The only set back is the small lane corridor outside the room and limited space around the lift lobby area.

Poor customer service ”

Recently had 8 elderly family members from overseas who were supposed to stay in adjacent units in Vortex suites klcc. Last minute we were told that there was an air-cond issue in one of the units and would be shifted to soho suites klcc which offered the same facilities and they would get adjacent units and same comfort. When my relatives reached, quality of the suites was extremely poor, there was only one attached bathroom,1 queen bed and one single bed for 4 people with broken chairs in the lounge area and no drinking water. We had already paid the money upfront and were not happy when we found that soho suites rooms were nearly half the price of Vortex suites that we had paid for. The agent had lied to us outright and refused to even give us back the difference in cost only saying that we could check out early. Klsuites101 and Jenn the owner of the apartments have caused my family utmost displeasure. I would not recommend anyone use their services. A definite 0/10 rating

Not a friendly owner”

they tried to call me saying the aircon of the apartment spoiled so they have to change our hotel booking, we are on the way to the aprtment already and therefore no signal and we haven't get the local sim card yet. when we tried to call coordination is very bad! and offer me a refund instead of rectifying the issue.. the owner was very apologetic but all i wanted is comportable stay! Overall experience in coordination is bad, apartment is big enough.. security aren't cooperating !
