Romantic Hotel, perfect for a couple”

this is a wonderful hotel with a very unique architecture. my wife and i were looking for a place to have a time only for us. x2 kui buri is perfect to relax. we chose the room with the beach view and it was amazing. the hotel is very calm and quiet, ideal for a couple in honeymoons. every day we used to have a 1 or 2 hours walking on the beach that is very clean with crystal water and completely empty. one night, after we arrived from the dinner, we had an inconvenient in our room. the hotel staff immediately transferred us to an upgraded room and no extra charge for that. we really recommend this hotel.

Excellent Design Hotel”

X2 Resorts Kui Buri is the greatest design hotel in Kui Buri. I feels very satisfy in every things in this hotel such as service quality and the located is very quietly. It's good for people who bored with city life. The staff performance is really good. With X2 Kui Buri, you will see the local people life style.

X2 Kui Buri - Romantic Perfection”

X2 Kui Buri is truly stunning. The design is like nothing else I've seen before. The rooms are spacious and beautifully laid out and the private wading pool is very romantic. Service from all the staff is great, everyone there was very accommodating and quite friendly. Location is remote and very private so come prepared as finding things within a reasonable distance is impossible. The upside to this is that we had the entire beach to ourselves. This is the perfect place for a true stress-free, relaxing getaway.

Pleasant vacation with lovely environment”

Even though it was 3 days 2 night holiday, it was a pleasant holiday ever! The hotel was very peaceful and relax. The staffs were very friendly and had serviced mind. Pity that they had small number of staffs so it brought a bit slow service during the meal. Minor, a place was a bit too far from local restaurant so we ended up having meal at hotel where the price was a bit too high comparing with the buffet varieties. Anyway, we were fully charged and ready to go back to work. Thanks to X2 Kui Buri!!

leave away from city and take a rest”

Actually it's my 3rd times in X2 Gui Buri. This resort is so far from downtown, but very privacy and silent from the complex city. The important thing that you have to know is - no minimart or food shop around there, but you can foind all inside the resort as food, beach bar and swimming pool. It's anyone who want to take a real rest and leaving from a noisy city. I have reccomend to pick a pool villa or beach front villa, that is very great choics !!

X2 Kui Buri is a wonderful quant charming resort. The landscaping and plants are amazing. Very beautiful. The food is fine, the Thai salad is good. Service is fine. People are friendly. You can just chill here as the world to spin on its axis. The stone cottage design is just very very nice and quant. Charming in a rustic sense. Location is far from Hua-hin. You have to find your way here. All in all good.

a cozy and peaceful place ”

X2 Kuiburi is a cozy and peaceful place with friendly service. I like the room, shower room, terrace and own pool. The restaurant & bar at the sea front is very nice, I am really enjoy the sea view and main pool. I got a wonderful vacation with private space, I will be back for sure.

Very nice design”

THe x2 is on e of those getaway small boutique hotels. THe outfit was cool, of course a little bit worn out, because 5years old, but did not matter. THey are telling about excellent service. It was funny, the hotel book in the rooms tells great stories about arckitecht, the service ideology, nature and how the ones dream have come true when building a different type of hotel. Their ideology is that they don't disturb you. THey are respecting your privacy, not disturbing you i mean at all. Which also means that there is no one looking after you, there is no stuff around you, no nice surprise moment,no turn down services, nothing fruit plate or minimum give aways what you usually have. No pool service, if you don't have own pool. In restaurant the service is thai style. Their english very bad, the wine list is large, but 70% wines are missing, the food and breakfast was delicious. I could recommend the hotel and ocean front villa to couples you want their privacy for one or two night.. Lovely place for that. The next hotel, we stayed has many surprise moments, but very many misunderstandings also. We laught with my husband, that x2 has almost better service, because there where no service

Great hotel, but bad food”

Overall was great but the food is bad, it mention that pet friendly and pet allows but actually you need to pay for per pet and per night it should write that in the condition as well it was disappointed to find out at the check in counter!

Great Location, modern architecture & very serene”

we enjoyed most part of the stay at x2, really loved the modern design and policies of x2 (disturb me etc.,). we also loved the ambience of our room, and 4k. the food was of good standard altogether, specifically chilli crab was really good!if you like adventure then i sugest trying catamaran sailing or sea kayaking, thats availble at no additional cost. a few downsides, were too many mosquitos, even a couple of them flew into the fruist salad, it was really disappointing to spot them in the first hot meal we were having. some geckos and frogs would occasionally try to come into our room, since the hotel has open top bath area, and other unsealed patches for making customers feel closer to nature. the staff are friendly but sometimes may tend to come accross as rude, since there is no resident manager (that i noticed). its almost the same bunch of people doing all the jobs mostly.it was 70-30 experience, 70 % being really good.

disappointment and not sure will come back ”

X2’s location is peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. The restaurant has a modest but beautiful view to the shoreline. Since this hotel is dog-friendly, we got to see many cute doggies during breakfast, which is a plus for us. Breakfast was actually pretty good with lots of choices, for an included breakfast. Our room was open, spacious, and has that minimalist feel. Staff was not as professional as they should be. We arrived at 3pm which was an hour after check-in time but the room was not ready until 4:30pm which is ridiculous and absurd. Feedback from staff was the previous guests left on time but there were many rooms to clean and we left to be almost last persons to get the room. We can tell the hotel was short-staffed and did not handle the situation well. Our room was in need of a light renovation, that or heavy duty cleaning. Bathroom cleanliness was far from adequate. Shower tiles had built up stains from who knows how long. Shower faucet – grimy. Retractable cloth hanger (rope) had mildew and was about to rip apart. Blind rollers were rusty and difficult to open/close. Pool (both private and main) had a lot of little leaves, since trees are right over the water. The whole “be in nature” feel may not be as practical as it sounds. I prefer swimming in clear water without swallowing leaves. We were also bitten by either ticks or fleas during our sleep. As I am writing this review 2 weeks later, I still have marks all over my body. Understandably, this is a dog-friendly hotel, with constant turnover of owners and pets. But the hotel needs to address this issue as some people have severe allergic reactions to these bites. We appreciate the hotel using Dettol to sanitize floors and surfaces, but you might need to add steam, or something to get rid of the fleas hiding in the room. Relaxing place”

We were there for 4 nights and I love the place,very nice and quiet just like what I was looking for. But if you are the person who like to go around see things and can't eat at the same place with not much of choice then you will not like this place,everything very far away from the resort. When I say is nothing around the resort I really mean is nothing at all....but the resort and the people there make you forget all that. Over all we really like it,good for short break and be away from everything or for a romantic weekend.

chic and cosy resort”

stylish architectures and nicely decorated, hope they have more entertainments and decorations. staffs are friendly but not speaking good english. I was leaving for another location in Hua Hin and they helped to arrange the transfer instead of the hotel car which is more than double, very helpful. the wifi is not working well in the room so the IT guy came to help, he tried and tried but no improvement. it works much better at the restaurant so I end up bringing my notebook and finish my work there. location a bit far away as it takes one hour drive from Hua Hin, serene environment but nothing nearby, not even a restaurant so every meals were done at the 4K there, the food is good but mainly western dishes, if to stay one week then probably can tried all dishes. stayed at the beach front villa and I had the chance to take beautiful shots of the sunrise. the villa not surrounded by high walls and fence so still seeing people walking around, not the totally hideaway style. but the staff won't bother you unless requested. overall it was very relax and enjoyable stay.

I was at X2 for a night, it's was a great experience, staff was nice and willing to help. We book a room with a pool and really having a great time there.

nice design, nice staffs, very quiet”

the deal was good. the only con is that it took nearly 4 hour drive from bangkok. but as a result, the place was very quiet and peaceful. staffs were nice and friendly. i like the design of the room and overall of the hotel. theres no tall building. the breakfast was okay. the private pool isn't that private, people who walk pass by can easily look through the bamboo fence to see the pool as well as the bedroom, but u still have a good curtain for covering ur bedroom. the hotel is quite far from the community so finish buying stuffs u need before entering the hotel. and drive slowly on the way in!

Friendly staffs with kindness at heart”

Great location for the kids to swim and play at the beach. X2 has done a great job training staffs who were friendly and effective from greeting to our departure. We will be back.

Nice and neat hotel”

i like almost everything in the hotel but stuff in toilet is needed more than provided. because at least i spent the lowest rate but i should get the common stuff such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bud ect. but the hotel has not provide any for me. as i saw from the picture which reviewed from other customer i found out that the hotel used to provide the customer more than e present. even though i already prepared everything from my place but in the rate like is the hotel must has responsible for the customer who has not provided all mentioned stuff with.

Ideal place for relaxing holiday”

Stayed at Deluxe Oceanfront Pool Villa. From the room/deck, can see the lovely ocean and the beach is just a bit of steps away (by using the stairs nearby). Seems each villa has separated garden area and was good. However, some guests do not care about other people's private area and came into the garden "as short cut" to the beach and that was something that the resort should improve. Design/decor of the villa was lovely and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Of course my dog as well - the beach in front was clean and nice and good for walking.
