Terrific place to stay”

Amazing beautiful residences which are in an ideal location. Very close to Orchard Road and all forms of transport, making it super easy to get around in Singapore. Apartments are very well maintained, extremely clean and very spacious not to mention great value for money. Staff are very friendly and very obliging. The beautiful large pool and gardens are clean and offer a welcome way to wind down. The apartments are very sound proof - we never heard any noise from any of the rooms and the beds are super comfortable. As we had an early evening flight, they allowed us to have a later checkout at no extra cost and also stored our luggage after we checked out. I would definitely recommend Treetops as a place to stay when visiting Singapore - our stay of 10 days could not be faulted. Thankyou Treetops!

Treetops is everything it says it is! The website is a true reflection of what is on offer. Deciding to stay with Treetops for our ten day visit to Singapore was without a doubt a great decision. ‘Come home to a Green Urban Escape’ is exactly how we felt. Our family party of eight adults could want for nothing with Treetops services, features and facilities providing for all our needs. Treetops provide a relaxed, luxurious setting which suits any occasions stay. All staff at Treetops was friendly, courteous and professional. We were made feel welcome and comfortable at all times. A special mention is needed to show our heartfelt appreciation to Assistant Sales Manager Suhaila Abdul Rahim, for the outstanding services and attention to detail given to our family from the moment of booking until checkout. We have 4 families rented 2 apartments stay 1 week in Singapore last week. All of us have such a good time staying at the treetops executives residences. Staff are friendly and the apartments are sparkly clean. Locations are great with walking distance to Orchard Road. Highly recommended.

From the time we arrived Treetops Executive Residences, the place was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this to other people. The downside was just that when I went to their gym, it was fully air-conitioned. How would you exercise when the room was small and yet the air-con was on high.

Had a fantastic stay at Treetops. The rooms were so clean and well maintained, comfortable and quiet. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect for a swim. The buffet breakfast was nice every morning. We would get the complimentary shuttle bus or walk 20 mins to the Orchard MRT to get around Singapore. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Treetops Residences and enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. Close to all the major shops, steps away from Orchard Road, restaurants, bus stops. The actual apartment itself was a perfect size, clean, cool and comfortable. The trees surrounding us were beautiful. Buffet breakfast was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay with kids”

I'd certainly recommend this place to anyone with kids. The facilities are excellent, and the buffet style breakfast was a godsend for our 1-and-a-half year old. The staff were great at answering any inquiries, booking taxis and generally making our stay a pleasant one. Our room was a one-bedroom ground level apartment, which didn't' have a massive footprint but the high ceilings made the space feel much bigger. It's an excellent location and a short walk to the MRT. But we had a stroller with us a lot of the time so we used taxis frequently. The taxis were comparatively cheap (at least to New Zealand) so we were more than happy travelling this way. And at the end of a hot day, there was nothing better than coming back to Treetops for a swim in the large, clean and clear pool. All in all, The Treetops was an excellent base for our family, and well worth the money. Also, if you're feeling lazy, don't hesitate to order dinner from the cafe. Their local dishes are really good!

F1 weekend ”

Treetop turned out to be an excellent choice for our F1 Singapore Night Race long weekend stay. The staff were all very friendly offering warm hospitality. The apartment with two bedrooms were spacious and perfect for us four adults. My sons enjoyed the very large swimming pool. The property was fully sold out hence long ques in morning for breakfast with limited seating and breakfast buffet was average in comparison to 5* hotels. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Superb stay!”

This has been the best serviced apartment that we’ve stayed in Singapore in the last 10 years that we’ve been visiting the city. The apartment was ultra comfortable and the locations was superb! Housekeeping could be a bit more on the ball, though..As we were there for 7 nights and our sheets were changed just once.. and they removed the new bath soap that I’d kept on the counter for later use, as I had my own. The welcome basket was a sweet gesture but was missing milk, a basic requirement..But as the 7/11 was literally a stones throw away, it didn’t matter at all. The gym is also super....with very good equipment. We would definitely recommend Treetops as a serviced apartment of choice as it was great value for the money we spent.

Exceptional Accommodation in Orchard”

We stayed for 10 nights and can only say this is an exceptional place to stay. It is very clean, comfortable, great facilities, beautiful gardens and pool area. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Our requests for accommodation were exceeded far and above expectations. We were very sad to leave and look forward to staying again at Treetops on our next visit to Singapore. The location is superb for local attractions and close to all means of public transport links to visit further afield. There are no negatives only positive comments. Outstanding.

Excellent Stay”

Treetops is a peaceful low-rise retreat a minute’s walk to Orchard Road and a fifteen minute walk to Singapore’s Botanic Gardens. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped and feel more homely than a resort. There’s a 24 hour reception and buffet breakfast is provided daily. Accommodation is set around a tropical garden with a large, beautifully designed pool area with fountains. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. .

Perfect Location, Great Value”

During our 3 weeks in Singapore we stayed at 3 different hotels (Shangri-La and St. Regis were the others). Pool at Treetops was the best! Really enjoyed our stay. Prefer Treetops to Shangri-La, especially for the price!

Fantastic time at treetops. Easy accomodation for a family with 2 toddlers. Apartment was serviced daily and bottles of water provided at no cost. Buffet breakfast exceeded expectations with hot and cold options. Easy access to Orchard Rd and the MRT. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and will stay again.

Older Family”

A wonderful resort for a family with teenage children. We had the 2 bedroom apartment, with washing machine/dryer, full fridge/freezer, coffee maker and more. Breakfast good with options for Chinese, Indian and western food. Could not fault the place, even the cleaners were accommodating and would return to clean your room at a convenient time. Close to shopping, food courts and supermarkets. Even the kids did not complain about walking distances. Convenient shuttle to take you to different stops on Orchard Road. The 50m pool was amazing. Set amongst beautiful lush green surroundings. My husband used the Gym and gave it a 5/5 for facilities and quality of equipment. And lastly, the WIFI in the room kept the teenagers very happy. Negatives: none. Best accommodation we have had in Singapore so far.

Perfect short stay for our family”

We truly enjoyed the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment suite. The location is perfect, just a block away from the Orchard Road. We are very grateful to be able to book this apartment through Agoda. We'd need a minimum stay of 7 nights if we're to book directly with the hotel and we only stayed for four nights. We got a very good deal from Agoda. We'd surely stay here again if we come back to Singapore.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom (2 bathroom) superior apartment which was very clean, comfortable and a quiet location which also had everything we wanted - a kitchenette including a washing machine with a dryer. It was a pleasure to come back to after a very busy and tiring day sightseeing and exploring Singapore. There is a beautiful swimming poolwith fountains and a waterfall which unfortunately we didn't have time to use as we were too busy shopping and exploring the city instead. We would have loved to use the pool. We also didn't use the complementary shuttle bus as many shops were close by and taxi fares are cheap for longer distances. The location is very convenient for shopping in Orchard Road. We would certainly want to stay here again if we're ever in Singapore!

Fantastic service apartment ”

Staying as a family with kids I find this a far better option than staying in a hotel room - 2 beautiful bedrooms with a big living room and kitchen and all of it very comfortable. The greenery of the hotel and the stylish swimming pool make it feel like staying in a mini-resort right on the corner of Orchard Road. I’ll definitely be staying here on all future visits to Singapore
