Short getaway”

Rooms were big. Staff surprised us with a change for my room from family suit 1bed room to a pent house. Not sure why but was the best surprise. Rooms were spacious. Just that 1 of the rooms aircon werent in working condition only can be used as fan. Great beach view. Cooling swimming pool. Not crowded. Private space. Overall great experience. Thanks to Agoda and to Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence staff u all made my stress relieve holiday better.

Great stay and get to watch Sunrise and Sunset at the Beach”

Our stay at Tiara Seaview were great. We got an upgrade to a penthouse which is just perfect for our family. Clean rooms, good food, fun pool and plus the Beach that is fantastic. The staff were cool and pronto! Thumbs up for Tiara!

Booked our rooms from Wednesday to Sunday (4nights) to celebrate both my sons birthday. Check-in was done quite fast less than 10mins. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, housekeeping throughout our stay. Weekdays was quiet. Good for those who wanna feel relax in a quiet scenery. We got a ground floor just steps away from the main pool. We did not get a seaview room but pool view suffice. My kids love it ! Food needs improvement. Breakfast was buffet styled. Taste is just ok. We had lunch there as well, but the nasi goreng and kway teow that my wife had, both was salty. Its good that we brought our escooters there. The location is far from everywhere you can go. Unless if you have own car then its ok. The beach there is like a private beach for guests. It connects from the rear side of Tiara. But unfortunately the sands on the beach felt of marine oil so not advisable to swim. We swimmed only at the main pool and the lap pool was great ! Check-out was promptly done too. Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Thank you Agoda and Tiara. 👍👍👍

Nice experience from Tiara Residence”

The receptionist is friendly, the unit is nice and clean. I have a good experience from Tiara Residence. Good facilities. Its enjoyable for me as I have my own sweet time there. Only need to avoid going during peak hour, might not be convenient as many people are there.

Above average”

Not the first time to Tiara Desaru Seaview and my family will be there twice yearly, just doing a simple BBQ at the beach ourselves and but annoyed by the staffs for triple times, been charged SGD 30.00 for that. Turned off our mood this hotel is not deserve us to return anymore as there's plenty of good friendly hotel out there.

Very minimal facility”

The 1-bedroom unit was big and spacious. 1 TV, double bed, fan and air con in both the room and the living room, + a fridge, kettle and 4 cups - that's all. not even a spoon or complimentary tea/coffee. No phone in the room to contact the reception or family members in another room. No hair dryer in the baths, only 1 small bar soap. No restaurant in this place - must drive 2 km to Lotus Desaru resort or 3km to Bandar Penawar where there are many restaurants and shops. The staff are pleasant and friendly. They can arrange to call for taxi for you, or buy breakfast for you which you must order before 8pm, and they deliver to your room.

Great Place for weekend get away”

I like Tiara and highly recommend to anyone who wish to avoid crowded resort during holiday season. I am having great time in Tiara with my family, we have rented one family suit. This is a great place for weekend get away. The place is clean, very serene, and the resort is just stone's throw from the beach.

Good place to stay”

The residence location was nearby the seaside excellent for a family to have a relaxing time. The facilities also quite good and relaxing moment staying there.

Booked a night stay at Tiara Desaru. The place is peaceful. The room & toilet is spacious. It would be good if there is a sofa in the room.

Clean resort near beautiful seaside ”

Friendly staff at reception but staff at cafeteria appeared unfriendly n unhappy. Can give breakfast a miss unless have no other option. Need to drive out for eateries. One of better price place to stay to get to Desaru Coast Adventure Water Park.

stay for 3 days, no even a room service, location is abit far from desaru coast, staff are friendly, beach are dirty. Overall OK but I will no recommend to friend nor come back to stay again.

Good place to relax and avoid crowded”

Nice and comfortable. A good place to travel with group and family. 7 minutes driving duration to LOtus Desaru.

Apartment staycation”

It's not a hotel but a service residence so the look and feel are more apartment then hotel. If you are looking for hotel and all its amenities then this is not the place. For kids they can enjoy the pools including the water slides that the place offer but other than that there is really nothing on offer. Good for a stopover in a long trip like we had when going around Peninsula Malaysia. As the place is quite remote best to have own transportation when staying as it would allow you options for dining elsewhere in town.

A nice beach front getaway place”

I like this hotel for few good reasons. It has a BEACH FRONT that is directly accessible and where you can enjoy an ATV ride along the coastline, catch hermit crabs crawling along the beach, and few other fun activities by the beach. The hotel has it's own POOLS (lap, kiddie, adult) everyone can enjoy all day. The room we got has 2-br with condo amenities like dining, living, and balcony areas. The only downsides are the room price is on the high side i think. Breakfast at the restaurant was a bit disappointing because the foods are not tasty. Finally, there isn't any Grab service in the area.

No in house cafe or restaurant..no shop..no gym..I guess hotel is still in renovation process. However, overall stay is awesome...clean room..great lap pool...great view to the beach..convenient to go to the beach and staff are very polite and helpful. Love to come back with bigger group of family...

Good hotel with improvement opportunities”

Check in was smooth, the facilities are great, very near to the beach. Location wise is a bit far, need 5km drive to the nearest town but not a major issue. Room facilities are good except no bath shampoo provided, we have to buy our own shampoo from the nearest shop. WiFi connection is consistent. The housekeeping staff that came to our room did not dress decently as other hotels. I was surprised and they are foreigners also. We did not feel safe to let them in and opted for daily housekeeping. Other than that, everything is good.

Great sea view and great swimming pool. Nice room. ”

With 2 long and 1.2m deep of swimming pool and children pool with slide on the centre really make our stay there memorable and we enjoy our holiday. Nice staff and awesome room. My room was upgraded from studio to luxury type which is really comfortable and spacious.

Just my feedback”

Location is quite strategic near the beach , however i am very frustrated with the check in process taking time which was just a patient in front of me and i took me more than 45 mins wait. Total 11 counter staff standing at the counter and i really truly amazing of the service. Please improve. The price is considered very reasonable and no any bad review for other service just only feel bad for the check in waiting time it took only :)

Spacious with nice pool but not well maintained”

The rooms are very spacious and there are a few nice pools. However the rooms are not well maintained and they do not even have a proper front desk. Tiara could do much much better and make full use (do better with equipting the rooms/maintenance) of the nice pool and rooms.
