部屋は広いが、壁が薄く、隣室の声が聞こえてくるのが、やや気になった。大浴場は広くはなかったが、ヒトが少なかったので、そこまで気にならなかった。浴衣は部屋に置いておらず、フロントで言うと、出してもらえた。

スタッフの対応は親切で良かったけど、お風呂場は汚かった。その旨伝えて2日目はきれいになったけど、初日で子供はお風呂は入りたくないと、入らずせっかく温泉を楽しみにしていたのに残念でした。
