4. No smoking inside the house.

5. Take off shoes in the house.

6. Kindly switch off lights and aircond when not used or before leaving the unit.

7. No durian.

9. Please keep properly house key and access card

10. Don’t throw cigarettes butt & rubbish : E.g. out of balcony, corridor, lift,car park etc..

11. If your bedroom door get locked please contact me dont break it.

12. When u put the key back in mailbox it means you have checked out. The cleaner will clean it immediately. Our company will not be responsible for any items you leave.

13. If you use swimming pool must wear swim suit, kindly wipe your body before u enter the lift if not management will penalty.
