I choose this hotel because the name is Tiong Nam, I support Tiong Nam. Wish Tiong Nam work good and keep gain business to support Malaysian have working opportunity and improve life.

Is a place for you take a sleep only”

To be honest, this hotel is suitable for people who just want a place to sleep. However, I am disappointed with the cleanliness for the room. There were plenty of hair on pillow and bed sheet, you can feel the pillow and the bed is covered with dust. While for the bathroom, there is a soap dispenser inside but there wasn't any soap inside the dispenser. The good side is this hotel is near to grocery shop, bus station, and restaurant. Thus, I would say that its suitable for person who just a place to sleep.

Terrible experince with mid night door knocksss”

I've booked 3 rooms for my company staffs, among that have 1 room experinced a girl knocking the door room in the middle of the night asking whether u need 'service'. Another room more worst where the police knocking the door at 3am request my company staffs to open the door immediately because they going to catch a men where he is now on the ceiling of their bathroom. Problematic Hotel and definitely not a three star”

The first thing that surprises when i try to check in the hotel was that I was given a room with a jammed door. How on earth can a hotel rent a room when the door is jammed. In order for us to enter the room, we have to call the staff to open the door for us!!! This hotel definitely cannot be rated as a three star hotel. It doesnt provide any facility at all other than a room to stay. There's no other facilities outside the hotel room. The hotel is merely a 2 storey shoplot converted as a hotel. To me, this is just a budget hotel only deserved a one star rating or at most 2 stars.

Passable for a budget hotel”

Being a solo male not too fussed about where I stay the hotel was fine although not particularly friendly and there was a police raid at 2.45am that involved awaking those in every room to ckeck ID. I'm guessing it was against the hotel's wishes!

Very very poor facilities ”

I seriously disappointed about this hotel... the photos they uploaded very need one.,but there bathroom all not look like photos ..this is not 2 star hotel..

Bad shape”

Do not be decieved by the pictures posted by them as the hotel is very outdated and they don't really clean the rooms. The air vent was full of dust and so were the shelves in the cupboard and the aircond as well.

Cheap and nothing else”

This room is only fit for a quick overnight stay. The maintenance of the room is lagging. I slept with caution, worried that there might be bed bugs etc, but luckily none of that happen.

Hotel was cheap but totally run down and old. Renovated rooms smells but only plus point was the in charge who is really accommodating and tried to make our stay pleasant and showing us a few rooms

The stay was staifactory. Bedding needs to be upgraded and was a bit runned down and smelled. Location was confusing to locate for first timers,but located near shopping. Recommended to others if conditions are impoved.

Worse Experience”

Worse experience ever. Room is very dirty. Bed sheet has black stain. Cup has milky stain/liquor. Only has one room card. No choice but have to waste money to change hotel again.
