A fantastic cafe (corner shop)nearby hotel offer great coffee and spaghetti too.
11am checkout time and 2pm check in definitely a plus point to this hotel and this really give us enough time to rest.

Rooms include a flat-screen TV and free wired internet. Neutral tones and pleasant lighting define the decor at Konaya Hotel. Each room is air-conditioned, with a seating area and an electric kettle with green tea. The private bathroom has a bath. Maizuru Castle Park is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Takeda Shrine and Yamanashi Kenritsu Museum are both a 10-minute drive away. Restaurant The Benjarong serves Western favourites in a mood-lit setting, while a Chinese menu is on offer at bold red restaurant Ranen. Bar Lounge The Silk overlooks a garden with a waterfall.

Friendly staff, English is limited but they are very accommodating. Rooms are a little larger than most hotels in Japan. The lobby bar is amazing, highly recommend a night cap there. Also has an onsen. 5 min walk to the station

Just a normal hotel”
Service was bad, after handling over our car keys, the staff saw that we had many luggages but did not offer to help at all. Same goes when we check out. They did a lot of work to eXterior of the hotel and the lobby which looks very presentable. But that's all. The carpets are old. The lift is old. Our consolation is that the room is spacious and the toilet is an acceptable size for Japan. Doubt I will be back to stay.

Staff was helpful and professional. Hotel provided hot spring bath but we have no time for it since only short stopover at the town. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants/shopping around. There is a bus stop at the police station. ホテル自体は、歴史のあるホテルなのに、清掃が行き届いていて、とてもたまりやすかったです。素泊まりだったので食事などはしませんでしたが、また山梨に行った際は利用したいです。

24時間温泉！”
24時間、いつでも温泉に入れるのはとてもありがたい！リフレッシュできました。今回は昼間は外で観光しましたが、1日ホテルでのんびりをする日があっても良かったかも。駅から徒歩圏内＆居酒屋やコンビニも近いので、とても便利でした。

信玄めぐり”
今回初めて宿泊させていただきました。一見して老舗とわかる佇まい。スタッフの温かいサポートもあり、充実した2泊でした。また、朝食で出される”水”（水道水と言っていましたが）美味しいですね。ただ、朝食スタッフは、先輩方が多く、のりを落としても、変えずにそのまま出したりと、少し残念な部分もありましたが、概ね楽しめました。後、部屋にBody Cream等がないのは残念ですね。10,000円/1人のコストなので、女子に優しくても良いかもしれません。 兎に角、楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

徒歩だと思ったより駅から遠かったですが、許容範囲です。ロビーがゴージャスな割には部屋は普通のビジネスホテルという感じでした。(笑) 他にも書かれているとおり、大浴場のお湯の温度が高過ぎて、子供は無理でした。もう少し温度を下げられないでしょうか？
