The hotel's location is excellent to access trains and cafes/restaurants and the rooms are decent sized for Japan. The facilities aren't great. Breakfast is too expensive, despite the room already being very expensive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but no frills at all for the money we paid.

The hotel accepted my booking but not matched with my specified requirement stated. The staff simply said no room, but I did checked instant online booking that showed have my expected room. Black listed.

The car park entrance was a bit tricky to find, but the hotel has a deep connection with Urawa Red Diamonds, don't miss that if you're fan of this team!

建物、設備の古さからの浴室のカビ排水の悪さと臭いが残念ですが そこを踏まえてのスタッフの方々のサービスは素晴らしいです。是非水周りだけでもリフォームされていたらお勧めできるホテルになると思います。
