They provide morning kit, robe and slippers. There are bath and hand towels too. A kettle and flat iron are available in the room and they have drinks (for sale) in the room. We love their food and the room stay with breakfast is a great value for money that's why we come back :)

Every time we stay in Davao, we stay at the Tinhat hotel, it has comfortable beds, cable TV including the Australia Plus channel, they have a restaurant serving halal food, staff are very friendly, the previous time we stayed there, we met the owner, a very nice arab gentleman, it is perfect for short stays.

Good food, decent room, we even checked in late!”
Second stay here with my partner! This time around we spent eight days; we also got a better room than the first time we were here. Definitely recommending this boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable - they always have smiles on their faces! They greet us whenever we pass by the front desk. Food was great as well! I like how they accommodate customer preferences especially with coffee. Want them iced? Of course, you can! During our stay, they also went an extra mile for replacing the sort of leaking bidet. The housekeeping probably noticed it when I asked to make up our room. This wasn't even a major issue for us but they went ahead and replaced it nonetheless. Was surprised to see the new one and it was truly way better than how it was. Our only issue is that there was a time when there was a small cockroach on the wall during the wee hours of the night and that caused me to scream. Hah! But I know Tinhat can definitely keep improving on cleanliness! We'll come back!

Excellent and Homey place to stay”
I would 100% recommend this hotel. Very Clean and cozy place. The bedsheets, towels and hygiene kit were in tact and neat. We have requested to change our reservation type and the staff is very accommodating with our requests. Polite and friendly staff from utility, front desk, and kitchen staff. Food is delicious. with fruits and drinks available. The place is near convenience stores and other fast food restaurant.

Value for money”
It's a value for money hotel. You get free breakfast, very very nice bed and pillows (super comfy i love it), good location (because you can hail a jeepney with lots of route within the city) (plus 7/11 is just beside the hotel), all this for an affordable rate thanks to agoda.

For its price rate, it was interesting that they have 2 sets of slippers, a bathrobe, and bathroom essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap for 2); the room was cozy and spacious with a table and 2 chairs and canned drinks and water (for sale). the restaurant was just below the hotel thus convenient and offers a wide array of food items at a surprisingly affordable price. it was a good, and comfy hotel with warm and highly accommodating staff and guard.

Room was nice overall but could use some maintenance in the shower area and electrical outlets. Staff are very nice. Location not ideal but it was fine for me using the Jeepney system. Wifi was very unstable. When it worked it worked pretty well, but it was constantly dropping out and trying to reconnect. I think this is a problem in Davao in general so I don't fault them too much for this, but it should still be improved. Unfortunately cannot reccommend the adjoining restaurant. It's not cheap, food quality is mediocre and portion sizes are tiny. Overall good value for the price and I'd stay there again.

T’was good”
Location was perfect, it is very near to Roxas market (you can walk there every night, and shop) , near 7/11 for late night snacks/cravings. Restaurant- was beautiful, offers good service and food. Plus they’re HALAL certified restaurant. Great for muslims and people who don’t eat pork. Staffs - are good and accommodating. Our over all stay was good but there are downsides too like: Bathroom - it wasn’t that clean. Or is it, but the black stains on the tiles and corners are visible. the shower needs to be replaced but still works well and the heater too 👍🏻 Elevator - THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, they put us in 4th floor, good for daily exercise but not for people who travels and brings lot of luggage or pasalubong, like we did. But the guard was very helpful though, he helped us carry our stuffs. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We’ll definitely comeback and stay again 💕

Pros: Easy to find Affordable Price Garlic Rice (for the free bfast is to die for) Bdw, their bfast is serve as early as 6am so very convenient for those who have early flights. Friendly & helpful staffs. Owner is very accomodating. Not far from City Centre (can take Jeepney rides for Php8.00 or Taxi less than Php.100.00) Taxis are readily available as the receptionist will help you call for Taxis. Towels and dental kits are available Near Pharmacy (just beside the hotel) as well as 7/11 Walking distance to the night market which offers cheap food, massage and clothes (Ukay-ukay) Fares to airport by Taxi from Hotel is just around Php100-Php120.00) Cons The toilet sink is not so clean when we arrived. Aircon is also not so cold (but they manage to clean it up and is cold on the next day)

Comfortable, friendly, decent price”
Comfort, internet, price
It was very pleasant experience. Room was big enough and the internet was fast. I wish they arranged the bathroom differently. The shower is enclosed with glasses and the toilet is right near the door of that shower. One can easily get hurt. Apart from that, everything was pleasant. Stuff were very accommodating and I remember that the room service refused to take tips politely. Which was the only second experience in Phili for me. The free breakfast was descent and the menu was very attractive. For the people that love pork, this place only have halal food. My experience was great and I surely plan on coming back here.

With homey atmosphere, very accommodating staff, spacious rooms and complete toiletries
i feel i'm home because of the location of the place is safe and silent. they welcome us with there smile.they also talk to the driver to bring us to our desire place. they are very friendly. they even reheat the food that i brought outside. i think it would be best if they put a tarpauline in the main road, so that the taxi driver will be familiarize with this place.

very good service, value for money
the hotel is small but nicely built. our room is cute but clean and smells good. for its low price, we were happy to have good quality pillows and bed sheets, nice toilet and bath facilities, and free breakfast too! the hotel's location is not that good but the availability of taxis and pedicabs compensates for this disadvantage. hotel staff are courteous and helpful.
