Good location as it's near the Moriyama train station. Room is comfortable. Though, most of the counter staff unable to converse in english but can see that they are trying. Particularly, one staff was exceptionally helpful to extend his excellent service by printing page by page clear direction of the place i intend to visit. I m certainly impressed for his amazing service! 100 marks with star!

We enjoyed the hotel room and facilities very much. The attention to detail is impressive. The sense of space is excellent. I will recommend the hotel to all of my friends who would be visiting Moriyama area. The Sagawa museum was a real surprise, a fantastic architecture and a sophisticated show. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially helping me with directions and addresses. Room was small but typical of Japanese hotels and at least the toilet and shower area were separate which we liked. There was also a coin laundry on the 4th floor along with complimentary hot drinks which was very convenient. Hotel was also right next to the JR station, making it a convenient location if you’re planning to go about by train. As we were driving, parking was right next to the hotel and wasn’t too much of a hassle. Overall would recommend for a short stay.
