Great place to stay”

My family stayed at ValueSuites for 1 night when we had a long layover in Sydney. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early, which was helpful since we were traveling with a 1 year old. They also allowed us to check out late since our flight was in the late afternoon the following day. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. ValueSuites is conveniently located close to the Green Square train station which allowed our family to travel easily to downtown Sydney as well as Bondi beach. And while there are no restaurants close by, there is a Woolworths about a 6 min walk away which has good food and since our room had a refrigerator and microwave we were able to make some small meals when we were unable to travel for food. We would highly recommend the ValueSuites to everyone!

Good value close to public transport”

I had a lovely stay for a few days at this valuesuites green square. I loved the kitchen amenities incl microwave, clean kitchen utensils, good size fridge, toaster, water cooker. Stove top was upon request but cookig fan was also already installed. Good water pressure of shower. Staff was very nice upon check in and check out. There is a small basic breakfast free of charge in the small lounge which I haven't tried but was I thought was lovely of them to offer. There a two lifts which are very convenient. Comfi bed. Wifi worked very well. Digital tv also lovely and worked well. There is some traffic outside - and while I was there also some roadwork- but most sounds are blocked when you close windows fully. Airco in room as well. Taxi fare from Airport is about 30 AUD but you can also easily arrive through the airport train link as station is just around the corner. Supermarket (woolworths) is about 10-15 min walk, about 1km away. ATM about 700m away inside gas station.

6D5N stay in Sydney”

Very pleasant stay in ValueSuites. It's less than 5 minutes walk from Green Square Station, 2 stops away from the airport and Central Station. From Central Station, you change trains to go anywhere within Sydney or continue to reach CBD. Would recommend for those on a budget and travelling without children. Hotel provides allow early check-in and luggage storage services after check-out, a big plus. The bed was comfortable enough for a night's rest and room was cleaned daily. The only thing to note is that you'll need to travel out to buy/pack food to eat as there are no restaurants nearby.

ValueSuites at Green Square is just a few minutes walk from the station. (Catch the lift and turn left at street level) Arrived early and managed to check in which was great. Nice clean room although the bathroom is a bit small, but would do. Enjoyed the free self serve hot drinks on 1/F. Will stay again if I go to Sydney.

A good stay, value the money”

the hotel locates next to the Green Square train station, and a 10m walk to the Woolworth supermarket. Kitchenware can be requested so basic cooking can be done if you decide not to go outside. Staffs are friendly and are always there to assist guests. This hotel opens in June so the room and facilities are freshly new, if you prefer a modern style hotel this may be a perfect choice. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and bread in the morning, cannot compare to continental breakfast from 5 star luxury hotel but still attractive to guests who can be satisfied with a hot coffee and some croissants. A nice hotel and worth all the money paid for the nights.

Worth it ”

The location is very near to Green Square Station which is just 3 stops away from the Airport. Very friendly staff who replied promptly to my Agoda messages. The lounge that provides coffee/tea and some morning munchies was a lovely touch. The room is sufficient for us to stay in. Will consider staying here again if I'm back in Sydney

Excellent Hotel”

Excellent Hotel. Clean, modern facilities. 2 mins walk away from green square train station. Coupled with warm and friendly staff, one cannot ask for more. We will stay there again when in Sydney.

My experience ”

Location- 3 mins walk from green square train station, buy the opal card at the airport station, card is free u only need to TOP up value. Each trip to airport from hotel is AUD 10. 2station away. 1station away from central. Green square station is accessible to quite a few tourists site station. Room- stayed in twin studio, very clean, comfortable size. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle,iron, hair dryer. Amenities- only bath towels, basic shower, hair shampoo,no slippers ,hand towel. Directions - take lift from station to ground floor. Out of lift, walk to the main road and look to your left you will see the hotel sign. Facilities- washing machine and dryer available, ask the receptionist. Breakfast quick bite and coffee available. Nearby have no cafe at all. There is a super market about 5/7 mins walk. Ask the receptionist. Service- do not expect anything extra from staff, absolutely no love, no warmth but will do their job. Ask and you will be given. Overall, I will recommend

The hotel (few minutes walk from Green square station) is just a station away from the city centre. The hotel itself is near Alexandria (insta famous resto and market) and there are malls being built near the hotel. The room had a functioning kitchen with utensils and the hotel had a coin laundry, which is convenient feature. Great value for money!

Fab location and staff”

Super close to Green Square station and only 1 - 2 stops from Central and Museum station. Location is perfect. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was lovely and new and clean. Only a couple of suggestions would be a tub chair or two or a mini sofa to relax in the room. And we weren't overly fussed on the express breakfast (pastry items seemed dry and uninspiring). But overall we would absolutely stay again. 10 out of 10.

Good value”

Being only 50 m from green square train station makes this an ideal place to stay, one stop from central and 2 stops from domestic airport. Walking distance to lots of shopping and eating places. Rooms new and clean, breakfast foods , filtered water and coffee machine in share lounge room. Accommading staff at desk, willing to help with advice and maps

Nice hotel, clean, ”

hotel is clean & building is new.. bed is soft, housekeeping good..complimentary breakfast. just walking distance from Green Square Station & thats make it accesible to go around Sydney. there is also a Woolworth supermarket nearby. Definitely will come back if i will visit Sydney again.

Close to Cruise terminal and airport”

If you are catching a cruise ship or a plane and need to stop over, this the place to be. Right at Green Square railway station, with a great hotel 6 minutes walk away for great meals. Also the free coffee 24 hours a day is a bonus.

Housekeeping needs re training”

The hotel is conveniently located near the Green Square Train Station. Coffee is available 24 hours and a light breakfast is also provided free in the tea room. Unfortunately, my stay was spoiled by the housekeeping team. The cleaner knocked and then opened the door straight away in the morning, around 9 am which was before check out time. I called the reception to complain about this. After this, the cleaner knocked on the door twice. Check out time was 10 am. It was very unpleasant. Even if a hotel is busy and fully booked, I don't think housekeeping should try to clean the room for the next guest before the current guest had checked out.

Comfortable rooms close to Green Square station”

Staff were really nice and housekeeping staff came around every day. The location is great. Green Square station is only 1 station away from Central station and 3 stations away from the international airport station.

Perfect hotel.”

I stayed at this hotel for 17 nights. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Woolworths does not appear on the Google map, but it looks across from the exit opposite the hotel from the train. When you enter the parking lot, the laundry room passes through the opposite door. Laundry and dry rates are $ 4 each. Laundry detergent can be purchased for $ 1 at the front desk. On the first floor there is a space where you can have a 24-hour coffee, and we love it there. I write in detail for those you do not know. If I go to Sydney, I will stay again.

Very impressed”

I looked for a hotel for some time in surrounding suburbs, this was by far one of the best priced with great reviews. The rooms were very clean, spacious and with a small kitchen, very well soundproofed. Station and bus stops 2 mins walk. Coffee and pastries, muffins and breakfast bars in the morning were perfect. Staff were also very helpful as I had to switch rooms halfway as I decided to stay an extra night and they called in the morning to arrange it without prompting. Would stay again for sure.

The location is great as its just 3 mins walk from Green Square Station. The price is really reasonable as well.

EXCELLENT TOURIST FRIENDLY AND ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL THE TOURIST SITES HOTEL”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff was exceptional in all they did to make our stay pleasant. This hotel is only 100 yards from the local metro stop which provided EXCELLENT accessibility to all the tourist sites and attractions in the SYDNEY area, as well as being very convenient with supermarkets nearby, restaurants and QUICK ACCESS on the metro to the cruise port. It was truly a very memorable stay for us, and we have recommended it to many of our friends and family and people we meet all around the world. In my opinion, this was an EXCELLENT hotel and anyone who stays here will be very happy !!

Small but well formed”

A cheaper option for an early flight. Has single rooms Convenient for Green Square station - one stop to the airport the next morning. No restaurants nearby, but room has cooking facilities- bring a ready meal!
