Cozy little bamboo hut right on the sunrise beach, very good for its price, relatively clean except the snails in the bathroom but we really didn't mind that so much during our stay. Nice staff.

Lovely hideaway ”
Totally back to basic.Beachfront view among the local fishermen.,this is the ultimate simple life!No minuses. No fridge and no wifi in the hut doesnt matter,all the necesairy facilities are on walking distance,e.g. seven eleven and atm,and food stores.The hut is clean and fresh due to the constantly waving seawind.Good quality matrass. Only minus: the very grumpy guy at the reception,irritably driving around on his motorcycle to check on the guests! Just ignore him and go sit by the shore! I will definitey come back here!

It was more than I expected. The chalet is huge, clean and in a great location. Everything is basic and suitable for people who love nature. The only thing is that the front desk doesn't speak English, but you can still email them if you book through Agoda.

Budget bungalow with a great location by sunrise beach and amazing views of the ocean. Downside - the bed is stiff and also the motor boat taxis will wake you up as early as 5/6AM. The man at reception was very snappy and tried to get me out of the room at 9.30AM and was visibly annoyed at me not being ready when the check out time is at 10AM. He needs to be more courteous and polite to guests. The checkout time is also rather early, it should be 11AM at a least.

Lovely Basic Bamboo Bungalows”
These are simple bamboo bungalows with attached bathroom. They’re spacious with a porch, on a nice section of beach. Lights are a little dim, but who cares. Great location at the far end of walking street on sunrise beach. ThaiDerm restaurant at the entrance to the bungalows is great, as is the coffee/shake lady across the way. Long tail boats are often pretty loud in the morning, as are the tourists, so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Really nice folks running the place. And sweet dogs to pet :)

recepcionista horrible, bungalow en frente a la playa un poco cutre”
si no fuese porque estaba en frente a la playa y anteriormente pagado no nos hubiésemos quedado. Me contactaron varias veces para confirmar hasta el ultimo día horas antes, cuando llegue el recepcionista, que era un anciano impresentable, se hacía el que no sabía nada, nos dijo a bufidos que firmásemos y nos despachó de mala manera. Cuando volvímos a la noche, nos puso un candado en el bungalow y al ir a reclamarle nos empezó a insultar y decir que teníamos que pagar, que estábamos estafando. Tuvimos que hablar por teléfono con quien sea que lleva el anuncio en Agoda (ya que el desde luego no es), tras una hora discutiendo admitió que había sido un error y nos quitó el candado. Nos pareció un maleducado y van a perder muchos clientes. El bungalow es bonito pero el interior es super cutre, una cama en el suelo y un baño simple, no tiene nada de trabajo y cobran un precio caro para lo que ofrecen.
