Mesmerized by the good service and nice hotel”

Firstly, V Garden Hotel is a destination apart. The place is incomparable with any other. The beautiful garden, cozy lobby and simple yet beautiful room makes one feel special and good price too. V Garden Hotel is truly a gem within Kuala Lumpur. The checkin process was swift and we were accompanied by staff to carry our luggage till the room We had taken a superior room which was spacious and the bathroom had both open and closed showers. Lovely decor of the room was amazing!! V Garden Hotel staff service are top notch from the receptions to the room service. Local food restaurant and coffeeshop are everywhere. They even helped us to order pizza delivery for us. Train station and bus station are just 6 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.Thank you V Garden Hotel for giving us such a memorable stay. We would definitely coming back here.

A quality small hotel - highly recommended”

We stayed at V Garden Hotel for one night as a stransit to Ipoh the following day. We have booked two deluxe twin rooms for Rm84 each through agonda. Fittings are new and clean. Despite its small size, the room is modern and neatly designed. Wifi is fast. TV provides Chinese channels. Counter staff is a bit slow but very friendly. For the last few times, we usually stayed at Bukit Bintang hotels which enables us to go everywhere easily. Staying away from BB is a fresh experience for my family. I pay less for a higher quality stay. It is a chance to explore other part of KL. Although it is away from BB, Muluri MRT is just 5-minutes' walk. Next to MRT is a bus terminus where I found buses bound for KL Sentral. I think I will try this cheap joy ride next time. About 5-minute further, there is a Jusco where we bought three parts of Yonex sports shoes for just Rm79 each (which is a very reason my family plans to stay here again next time). There is a local food court behind Jusco. That evening, we tried a small Chinese restaurant on the right of V Garden Hotel. The food there is really good. Overall, I enjoy the stay at this hotel. But I suggest the hotel to provide a freezer on every floor eventhough the room is too small to keep one.

Before I got to the hotel, I was a little bit concerned about the environment surround, because it's not in the central city. But since Kuala Lumpr is not so big, so it actually not take so long to get to the hotel. The hotel is near the train station, about 5mins walk. There is a food centre and some restaurants nearby. So the location is actually very convienience. The staffs are very kind and helpful. I took the room 103, just beside the little garden. The room is not so big, but very comfortable. Everything in the room seems very new and clean. The bed is made like a tatami with wood, that's the point I love most. The garden is small, and it's an inside garden, but it's also very bright and cool. I will book the V garden again next time!!

very nice hotel and very good staff”

the stay at v garden hotel has been for me a nice surprise. it is not the first time i had been travel to kuala lumpur and normally the other hotel on this budget are not like this one. may be because this open recently but i see the manager and the staff work to even improve that. very good.

Cozy small hotel”

I stayed at the V garden hotel for 35 days with my 3 years old kid, as I couldn’t find a monthly apartment within my budget. This turned out to be a good choice. The best part of the hotel is its cleanness and staff’s friendly manner. Every morning I saw the cleaning ladies swept and wiped inside the hotel, and our room, including bathroom, was always cleaned and made up tidily when we came back at night. I never saw vermin like roaches during the stay. Staff is promptly solved and helped if we had a problem or requests. Security is reliable with two doors needing unlocked to get to guest room area from the street. I always felt safe with a small kid in the hotel. Free WiFi is available in the room, although the access speed sometimes got slow at night. If you don’t carry your own PC, the one at a lobby is available. The hotel is located in local’s living area, a little away from downtown. Train station is within walking distance, but bus could be useful transportation as well. At a bus stop in front of the station, buses for many destinations, including Bukit Bintang, KLCC and KL Sentral station, stop. There are quite a few restaurants around the area. My recommendation is the Chinese one just across the street from the hotel. The restaurant looks very popular and you see many people bothering to come by a car. It’s inexpensive and yum. It seems to be always almost fully booked, so reservation is recommended. There are some places for food behind AEON, as well.

Comfortable Rooms, Very friendly Staff”

I can be considered as one of the most regular patron of V Garden Hotel. Stayed there for around 8 times for the past 1 year. The hotel rates are affordable, I stayed in the Deluxe Room for many times, its spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable (+ King Sized)! I sleep like a baby whenever i lay down on it. This time i stayed in the Standard room because the deluxe room is fully booked. The bed is similarly comfortable. The interior looks posh and well designed. There are many local chinese restaurants nearby the hotel which you would really want to try. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, I would recommend this hotel to my friends should they stay in KL

Comfortable stay in a very leisure design hotel”

The hotel location is hiding in the next road (Jalan Ulu Pudu) to Jalan Cheras. But, this made the hotel pretty isolated from disturbance. For those who are not driving, Maluri LRT Station is just opposite the river (within walking distance but does not have good walking path due to highway construction). For those who are driving, the Hotel offers limited 3 parking lots in front of the hotel on first come first serve basis (Luckily, we normally got our parking easily). The hotel interior design is like per its name, a Vertical Garden. For those who stay at 3rd floor and below, the soon-to-be opened cafe offer a very comfortable Green House and Garden feeling. For those who stay at 4 floor, you can have the city view. There is a unique and customized lift linking every floor. But, for those bringing your kids, might need to behave them for safety purpose. The room is simple with different wall paper (at least we found that both of our room are different). The bed is pretty comfortable and the bathroom are big enough even without glass partition to separate shower corner and dry corner. Overall, it is a very leisure stay with this hotel.

Our stay at V Garden was made very comfortable by the warm and approachable hotel staff, who even helped walk me half way down the road to find a convenience store late at night. The hotel in set a little way from the city centre, but the convenient, nearby, and cheap local transport makes up for this. Our room was set on the fourth floor and accessed by a small lift. The room itself was medium-sized clean and with an ensuite bathroom; the bed was comfortable and whist the room was hot initially, the air conditioning cooled it quickly. We will stay again if we return to KL.

Nice hotel, helpful staff”

The staff was helpful. The owner was nice enough to ask us to join the Chinese New Year celebration with fireworks on the rooftop. Great view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline and the Petronaus Towers. The V Hotel is a short, pleasant walk away from a public transportation rail line, as well as shopping malls and restaurant. Ask about trips around KL and the staff will give you help and suggestions, as they helped us visit the Kanching Waterfalls. Excellent stay

very nice design hotel”

I like the design of the hotel which I find it very unique in Kuala Lumpur especially the courtyard. I believe that the hotel might raise the price soon as this hotel is really like a boutique hotel but budget price. The design of the hotel is very environmental friendly, clean and the staff is extremely friendly whereby they will go extra mile to make sure we have a pleasant stay.

Comfortable and cozy”

The staff is indeed attentive. I was surprised that hotel with very affordable price has won top 20 hotels in Kuala Lumpur by tripadvisor even though it competes with other 5-star hotels. I like the garden the most as it is really cozy and nice.

Great stay”

Excellent stay. Great sized room. Exceptionally clean. Cute garden dining area. Fantastic, helpful, kind staff. Our air con was faulty, but they arranged for a transportable one for us, which was like an aircraft taking off - too noisy to sleep. But they did their best to help us out. No traffic noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with V Garden Hotel. Thankyou staff

We stayed at V Garden Hotel after all of the great reviews and it does live up to the hype. Beautiful, clean and a simple design from the moment you walk into the lobby up until you check out. The staff is extremely helpful with any information on KL. Great and comfy beds. Best value for your money.

Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay at V Garden Hotel. Great staff and clean room. We love the garden too. Public transport only less than 10 mins away. few convenience store around the corner , nice food everywhere and laundry service less than 5 mins walk. Highly recommended hotel :)

For us V Garden was perfect!”

We really had a pleasant stay at V Garden. Staff was great, really nice and overall good English. Even though the hotel is not in the city center it was really nice, there's a good train connection. Also the area around the V Garden is quite ok and relaxing. Some local restaurants in the area; quite cheap too. Even some clubs, like typical local Asian like clubs with loud (live) music and people cleaning the table all the time. Read: more staff and workers than actual visitors of the club. All and all it was nice, I think we will stay at V Garden again when we visit KL. 1 thing was a little bit disappointing though. The fact they had put the bed/mattress directly on the floor, which will not be really hygienic. So I'd suggest they just put a normal bed in this room. But except from that; V Garden was great!

i love everthing about v garden hotel. good location as the hotel is 5 minutes walking to maluri lrt and jusco shopping mall and 10 minutes by taxi to klcc if no traffic jam. they have many tv channel such as cnn, mtv and hbo movies and etc. i really enjoy my stay and would definetly come back again if we go kl again.

Nice design hotel”

I really enjoy staying in V Garden Hotel. The staff are friendly and good service. 5 minutes walking distance to maluri lrt and 10 minutes by taxi to the city center. nearby got Jaya Jusco shopping center. The room is clean, simple and yet with natural touch.

Superbly nice budget hotel”

i love everything about the hotel. just that the hotel owner should put signboard of this hotel more clearly as it was quite hidden from the main road. oh they can also told the restaurant next door to open a littlw bit longer as i was craving for their biryani but found out it closed it was just 6.30 pm. their biryani is nice . i def recommend v garden.

new chic hotel”

v garden hotel is not in central kl. but i was driving so it was not a big issue. it's a new hotel, everything was new and everything was very clean so it was quite pleasant. my small grouses are the rooms are quite small and the wifi did not work well in the room. overall i would recommend it as it is value for money.
