I choose this place as it is near UIA. The host is super friendly and guided us all the way from checking in and checking out with very clear instruction including video guides. The deposit was return the same day of chek out. Will definitely come again

I came here with my family for a work trip and a holiday. The studio is really nice to stay with indoor swimming pool (children friendly) and gym for adults. Nearby restaurants and near to uitm

Pros : Comfy bed Cons : The pillows needs to be changed , the place is kinda Dusty, the toilet needs some very thorough cleaning . Definetely need some upgrade . No tidbits as shown..and the water provided is fully kept outside and i dont know if it is still safe to be consumed. The hot water is not working so well as it turns off by itself and hot water is only running for 2 to 3 minutes then it will turn to cold water. Stand shower working but the hand held shower is not working. Hopefully the owner could do smth about it as i personally feel that its not worth the price for the stay.

Deposit with hidden charges”
Please choose other place if u can. U have to pay direct to owner with extra rm100 as deposit. With tons of rules,regulations. They will refund after few days if u leave the place as clean as u come in. If its dirty,they will burn ur deposit. The furniture also seems old with some broken items. Toilet also smelly because the mop hang beside shower. Expensive but not recommandable.

Kena scam. Da booking, bila tiba masa booking kita da datang jauh2 nak bayar booking boleh pula dapat email kata all bed fully booking. Tiada no telefon untuk contact owner suite. Macam kena scam je.
