Late Check In after 12am”

-one night stay for dinner & movie marathon saturday nite n sunday . -nice look like 3/4*** hotel ,new and clean - Booking for no window suprisely big room with window :) but so noisy near highway. Parking -free parking at covered parking at 1st n 2nd floor but too scared at night . -dont know what purpose parking outside beside near hotel write 'FOR HOTEL GUEST' but still need to pay . -decide to park open parking with RM3 opposite hotel near mines.

My nice holidays”

Accessable tu MINES, MIECC, MINES 2. No problem getting food here. The receptionist very smooth, free hassle. The house keeping very polite, very fast. Excellence services! I am not bother with the highway because not too noisy.. my young child very happy...coz the space very wide. Can play with her. Only cons is no hot water.

Clean spacious family room”

Just beside Mines shopping mall, connected by a covered walkway. Rooms and clean and spacious and cleaned daily. Value for money. No facilities except the room. Breakfast is a set which you can choose from 6 choices. Tried all of them, all good except depending on your appetite. Enjoyed the milk tea.

A hotel with great customer service”

The pros - Whenever I asked the staff to provide something, they would do it as fast as possible. Great room, comfortable to stay, peace of mind and I will surely will stay it again next time. The cons - Small thrash bin - should be bigger, water heater is a bit old and there's issues where it got burned while I'm using it, but the staff change it to a new one after complaints. There's some hairs noticeable on the room's floor from the previous visitors. I understand this since I ask for earlier check-in. It's a bit odd to pay an extra RM20/hour from the normal check-in at 2PM. It's not been told from the phone call earlier. Only when I arrived at the occasion, the staff mentioned about that. It should be made clear earlier on the phone for more convenience. This is like a hidden charges, since there's not much info available to describe the option 'early check-in'. Apart from that, I really enjoy this hotel.

Quite a nice place”

It's prettier than most hotels, The Mines is just across the street, there are more than just cable channels, and there is a 7-Eleven near the reception. However I did not notice if there was an iron or not, and the bathroom is a bit small. Quite okay for the price.

Overall is good”

Stayed there for 6 nights. Shopping mall is just next to the hotel linked by the bridge. The downsides are there's no fridge and safe. Some TV channel are not working especially astro channel. The room was clean and spacious. There's a night market just behind the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenience store is on the ground floor of the hotel and 24 hours convenience store is just next building. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Excellent”

Location is good, next to a mall. There is 7/11 in the building as well. It is 45 minutes from KLIA2. The staff were very helpful since the check-in day. There was a system error and we got upgraded to the biggest suite for 1 night and was asked to switch the next day. We are OK with that. To our surprised when we were ready to switch room they decided to let us stay in our upgraded room for the rest of our stay, in total it was 4 nights. The room itself was clean but basic 3 stars hotel. It has a mini-fridge as well.

Very clean”

Bed and pillow are comfortable. Staff are polite and friendly. Walking distance to Mines Shopping Fair. Worth to stay and will stay again definitely.

Close to the Mines”

Friendly staff. Clean beddings and towels. Clean toilet. Just awkward bidet placement. Connected to the the Mines Convention Center and also the Mall. Will come back if theres events in the Mines.

Nice stay”

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Quick check in and check out. However, it was quite rushy and tired to walk from parking lot to the reception as it takes a long journey to pass by the ground floor. The breakfast is very simple with few choices only. Overall, it's a good location.

Food is easy to find. The hotel is just next the hotel building. Very recomended.

Misguided with the room info saying that room with bath tub but a shower with no hot water...no mini fridge....but really wonderful staffs....friendly and very helpful...5 stars for them....a new hotel just next to the Mines Shopping Mall and surely more improvement in future...thanks

NOISY AND NOT SECURED”

For the price I've paid for premier city view room is not worth because I have to pay multiple time for the parking which is not include for the hotel guest. The room is very noisy because it's just next to the highway. Luckily they have a friendly reception. Feel not secure because the lift can access each guest floor and it's so creepy.

Cheap n easy”

D hotel is just beside the mall. You can get foods n public transport very easy. Just walked away a minutes to get there. There had a space to get a taxi, grab car and bus. Very recommended. The hotel is new and clean.

Very good”

My family trip to KL, I like trying different hotel whenever on vacation! Decided to try this new hotel and my verdict is 8.5/10 . The comfortable level is beyond what you expect from a 3 star hotel! well worth. down side for me is after 5pm is traffic get abit pack. overall, very very good
