Best no-nonsense hotel chain around!”
It was quite a walk from Shin-Yokohama (10mins with luggage) station but there were enough escalators, elevators and walkways for foreign travelers. We had some difficulty conversing as they did not understand English. A combination of survival Japanese and charades finally did it. The room was quite small but enough for 2 Asian adults. The breakfast was also a nice surprise as it was wonderfully filling and tasty! Overall, the hotel provided bare essentials while keeping to Japanese quality.

Great for travelling by train”
It was perfect for what we needed, since we had to take the first train to Kyoto at 6am, and this is less than 5 minutes away from the train station. Staff had limited English but was enough, they were very helpful. We booked a smoking room by mistake but it didn't smell bad at all.

It was a really decent place to stay at a reasonable rate, made better by the included breakfast. I really liked how clean the hotel was, this is a must for me and this hotel came up tops in that category.

設備としては満足だがどこか惜しい”
今回横浜アリーナのイベントに参加するために一人で利用させてもらいました。 新横浜駅からかなり近く、歩いてすぐの距離だったのでそこは満足です。部屋の設備としても普通のビジネスホテルで一人旅で行くなら問題ない広さでした。 悪い点として朝食のバイキングが思っていたよりもメニューが少なく、美味しくなかったところです。特にオムレツは冷めており、バターが効きすぎていて正直言って不味かったです。もう一つ悪かった点が部屋のコンセントがベットの近くになかったことです。幸い自分は延長コードを持っていってたので不自由はありませんでしたが、寝ながらスマホを充電したい人などは困ると思いました。 もし次利用するなら朝食なしのプランにして近くのコンビニのパンやおにぎりを食べたいと思いました。
