Spectacular Views of Tokyo Bay!”
This has been my favorite hotel I've stayed at while being in Tokyo. The view of Tokyo Bay and Cosmo World was breathtaking! I also loved sitting out on the balcony which made for glare-less pictures. The room was very welcoming and had more space than usual hotels in Tokyo. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want amazing views of Yokohama!

One of my favourite hotels in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. The rooms are all very large by Japan standards, and most have balconies and great views across the Minato-Mirai waterfront area, which is illuminated at night. Is directly connected to a large shopping complex. Highly recommended.

Only minor thing my hubby and I suggest is, room service time(s) and menu should be updated or mentioned to every customer right at check in if there are any changes. We had planned on ordering in for breakfast our first full day with all the choices they had, come to find out that their menu was limited. Not sure if it’s due to COVID. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. I had reserved the Grand Corner Suite (Bay View)😍 for his birthday. Would love to go back again and DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone‼️

A classy hotel with amazing view to Yokohama Bay”
It is a typical Japanese design hotel. Classic but classy! My room is facing yokohama bay, we can see a ships and a big wheel in the amusement park. This hotel is located in Queen Square building, which has amenities like stores, restaurants and even connected to Minato Mirai line. 5 minutes walk to Nissin Cup Noodle museum, 15 minutes walk to Yamashita Koen and around 20 minutes walk to Chukugai/Chinatown.

I love this hotel”
It’s the second time I go. I always go to the luxury ocean room that has a huge window in the bathroom and you can have a great view while enjoying the bathtub. It is superb! I never really eat there so not sure about the restaurants, but the staff is super nice and the bar is expensive, but a very nice environment.

Best location with the Minatomirai train underneath the hotel building, large, clean and comfortable rooms, front desk staff are professional. My only concern is that the Operator, who also connects to the Housekeeping, Front Desk and other departments has difficulty in the English language so when you need something, she does not understand what one is saying.

Spacious rooms with great views over Yokohama Bay and the city”
The Yokohama Bay Tokyo is an old favorite; the rooms are very spacious and the views are stunning, especially at night. As with most Japanese hotels, service levels are excellent. Only quibble is that room service dining was inflexible when I asked for staggered delivery of courses to ensure the food was warm. Either you take it all in one go or we don't deliver. So I dined out instead.
