I can't say how much it surpassed my expectation. This chain hotel is located extremely near to 御堂筋线 Shin Osaka station, it takes only 30 sec walk from No.7 exit, or 3 min walk from JR Shin Osaka station central exit. If you start you journey from Kansai airport, just take the Haruka train then you can find this hotel very easily. The facilities in the hotel is very new and everything works like charm, excactly the same as the pictures. Even the temp in Osaka is low but the room is quiet and warm. Cleaning services are good, everyday I came back to the room everything had been cleaned and replaced.

Great Location, Clean & Comfortable Hotel”

conveniently located next to shin osaka station, with the subway line only 2 mins walk away. great for travelling via shinkansen (about 5 mins walk), JR or subway lines via exit 6 or 7. hotel room was clean and comfortable with the necessary amenities. hotel staff was friendly and able to address all my questions. there is also a family mart next to the hotel. would definitely recommend especially if you are looking at staying near the shin osaka station.

nice clean and quiet hotel”

It was a pleasant stay and good location. there are no malls nearby but there are 2 convenience stores nearby.. the only hygiene thing was the cup was not washed every make up room routine. i could smell the milk i consumed the night before. very near local line called midsoji and shin-osaka JR line (west exit). if you are lugging long a luggage, it will be an easy distance to maneuver. i like the hotel concept of eco-style. although eco, but the service quality and cleanliness of the room is up to high level standard.

Great Accommodation near Shin-Osaka Station”

The location was a few minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station which is convenient for travelling across the Kansai area by train. The Room including the toilet, towels and bedding were well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful. Facilities were nice, the toilet has a modern toilet bowl and a tub. There was a good variation of toiletries provided which were replaced everyday. There was even comfy slippers which are not the typical thin hotel issues.

Good value business hotel or for a couple of travelers”

Quite convenience; short walk to Shin-Osaka station, restaurants and grocery stores close-by. Room was quite clean and more spacious compared to similar type hotel in Tokyo, staff were friendly but spoke only limited English. The hotel was close to a highway ramp so very noisy if the window was opened, also there was only one route to walk to the hotel without struggling with long flight of stairs, good to know if you carry big bags, Google Map wouldn't help because all the area under the ramp was blocked. So, look for the sign of Central Exit on the 3rd floor after getting off from bullet train, take escalator to descend one floor, walk out the building and take another escalator to get to the ground floor, then right to get to the end of the station, turn left and go through a tunnel and use Google Map from this point on.

Great location but.. ”

The hotel is very clean and very convenient for travellers since it's near the shin-osaka station about 6mins walk, and to Midosuji Line which is only a minute away from the hotel. The only issue we had is the centralised ventilation. You cannot adjust it yourself, either you turn it off or on. It felt very warm in the evening and my beau didn't get a good sleep because he's sweating. The only choice we had was to keep the window a bit ajar so the room will feel a little cool.. And we just totally close it when it gets cold. Also, it was quite difficult to request for another pair of pillows. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay because of the cleanliness and convenience. We stayed there from 20th to 23rd of November.

Best value”

The hotel is new and it's very near to Shin-Osaka Station. There's a restaurant on level 1 and a nearby lawson. Very convenient and reasonably price too. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Cosy Convenience ”

Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: near Shin Osaka St; exit using the midosuji line for best convenience. Midosuji line takes you directly to Namba and other popular areas. There's a family mart and 7-11 nearby, with small eateries. Cons: none so far in my opinion. Hotel -twin room is a little small, no wardrobe. Bed is comfy enough. Toilet is small;as usual of hotel room toilets in Japan. The washer dryer service is at the 2nd floor, 2hr wash + dry for 500yen.

Clean and comfy hotel near Shin-Osaka stn”

Easy to walk to/from Shin-Osaka stn even with luggages. Perfect for travellers who plan to take the Shinkansen train for Kyoto/Tokyo transfers.

Straight forward & simplistic hotel, relatively good location to Shin Osaka Station”

The room layout was effective, clean and straight forward. I do hear the train noises when the window is open until late at night, but if you are not the kind of person who mind such noise then this hotel is just fine. To get to this hotel the first time can be a challenge, especially the Shin Osaka train station is big and the nearest exit is not clear to which area (within the station itself), unless you have access to live walking direction like google map or something like that then it's not that difficult. Convenient store (Life Store is just around the corner literaly) and there is a restaurant too on the 1st floor that is used for breakfast. 711 is just across from the Life Store mentioned. All in all it's a good value for money.

Simple and clean hotel. It's near Shin-osaka station. Took awhile to navigate from Shin-Osaka station to the hotel. Near the metro exit 7 which can get to Osaka and other places easily. Nearby got family mart and 7-eleven.

Found Unizon Inn lately and I couldn’t believe the price is so much Low while making the booking. And I doubted the location and room space too. At the end, I was surprised by the worthiness. I sure will stay again here in my next round of visit to Osaka

Clean and great location”

Very convenient to walk to Shin Osaka Station. Simple nice Japanese breakfast in Yayoi Cafe downstairs. Very clean. Be prepared for a bed smaller than queen size. Staff comprehension of English is of concern.

Not an appropriate hotel for non-smoking family”

The position of the hotel is so bad. We have to go through a smoking area before reaching the hotel. It is not comfortable for my baby. Moreover, as published in the Agoda, the hotel is around 260m from Shin Osaka station. However, it appears to us the Via Inn Hotel (which is published as around 350m from station) is nearer to the station than UNIZO hotel. We must come across VIA Inn Hotel before arrive to UNIZO. It seems to be a lie to me for position of UNIZO hotel. The elevator is not clean. Other things are fine for me but not be perfect.

5mins walking distance to nearest train station and 10mins to Shin-Osaka station. There is eatery and 24thrs family mart downstair.

Twin Room with Breakfast”

Rooms are small by North American standards but very clean and functional. The size was not an issue. The staff are very courteous and helpful even though English skills are limited. The proximity to the subway and Shin Osaska is ideal. Breakfast options were limited to fish for either Western or Japanese set meals.
