. suggest that the butlers can actually take a few guests from different villa in one buggy so that guests dont need to wait for so long.

Great experience will be back”
Well it's not a cheap stay but I'd say it's worth it! The villa was impeccable and the service was also very good. Everyone got out of the way to help and the whole environment is very warm despite its quite a large and busy hotel. Insect control was also amazing. Pool was very clean and also the lawn and outdoor area. Both brkfast at rock bar and Dava was worth going back for. One con: the in room dining line didn't get back to us for 15+ min and we had to wait and wait and finally go out for lunch.

The resort is good but the villa is not worth it”
The villa is a bit disappointing as we booked an ocean view villa but in fact it's just facing gardens with blocked views. Worst of all, there was a mouse crawling on the tv wall in the afternoon when we were watching tv! The butler only showed himself one hour before our checkout time (though he was good during that one hour). Having stayed in the most basic resort view room in ayana, would advise to choose standard room instead of villa as the latter doesn't seem to justify the price in our opinion. Choose another villa to stay if villa is your preference.
