I used to book Putahracsa everytime i traveled here, but my wife insist on changing resort so we picked VALA this time which quite nice, staff very friendly and very private. Only thing that is missing from this resort is the private beach I guess its because high rise of the ocean so we could not walk on the beach during our stay.

We were on 3rd floor and had a nuisance from a ceremony in the city started from 6 am till noon. The staff agreed to upgrade our room for free to move us further inside the building and contacted the local authority. The problem was inevitable but they have shown their effort.

I love this hotel! I can rest in the room and admire the beach view, the sunset all day. The staff are extremely helpful and are proficient in English. The gym is 24 hours. The pool is so clean and big. The restaurants serve delicious food and drinks too!

My room type(duluxe sea view) quite, clean, private, comfortable and near stairs to the pool but far from evelator and lobby but i like it. Long pool and have pool bar can order beverage. All Staff they're nice, friendly, active. I will back again.

Good for taking pictures not for beach lovers”
Hotel is so chic that you can see many people walking around with camera and tripod. Rarely anyone swim in the pool because it’s too hot with no shades or trees around. Hotel has beach front but sadly it’s rocky and too short that most of the time it’s under the tide. If you like walking around hotel and taking selfie this is the hotel for you.

Location is bad and overpriced ”
The hotel is located about 15km from Huahin centre area so meaning it is impossible to get any grab car in that area. You will need to rent a car or book a taxi with a driver wherever you want to go. It’s definitely overpriced. They charge everything and anything you get in the public area including just water. So make sure you bring your own water walking around in the hotel. This hotel mainly serves locals so meaning they don’t have universal charger/cables or whatsoever. Staff is great though, friendly and helpful. The only highlight of my stay.
