This hotel is Right at the very heart of Shinsaibashi, the Glico landmark is just few steps away, like literally its just 100 meters away. When you go out of the hotel, you just walk right at the back of the hotel and there's the famous shopping strip. When your hands are full of shopping bags, you can just decide to go back to the hotel and leave your shopping bags then go right back and continue you shopping or window shopping... That's how convenient it is. And food... you can choose whatever you want. The variety of restaurants in this area is amazing... ramen, takoyaki, sushi, coffee shops, lots convenience stores in the vicinity, and if you opt for something fancy like the expensive kobe beef... you can find many in the area. You just have to choose to your heart desire. And breakfast in this hotel is a winner. I Love our bonding time with my family....my siblings with their husbands during this first meal of the day. The wide array of choices is so cozy and heart warming.

Superb Location”
We were greeted by a very friendly staff Tanaka upon arrival. Tanaka speaks good English and made our check-in such as breeze. Very good room size, very clean and shopping streets were just round the corner of the hotel. Staff were responsible and helpful - handed over our enquiry to the staff on the next shift to follow up so we didn't have to ask/explain again. There's ice making machine on the level we stayed so it made it easy for us to relax with a nice ice cold drink after all the shopping. If I'm in Osaka again, I'll definitely wanna stay here.

We stayed in a Twin Room last year and from the minute we stepped into the lobby, the service was great. The room was clean and the in-room onsen was amazing after a full on day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, if you want to be where all the action is. We weren't kept up at night and got a sound sleep. The beds were super comfortable. It was one of the best hotels we stayed on our trip through Japan

The staff were very welcoming from check-in until we checked out the next day. The cleanliness and corona measures was superb too as we saw staff cleaning the common areas probably every 30mins. The breakfast was served as a course(from buffet style) but the bread and coffee were bottomless. It was delicious! You can choose how you want your eggs done and I liked everything they served. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely come back here!

Can't say much more. From the front desk staff, to the concierge, to the cleaning staff. This hotel is AAA. We were looking for a place to eat our last night, specifically steak and Suishi. We were referred by the concierge to a small restaurant not 10 min walk, off the beaten path and had the best meal of our 2 week stay in Japan. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Cross Hotel impressed us! The room is very new and they uses a type of fragrant scent to make the room very refreshing. Room is spacious, king bed is comfortable, bathtub is big and there even provide bath algae salt for bathtub that they will replenish daily. Hotel location is 1 min away from the Dotonbori bridge (Glico).. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay that hotel again when I visit Osaka again. Good choice for me

Its location is great for shopping and food. Very near to the main tourist attractions and tons of awesome restaurants. If you're going near Halloween you'll be flooded (in a great way) by all the party goers. The rooms are really clean and modern, great bathroom and bathing area, very spacious. In all, everything you can ask for. We can't recommend this enough.

Cross Hotel was a highlight of my whole trip to Japan. Traveling as a couple, our room had a very large bathtub and shower room where we got to relax - we enjoyed it even more than the private onsen we had in Kyoto! The location is great right next to Dotonburi, and a Pablo Cheesetarts. The staff were great - friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was a good size and very clean. Highly recommend!

Our first hotel stayed at in arriving in Japan, found the location in Dontobori to be excellent and highly recommend for anyone staying in Osaka. Room was excellent with good amenities provided and room cleaned every day. So close to restaurants and shopping you will spend most of the day our exploring. Beds comfortable and room good size for 2 travellers with bags. Highly recommend

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it’s staff. The location was great, the area felt safe, the food in pancake cafe was amazing and the location was ideal. For travelers staying at this hotel and using the train system, please understand there are two Namba train stations. Our recommendation is to lock both stations into your Google maps so you are clear as to which one should be taken for your specific travel. Namba Station is closer to this hotel then the JR Namba Station but realistically neither of them are far away unless you have lots of luggage or it pains you to walk 13 mins. We would stay at this hotel again.

Location is excellent, for shopping and eateries, the popular dotombori is just nearby, the lobby is fine, while the hallway to the guest room looks dark need to improve, they clean our room every day. the staff are friendly efficient and helpful, after our check out the staff assisted us to call a cab and left us after we all have put our things and ride in to the cab. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives..

Hotel was conveniently located in dotonbori. We took a bus from Kansai airport, alighted at Ocat and walked a few minutes to reach the hotel. Perfect place for those who want to stay close to shopping and food. Lots of 24h food options around and 3 donki outlets nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially impressed by A.Goto’s service. She helped us a lot during our trip. On the last day when we checked out of the hotel, she got us a cab, told the driver where we would like to go,helped us carry our luggages and bowed until our cab left the compound. Thank you so much! Would come back again for sure!

Amazing location, great hotel”
The hotel is very well located, right at the heart of Namba, walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. We had great views from our corner room as well (double superior), with a spacious bathroom and a nice seating area with sofa. Very nice pola toiletries, and room is cleaned to a very good standard. We will definitely come back.

Staff was really friendly and went out of the way to give us the best services. Prepared small gifts for me when they found out it was my birthday which really caught me by surprise! Location was right in the middle of Dotonbori (just beside famous glicoman sign) and pretty much very accessible to everywhere. Rooms were big for japan standard and Super clean. Definitely worth the money.

Nothing to Fault”
It was an easy walk to and fro namba train station. 2 buildings away from the new LV store and the start of high end shopping street. Dotonbori just opposite. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room size was big. We were able to open 3 luggages at the same time. Bed and pillows comfortable too. Large bathtub which my kids love. We will be back.

Highly recommended hotel in Osaka!”
The hotel was right next to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. There is also a Don Don Donki near the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities had all the basic amenities and very clean and beautiful bathroom. We espscially love the drinks vending machine near the lift. It also has a ice dispenser machine. Highly recommended place to stay in Osaka!

Very comfortable beds and pillows after a week of Japanese style pillows and futon beds. Great bathroom with excellent array of products. Outstanding location. Staff were helpful and charming. We got a last minute deal and it was amazing value for money.

Great friendly staff and amazing clean rooms. Bathrooms had full size soaking tubs which were great for soaking after a day out hiking nearby. Right in the heart of bars, restaurants and anything you’d want for the night activities. Would definitely choose this place again.

I love the warm welcome of the staff. Plus this hotel has a parking facility, for a very reasonable fee considering that you are in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Cozy ambiance and nice facilities. The bathroom works as a private onsen where you can soak and relax after a tiring day of touring Osaka or nearby cities. I'd love to stay in this same hotel when i visit Osaka the next time. Love the breakfast, hotel hospitality and the facilities. The location is just perfect and amazing!

Love the Cross Hotel brand. its posh but not pretentious. Staff are always nice and accommodating. We stayed in their Cross floor double room and it was decently spacious and included breakfast. Due to COVID-19, they will ask you to reserve a seat for breakfast during check-in so make sure to be there on time. Breakfast was French breakfast, which i havent had before, and it was good and very filling. Thank you for a lovely stay.
