Perfect base to explore Nara”

Location, transportation access, clean

This inn is really nice as it is quite close to the Kintetsu Nara station, and at walking distance of the major sights of Nara. Very clean, and surprising breakfast. Rooms are very small, but extremely clean and well taken care. Very recommended, although a bit pricey.

We arrived around 10pm and left about 10am. It was half way between the JR Nara Station and the Nara Park and many temples. Great location. Would recommend for single or couples. Small room but great rate. Good vending options. Even did laundry at night which was inexpensive. Staff was friendly but little english

this hotel very near to bus station office, so you can buy tiket for bus for see around nara town, and very near to many restaurant and shop in nara, and very near from train station if you want to go to osaka or kyoto.

Great Value for the Monday”

Great price, location and staff

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. As you would expect, the rooms are tiny. My only complaint is that there was only one pillow on the bed, and no extra blanket, probably because there is no room for it. Pretty good location, within walking distance of great shopping and attractions.

Poor Front Desk Service”

good location next to Kintetsu Nara Station and major bus stop to tourist attractions.

It was very disappointed to meeting such poor service hotel staffs. My husband and I went to the hotel at 9:30am and requested for non-smoking room. I was told that check in time at 4pm so we came back at 8pm again. Despite stated in my booking and requested for non-smoking but was allocated a room with strong cigaret smell. The smell could even made your tear dropped and feeling giddy when opening the room door. It seemed the housekeeping was poorly managed and ventilation was bad. When informing front desk staffs, they just giggling to themselves and mentioned, “we can’t speak english”, then gave me a bottle of spay and asked me to clean it or handle “yourself”. This was the service render.. It was my first encounter with more than 50 years traveling experience. I could not accept such attitude and asked to see the manager. They sent a man whom was not willing to gave me his name, but told me go elsewhere, if I could not accept. It was after 9:00pm and was my first visit to Nara. We have no other alternatives…. He then called somebody. Later, went to sprayed and cleaned the room, changed pillows.. Anyway, I would not book this hotel anymore…

location not so far from the enter of the park

a lot of noise in this hotel we really hear everything from the other bedrooms of the hotel (conversation, showers, toilet flush) staf really doesnt' speak english it s quite boring in this kind of hotel
