Excellent hotbath facilities and great reception staff”
The reception staff were particularly helpful especially Nakijin when initially i have to figure out how to get there by public transport from the airport. The other staff recommended us to some great restaurant thereby especially one called Kappe Dunne - excellent sushi and very fresh sashimi. The green vegetables were done beautifully and the grape seaweeds just melt in your mouth. Prices are reasonable for such good food in this restaurant. The hotbath is one of the best as it is included in the hotel price - quite a few pools to enjoy. Breakfast timing is too strict as i got in there about half an hour before it closes and they were already packing up most of the food!

Nice place to chill and take it slow. Booked the jap room with osen and the room is cozy and big enough to accommodate 2a2c. For breakfast, it take us awhile to enter the restaurant as it was packed. Do be early as the food are all kept on time even there are guests still dining in the restuarant

The great onsen free for guests ”
The hotel is situated in the south west of Okinawa island on the hill overlooking the ocean. The room was big and spacious. The territory is big too with nice round track of 2.2 kilometers. There are te is courts and water park with slides opened in Saturday and Sunday. The most amazing thing is there onsen with non filtered water from natural spring. And it is free for the guests for use for unlimited times a day. The free breakfast was more than satisfying and dishes changes from day to day. We spent 5 nights in the hotel and loved it very much. They have very interesting policy to give 500 yen voucher to use in hotel shops and restaurants if you ask not to clean your room. The purpose is to keep the environment cleaner. The staff is great and very polite. Nearby there are Okinawa world park, Peace memorial park, Mirabu beach. It is better to have rent car to visit this hotel and travel in the region.

The hotel and excellent and very value for money. We are a group of 6 with 2 seniors and 2 kids (yr 7 & 9). We booked one deluxe room which is spacious with fantastic view and one Japanese room with private onsen for two nights. Both rooms are super which provides different experience. We will definitely come again. Very recommend if you drive in Okinawa (but no good for public transport).

I enjoyed very much staying in this hotel, which is located at the tranquil mountain with magnificent view day and night. I also enjoyed the famous Apeman Hot Spring and I recommend family could spend (1,650 Yen / person) for the private hot spring, it's really worth it!

Japanese Quality”
The only zonk I can tell is the location. It's rather hard to access to, but virtually everyone drives when travelling there. Therefore that's not a big deal. At night, the road to the hotel is so dark with barely any street light. It's like 30 minutes drive from downtown Naha. If you don't like staying in the city and need a quite stay, this is where you want to be.

Small bathroom but excellent view and cozy bed”
We stayed in a triple room at the Annex building for two nights. Though there is no beach view at Nanjo at all, the city view is excellent!! Room was clean, bright, quite and spacious. Bed was cozy and everything in the room was quite new. Bonus is that you can enjoy sauna and hot spring (the locals call it "spa") as well as yummy breakfast. The bads are no outdoor swimming pool opened and extra charge on an old indoor swimming pool.

Favourite Hotel Okinawa ”
Our 2nd stay here, bus 37/39 from Naha Bus Terminal at Asahibashi Yuirail station to Naha City Office (across the road from hotel) ¥660(~45min). Lockers ¥400 inside station. Previous trip 2018 (2nts during TyphoonTrami🌀) stayed in newer rooms western beds, this trip stayed 3nts in Japanese room. Room clean as Japanese standard, breakfast variety enough for anyone. Egg chef, toaster could be upgraded took 4 inputs to toast bread. Great views of bay below. Onsen bit of a walk to building next door but worth it. You don't need to take towel from room as towels provided at onsen reception. Free Yuinchi bag in draw inside room along with Onsen sleeping wear. Quiet room/sleep room + massage chairs same floor as Male/Female onsens. For families they have rooms with small onsens. There is a small shop/souvenir store next to hotel lobby drinks, snacks etc. Convenience store across the road at Naha City Office Building / bus terminal + restaurant. Live Bus timetable screen at lobby for buses back to Naha Bus Terminal. Buses collect small ticket on entry, exit pay money into box along with ticket or can use Suica Card / IC cards just remember to swipe in/swipe out with card. Checkin 3pm Checkout 11am. Will be back again soon.

Good view in new wing”
We have 7 pax booked 3 rooms. Onsen room is full so we stay in new wing. Room is good and nice view, everything in room looks new and clean. Room size is large, bathroom have view also. Public onsen is very comfortable, its better if closing time could be later cos we rush back for onsen after dinner in town.

Japanese breakfast is good as you can sample Okinawan cuisine here. Perhaps could have more food options for kids. Housekeeping is good too. Thumbs up for the coin laundry on every floor.

The stay was so so so comfortable! We stayed in the deluxe ocean view at the Annex building, it was so new and clean. So is the Onsen! Breakfast was good too, we tried everything, just that have to wake up early to avoid the crowd as the restaurant was small.

Great stay ( a distance from town/naha)”
Chose this for its complimentary Onsen . The Onsen was good . Breakfast was good . Full of Japanese dishes , was more like a full fledged/4-star breakfast . Free parking . The only bad point is the location in which you may need to rent a car to go up hill and it is quite dark at certain location especially when you drive at night.

Private Onsen room is Fantastic”
This hotel is right on top of the hill in Nanjo. The hotel building looks a little old, but it's a huge. The japanese style private onsen room is amazing! Can't get enough of it. The balcony sliding is locked sealed to prevent insects from coming in, but you will still see a few millipedes crawling around in the Onsen room, but i think it's fine. The view outside is like looking into the wild forest, so we close the door at night to block the view. Breakfast is great, it's a huge restaurant. So there's no worry about having to wait for a seat. Dinner are limited to 2 restaurants and 1 lounge, so we decided to drive out for dinner. The road is dim and most shops around the area seem closed quite early too. Sunset before 6pm. So we end up ordering takeaway food when we passed by a japanese fast-food restaurant 'HottoMotto'. Apart from the location, i love everything this hotel has to offer. I'll definitely consider going back there again.

This hotel is nice for family trip. Hotel facilities for leisure trip are excellent! The location is fine for self driving trip as it located top of the hill. Restaurant around this places not much option.... Hotel staff can speaker English and very polite. Highly recommended for family trip to stay.
