Great hotel, excellent location with a view and great food and service.”
Not your new fanciful hotel. The hotel has great view of lake toya and is just walking distance for a morning stroll. Do opt for the breakfast and dinner option as they serve a variety of food and is worthy of your money (love the beef and prawn). The hotel has a long standing tradition that is frequent by lots of local who goes for their onsen. It is not exactly very new and it can get a little stuffy but big and clean rooms. Furthermore stuff speaks decent English and was able to address to all our queries.

The inhouse onsen is fabulous with lots of body shampoos that you may try 👍👍👍👍👍

Love the onsen, buffet and view”
The view of the lake surprised us when we first checked into the hotel. With the lake view, the fireworks can also be enjoyed from the comfort in the room. Love the buffet spread during dinner and breakfast. However, parking spaces are limited and may need to get a spot early. The air conditioner is not cold too.

Good Hotel with good hot spring ”
We took a public bus from Toya JR station and the ride took around 20 mins. Bus and taxi are the only way to get to the hotel from the JR station if you’re not driving. The hotel was good and clean. The room was relativity big for 2 person. There is a hot spring in the hotel, which has a outdoor onsen and it’s super relaxing. We had our dinner and lunch in the hotel and the food was good with free flow of beer for dinner. Overall the stay was good except that it is abit inconvenient for ppl who are not driving. We took taxi on our way back which cost us about 2300 yen

Great Stay”
Pros: - Dinner and breakfast buffet was included in the stay and buffet has a wide spread of food - Direct view of the lake with full view of fireworks display at night - Hotel’s public onsen is big, clean and comfortable - Room is clean Cons - Additional towel not provided for onsen Overall, price per night maybe slightly higher than other hotels in the vicinity but the good view, food and facilities makes it worth it -

Value for money!”
I am very satisfied with the stay! The facility is undergoing upgrading and I managed to get a renovated room facing the lake. There are 7-11 and souvenirs shops right in front of the hotel. Onsen is deluxe - facing lake also and with massage chairs and foot spa. Love this hotel so much! Experienced nice view when driving from Sapporo to Lake Toya and impressed by Lake Toya with this hotel. Too bad we spent not much of time here.....

Great hotel, rooms being refurbished, excellent dinner and breakfast”
Hotel with great view, big and new onsen. Some rooms are dated, some of the other rooms are being refurbished. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, some of the best we had in Japan. Wide variety and quality.

Nice hotel with great location”
A hotel is a bit dated and full of tourists. The best thing here is the Lake Toya panorama view from an onsen on the top floor. The dinner and breakfast buffet lines have many varieties.

Located just by Lake Toya. Beautiful view of the lake from the room. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good. Futon didn't have enough cushion so it was a little uncomfortable.
