This hillside hotel commands a view of the picturesque Toba's tranquil Obama Bay.

There are a variety of guestrooms available, including 10-tatami Japanese-style rooms and Japanese/Western-style rooms equipped with their own open-air bath, and all guestrooms face the ocean.

Guests can see the magnificent rising sun from the open-air baths looking out on the ocean.

Meals consist of kaiseki cuisine primarily featuring Ise lobster, abalone, Matsusaka beef, and wild-caught local fish, as well as a buffet that centers around an abundance of seafood.

まぁまぁでした。”

ウェルカムドリンクサービスが種類が多くて嬉しかったです。 部屋はあまり、、、。1番端の部屋で眺めが悪く、古い外階段が丸見えで不気味な感じでカーテンを閉めました。 期待していただけに残念でした。 ゆっくり過ごしたかったので部屋食にしたのですが お料理はどれも美味しく食べきれないほどの量でした。最後のデザートまで美味しかったです。 部屋さえ良ければまた行きたい宿です。

私もホテル関係の仕事を別府市でしてますが見習う所ばかりでした。グランドホテルさんは五つ星上げても可笑しくない位です。スタッフの皆さんの教育、食事完璧でした。有難う御座いました。まだ、必ず宿泊させて頂きます。

とにかくロケーションが素晴らしかったです。 ロビーからの光景も部屋からの光景も絶景で、それだけでもここにくる価値があると思います。 スタッフの方は外国人の方が多く、みなさんとても親切でテキパキ手際よく心のこもったおもてなしをしていただきました。 部屋は通常和室。内装に古さは感じましたが広く掃除も行き届いていたので十分満足できます。お布団もふかふかで寝心地よく、長旅の疲れもゆっくり癒せました。 食事は夜はゆっくり部屋食で懐石料理・朝は会場バイキングのプランをチョイスしました。朝食の時間は中間の時間が満席で一番遅めの時間をチョイスしましたが、種類の多いバイキング料理を選びながらその時間だとゆっくり食べられずあわただしい感じがしました。それだけが残念。 違う季節にまた訪れたい素晴らしいホテルでした。

ビュッフェがお値段を数倍上回る美味しさです。 お風呂も広く綺麗なので何度も入りに行きました。 朝の露天風呂は眼下にある養殖場に作業に来られるので女性は要注意を！ 泊まった日は部屋の真上が小さなお子様連れで走り回る音は筒抜けでした。

房間整潔，服務很好，職員很細心安排，一泊二食也很美味。 只是圖片有點誤導，起初預訂時看見圖片是有房內風呂，但取房間時是沒有，有點失望。

風景跟餐點非常不錯的老舊飯店”

- 員工不太會說英文，不過第二天早上有一個會說中文的櫃檯人員 - 晚餐跟早餐都非常好吃，晚餐有松阪牛吃到飽跟龍蝦湯海鮮，生魚片也很讚 - 很明顯感覺得到是間老飯店，不過雖然舊但不髒，還不錯 - 因為我們是秋冬去，真的是宛如颱風一般，房間會聽到咻咻咻風聲，宛如柯南場景哈哈哈，而且我在櫃檯詢問事情時，可能有人開門突然一陣大風襲來，櫃檯前面的壓克力防疫隔板整個掉下來碎裂，員工們紛紛上來關切我（我沒有被用到），超傻眼ＸＤ 但大廳跟泡湯的海景是真的很讚，可能夏天來比較不會天氣這麼糟（？ - 接駁車班次滿多的，而且接駁車司機都會幫忙扛行李，很有貴賓的感覺ＸＤ 不過事前我其實不知道到底要在哪裡等接駁車，以及它的班次。但鳥羽站的指示很明確，到達後會發現接駁那邊停很多各個飯店的接駁車，我詢問其他飯店的司機他很好心的跟我說此飯店接駁車還沒來，車子來的時候還提醒我。建議可以是先認一下接駁車的樣子，這樣到時候等的時候才不會錯過
