Comfortable stay feel like home”

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, simple but tasty breakfast, walking distance to Lee Gardens, Kim Yong Market and 7-11. Hotel is located at a tranquil street away from hustle bustle of the town. Definitely a good choice for stay if you don’t want to be disturbed by the noise of the vehicles in the morning. This hotel provides a big car park with 24 hours security surveillance. Opposite the hotel is a stall selling black herbal soup. The black herbal soup with crispy pork and rice noodle is wonderful! Also, you can sign up a one day trip package (tour around Songkhla Old Town, Khlong Hae Floating Market and Hatyai area) with hotel at a lower price compared to outside with a super duper friendly tuk tuk driver who can speak fluent Chinese. This hotel is too good to be recommended. Will definitely come back to this hotel again if visiting Hatyai.

Fantastic ”

The hotel is located not far from the main area and walking street of Hat Yai, with just 5-15 minutes’ walk. You can find lots of delicious street food around it at night. Rooms are not big but feel at home. Staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful for taxi boat tickets booking to Koh Lipe. Additionally, though it claims to provide no breakfast when booking, it does offer a brief breakfast in the morning for free!

Cosy hotel in a quiet part of Hatyai”

Had very good memories staying in U Hatyai with my friends... Breakfast choice is limited, but the food are prepared with love, and the staff always refilled the items, good for a nutritious and fulfilling breakfast. Service is 5 stars, umbrellas are provided for free, with a 100 baht returnable deposit. Beers, cold drinks, toiletries are available at the reception at a very good price, you dont hav eto find a convenience store if you need items urgently. Has Milo and other drinks for free which are provided in the reception area, which is amazing. There is a herbal soup noodle shop opposite the U Hatyai which is teh best in my opinion, opens 8pm to 4am. The room sound proofing is a little poor, you can hear activities from outside your room if the person is closing their doors, or carrying things.

Pros. Value for money: 10/10 Location:10/10 Staff friendliness and customer service:10/10 Cleanliness:10/10 Facilities:9/10 Cons The staff could have conduct the check out in more smoother manner other than that everything was truly amazing. From the point we check in to receive complimentary breakfast (our room was not inclusive of breakfast). We booked a total of 5 rooms for 10 adults and 2 infants. If you need grab, tuk tuk or private van, you can check the pricing at the reception too. The location of the hotel was great spot to as we managed to walk to all the must visit place such as Kim Yong Market (place where you can get good breakfast and good place to buy items such as cashew nuts, almonds and also enchovies). Besides that, if you are the walking type Lee Garden plaza is kinda manageable too (good massage locations are located around there). To sum up it was a good 3 days 2 night stay with U Hatyai.

Excellent New Hotel”

This new hotel was perfect. Our room was big and the bathroom was big and modern, with plenty of space to keep our toiletries. The aircon and wifi worked well. The room had blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was superbly clean. We'd highly recommend this hotel id staying in Hat Yai.

Location not in city center or shopping area. You just need to walk around 10min to shopping street Lee Garden Hotel, 5min to Kimyong morning market . Hotel are just 2min to Food and Fruit Festival You need to put deposit by cash in Reception when check in . Room are big, clean and new. Fortunately , Room key must insert to turn on electricity , so you cannot leaving your room with Aircon turn on They provide a free simple breakfast , 24H drinks in lobby . Good place and good value in Hatyai

Good choice in Hatyai”

The hotel is clean and the staff can speak English yet very friendly. All of the tuk tuk which we take know the hotel location very well. It takes about 800m to go to nearest 7-11. Anyway, there is a roadside hawker stall just opposite of hotel if you are looking for supper at night. The hotel provides some light breakfast in the morning. And the best part of the hotel is having many outdoor table and chair outside of hotel entrance. It is best location for family breakfast/dinner by sharing all type of hatyai local foods bought from morning market or food stalls.

This is my 3rd time was staying at U Hatyai hotel. The hotel very clean and spacious. Beside the hotel got a private parking for those traveller who drive in to travel. Night time there is a security to take care ur vehicle. Hotel staffs are friendly and they provided light morning break in every morning. Instant coffee and milo are provided 24hours in the hotel too. There is a food stall opposite the hotel. The Keuy Teow soup very nice. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Easy to get transportation to anywhere around Hat Yai. You can request a tuk tuk / car for a day trip.

Simply the best!”

The price we got for this room was reasonably good. In the beginning we could not find the hotel and a bit tired already since it's night time but we were greeted with very friendly receptionist and bellman. Room was simple, clean and nice for us. Location feel very safe (nearby to places to eat). The tuktuk driver that most of the time will be there was very friendly too and genuine with us who does not know the way. Highly recommended to solo traveller, couple or group. Will come back again if go to Hatyai!!!

Value for money, half a km away from Lee Garden.You will find the origin side of Hat Yai here.Almost everything here is cheaper. No different staying here from city center, you can take tok tok to anywhere for 20 baht or more.

Excellent hotel for anyone to hatyai”

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at u hotel even though it is just out of the center area. The staff are friendly and smiling even though their English is not good but the room is clean and the air conditioning and shower works damned good. The whole hotel is clean and a free light breakfast is available daily. I would certainly go to this hotel again.well done u hotel.

Nice tucked-away hotel”

Firstly U Hatyai is a little far from the walking street. Half an hour leisurely walk. The hotel is well managed and the staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean although room 403 a/c wasn't very cold. Right in front of hotel, at night, are two hawkers' stall and left onto the main avenue is a night market as well with local food. Optional choice. Complimentary b/f given. You can have coffee,tea or chocolate drinks with bread and other simple cakes and biscuits. This hotel is highly recommended if you do not mind the distance.

My experience @ U Hat Yai”

The hotel is located about 800m walking distance from Lee Garden Plaza. There is a 7-11 about 150m away. The room is big and clean, looks like just renovated recently. Breakfast is provided. There is a drink counter where you can make some hot drink at anytime when you feel hungry. A small service but meant a lot to customers. thumbs up. It isn't the cheapest hotel in Hat Yai, but with the service and nice room you get, it is value for money.
