Quiet and nice resort ”
Very helpful and polite staff. They went out of their way to help us with many things. Delicious breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Access to the beach only for guests. Great value for money. Bikes to rent available. Wonderful please to chill out. There are a few restaurants around. If you are looking for a busy party place though, Chaweng beach would be a much better choice.

Nice quiet place with very friendly staff”
We really enjoyed our stay at Three Trees Samui Resort. We got the beachfront bungalow with a private rooftop with beautiful sea views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a nice swimming pool with lights at the night, plenty of privacy. The beach is not the most beautiful in Koh Samui but it's still one of the best ones on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Most beautiful place. Loved it!!”
This is a great place to stay. Away from the noise. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Waking to the sound of songbirds. Ask for unit b4 if possible.

Fabulous ”
Fantastic holiday in a quiet place run by local people. Not too far from shops, food market etc., I would recommend hiring a scooter. Great accommodation, clean, room service, clean free towels, beach towels also available. The best accommodation so far as we don’t like spending lots of money. Air conditioner spot on. Comfortable rooms. We rented bungalow at the beach with kitchen. Great atmosphere & amazing pool. Thank you so much for super time!!! Ella, Ben & Finley.

The resort is good, clean and kind staff. On the other hand Koh Samui as a place to visit: not good ”
Koh Samui is definition of mass tourism and all the resorts have ruined what could be a nice island. The beaches is inaccessible with a the resorts, the different towns are so ugly, and some of the tourist attractions are horrible: a filthy aquarium, monkey show where you can see monkeys lift weights and trapped elephants and tigres. Disgusting!

Great quiet place - 5 minutes by scooter From Lamai beach”
Very Nice Hotel with nice rooms or studios, some with kitchen. Location is quiet, just 5 min with scooter (can be rented at Hotel) from busy and noisy Lamai. Rooms are well mainained and several rooms have a kitchen. Cleaning is good also. Staff is very freindly - excellent breakfast. Nice pool and "private" beach. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful vacation”
We had a very pleasant time! Perfect location for relaxing in the sun, taking a nap on the beach and just enjoying a book. Everything was perfect. The bungalows are really nice and clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. In 15 min walking distance there is a big supermarket and after 10 min you find a lot of restaurants. Only the walking along the street isn't that nice, but was fine for us.

Good stay”
We stayed in standard bungalow which was very spacious and bright. Room was cleaned every day and staff was very friendly and helpful. The views from the garden were beautiful, very nice to relax. Beach was good too, pity of the level of the water that you can't have a proper swimming, but still can jump in a refresh yourself. The only cons was the loudly music coming from the night market close to the hotel. Sometimes it lasted until midnight.

LOVE THE LOCATION AND THE POOL.”
it is on the main road, easy to rent a motor and get a thai massage. there are a few restaurants in walkabledistance and we visited the shooting range next to. room is spacial and has everything we need,if they have dryer would be nicer. we swim there everyday and had fun in their free kayaking. the owner helped us with the ferry and transit tickets which is cheapest one i have got comparing with the ones i have ckecked on internet. would come here again.

Paradise on Earth”
This place was lovely, and just what the doctor ordered. I had a sea-view bungalow overlooking the water, and it's difficult to not want to live here forever. The room was very clean, well supplied (fridge, good air-con, flatscreen TV in the bedroom), and enjoying drinks as the sun went down over the water was amazing. If I'm ever back in Samui, I will definitely look at this place again (and perhaps a scooter to be a little more mobile, which I think the hotel will rent to you.)

No beach to speak of, and just too far away. Staff very nice though”
What to say about Sarocha? We got off to a bad start when I inquired about an airport pick-up and transfer, advising I would like one and giving my flight details. I got a reply stating a cab would cost THB 600 and then asking did I want a pick-up (?) and what were my flight details. I gave the answers, again, and asked for confirmation - which I never got. Nor did I get picked up and had to arrange my own transfer on arrival at Samui airport. Sarocha had been recommended to me and I'd booked on that basis, including breakfast. On arrival I was advised their restaurant was closed for renovation (not that anything seemed to be happening) - but to their credit they arranged for a satisfactory breakfast to be brought to me each day. I knew the place had no pool - it was not evident it also had no beach at all, simply a raised sand covered terrace, and that the whole bay front was rocks. Bungalows were clean, but very basic. Mine had a small and very basic kitchen attached. The place was riddled with mosquitoes, day and night, and around half the place seemed to be inhabited by resident long-stayers, complete with their own dogs! The biggest drawback is that the place is a long way from anywhere, at a minimum 10 minutes or so up/downhill from Hin Ta/Hin Yai and that end of Lamai Beach, and a good half hour from the main part of Lamai Beach and the centre of Lamai town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful when required; the long term stayers made one feel like one was intruding on their territory. Was it totally awful ... no. Was it very good ... no. Would I stay there again? No way. Would I recommend you stay there - no. With apologies to the staff and owners, but the place just did not appeal.

Nice little bungalow and nice staff. Unfortunately they are expending their resort and my bungalow was just in front of the construction site...
