Right at home”

I have already wrote a review at the hotel itself. I will further summarize my experience:- 1. Value for Money - very reasonably priced 2. Situated at a very strategic location (Basically right next to everything) 3. Friendly and Helpful staff members (To name a few: Nadirah & Aishah, even the security guards was very helpful) 4. Nice taste of interior design contributing to maximum comfort. Air-Cond is cold, Bed is extremely comfortable, room service is tip-top, interior furnishing gave me great comfort and peace of mind. Bathroom is also well equipped with cold and hot water. Spacious enough and everything in the room is conveniently and exactly where it should be which provided me with maximum comfort. 5. The location where the hotel is situated is very strategic and is right next to pretty much everything i needed as a new comer in Cyberjaya. 6. I realy the facilities in the hotel such as the Wifi service and especially the computers for use was indeed a bonus. I just shifted from penang to Cyberjaya and had to urgently search for rooms and the PC's actually saved my life as a figure of speech. I can't thank this Hotel enough. I have recommended this to all my family and friends who comes to cyberjaya. Hopefully there would be enough rooms for me when i need to check-in again :) Regards, Dave

Nice hotel, attached to shopping mall”

Tune Hotel is a budget hotel so leave your 5-star treatment expectations at the door and you'll have an enjoyable stay. I certainly had a pleasant time and would not mind staying there again. What I loved: 1 - Room was spacious enough, with attached bathroom (that has a hair dryer), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and a comfy bed. 2 - Free WiFi for two devices 3 - Key card access to elevators and rooms 4 - The staff I met during check-in and check-out were nice and helpful. 5 - The hotel is actually part of the Dpulze Cyberjaya mall so it is easy to get food and do some shopping. The mall even has a cinema if you have time to catch a movie during your stay. Even when the shops are closed, there's a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel entrance where you can get basic necessities. 6 - Swift and easy process for both check-in and check-out. What could be improved: 1 - I was told by the staff that there's a water dispenser on the 9th floor. It would be very convenient to have one on every floor, especially if we need hot water as there is no kettle provided in the rooms. 2 - A friend of mine who also stayed there had difficulties getting hold of an iron. Would be easier if there was an ironing room

Very good service at front counter; nice and clean”

We had a relaxing stay at Tune DPulze Cyberjaya. Good: - located in a shopping mall so we had no problem finding food or pass time - customer service at front counter is excellent. Staff are very friendly - The room is spacious for a budget hotel. - cleanliness - room and toilet are very clean. Beddings were fresh Facilities may not be great. The corridors and entrances look like a prison, but its ok as long as the common areas are clean. Main problem is the lifts which took a long time to be called to lobby. Just have to bear in mind - This is a budget hotel run by AirAsia so every additional service is chargeable e.g. early check in and late check out are not free (even if the room's available). Cyberjaya is extremely boring as a place to visit and we were glad to be in the same building as a shopping mall.

adequate with economy price”

Location is spot on in Cyberjaya as it is joint building with the Dpulze mall and surrounded with many other shoplets mainly restaurants. Hotel wise is good in every way during my own experience. However, i got not entirely clean room; dirty bedsheets with dirty blanket. the hotel surroundings is clean though and same goes to the other parts in the room. Good location, quick and efficient staff and room value for the money.

The hotel connected with DPulze shopping mall, the new one in Cyberjaya and hv cinema, supermarket and etc. The staff name Aisyah is so helpful and friendly. Fast check in and check out. Overall it is excellent and forsure will be back here again.

It's in the dPulze shops, so you've got 10am-10pm access to anything you'd need including local and foreign eateries (Ben's has great western food), Watsons and Caring pharmacys, bowling alley, pool tables, TGV cinema, and variety shops such as Apple, Fourskin accessories etc. It's not a huge shopping mall but it's got everything you'd need, especially if you're just there for a weekend or stopover. There's also a 24hour 7/11 immediately next door to the Tune. There's no parking at the hotel but there is 1RM/hour parking for the shops. If you park directly behind the car service stall your car will be safe. All staff were lovely. One guest was complaining about no water bottles in the room but there's free cold and hot filtered water available on L9. The room itself is spacious, clean, comfortable - can't ask for much more than that. This is fantastic value!

Clean, Safe and Reliable”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at DPulze Cyberjaya. There were restaurants close by and in the building so meals were never a problem. There was shopping close by and the bed was comfortable. Lastly, since I appreciate green efforts, there was a water dispenser with clean water for my personal water bottle. Yay! Yay! Now if there was a shuttle to the airport, it would be fantastic!

Not A Very Pleasant Stay.”

I have stayed in this hotel, Tune Hotel, Dpulze Cyberjaya for several times before. They charged me for a sum for all my luggage that I requested them to keep temporary; this has never happened before even other hotels. I have booked for 2 nights stay, but, for the second day, they didn't clean up my room. Overall, I was quite disappointed for my stay in this hotel.

Very affordable. Can walk down to the mall to find food. Parking is RM5/day though. Noise level is ok. Can tolerate. Very comfy bed. Very good washroom facility. Power shower. Good working desk. Wish for a more comfortable chair. I love the security system. I feel secure staying alone. Very good choice of tv channels. Better than some 5 star hotels. Internet speed need to be upgraded. I mean, Cyberjaya. Shouldn't it has the best internet speed in the country? Will definitely come back but next time will choose room facing the front side. Hopefully not so as noisy as facing the backside. The alarm noise from the shophouse is quite annoying. I love the fact that the room has both aircond and ceiling fan.

Everything is good considering the price. The location is so strategic that we can easily shopping, eat, and enjoy the stay. Staff services were extremely good and polite. Room are clean, air conditioning is great, TV programmes with some nice movies. The only thing slightly surprised me was it was without car parks. However parking on the roadside just in front of it is fine for the daytime while for the night time i chose to park into the DPulze plaza car park with a flat rate of RM2 from 10pm - 7am.

Memorable Stay”

First and foremost i Would like to say thank you to all the staff , Especially i would like to hightlight ( Arimi & Devicalica ) because this two staff have a superb experienfe in customer service and this Is the mainly reason why i choose to stay in Tune Hotel in Cyberjaya. The room is meet my expectation. Its was so clean and the smells was good . The bed was very comfy. Overall was good . 10/10 . Its really recommended. Thank you so much to Housekeeping team that provide the really good room. Overall my stay was fantastic.

Tune Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya”

I stayed at Tune Hotel DPulze, Cyberjaya from 1st September to 14th September 2015. It was good value for the money. This is a new hotel and the rooms and toilet were new. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a small LCD TV with a few standard definition channels. The room did not have a cupboard or wardrobe. The only complaint I have is that rooms were dusty and not cleaned properly.

I likes your staf on reception, she (indian) give me early check in for drop my luggage because i must go to hospital.Tune location one building with DPulze shopping center thats very good,many food from mall and front hotel,money changer inside the mall,your right from lobby hotel have good restaurant and cheap.I stay for 4 night twin bed.everyday i got make up room, new towel&shampoo.the bad thinks is the toilet not clean on my first day stay, still have P*P too bad rite?the cleaning room not check they work again already clean or not.i'm stay on 12 floor,wifi not working fast many times i got slow wifi sometime not working.hope next i come will better for wifi&clean toilet.thanks tune hotel

Room with a view that suits the pocket”

Since 2017 I've stayed here 4 times. It's a great location and the price is very good, especially if you book in advance. The bathroom is great, with a hot power shower and hot water in the basin too. Also, there is shower door, so the toilet floor doesn't get wet when showering. On the down side, the aircon is too cold. The highest it can go is 24 and when the "real feel" temperature outside is close to 40, a drop to 24 is too much. It's not environmentally friendly either to use aircon at such low temperature. Another improvement could be to put kettles in the rooms. Apart from these drawbacks I'd highly recommend Tune in DPULZE.

Tune Hotel - DPulze Cyberjaya”

I have stayed twice at Tune Hotel - DPulze Cyberjaya and will be staying there every time I have a business trip in the vacinity. Though the hotel does not provide mineral water or coffee maker, it's not a problem since the hotel is connected to the shopping mall.

It's like Tune Hotel 2.0”

I have stayed at Tune Hotel Penang and Damansara for a few times and I found that the new Tune Hotel in Cyberjaya feels like an upgraded version of the original Tune Hotel. The corridors are spacious, the room I stayed in is spacious, while other amenities such as aircond and toiletries are included in one price. I feel that this is much better than the no-frills concept, which I believe is still in place at older outlets. It only takes about 20 minutes drive from Cyberjaya to the KLIA and KLIA2 so this outlet would be a good choice in case the Tune Hotel KLIA2 rate is too high for visitors who are looking for a short stay prior to their flight.

I enjoyed my five day stay at Tune hotel in Cyberjaya. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. In particular, I would like to highlight: Devico, Joan and Alex for their gracious assistance!

Comfortable, low key stay”

It was relaxing. I was on 6th floor so it provided me with a great panorama of Cyberjaya through its huge window. The hotel was clean and homely, the staffs are great and accomodating. But no drinking water provided, thus you should bring your own. And eateries are just footsteps away. If you planning on a quiet weekend, buy food+drinks first before retreating into the cozy hotel room.

My stay at Tune Hotel DPulze was nothing but great! I loved the room. The beds were very comfortable, it gave me a good night's rest when usually it's hard for me to fall asleep. It's also a plus point that it's connected to a mall making it absolutely convenient to grab meals, watch a movie, go bowling or even do some shopping. I think it's priced at an extremely reasonable rate and I hope that Tune Hotel DPulze would not increase its rates in future because the rates are what attracted me to try the hotel at first.
