Great hotel in great location ”
The hotel location is perfect. Very near to the famous Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Walk about 3 min and you are at the entrance of Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Walk 5 min to Osaka Metro Station either Nagahori Station or Shinsaibashi Station. The hotel is located in between the two station. There is an underground shopping arcade CRYSTA Nagahori (Osaka Longest Underground Shopping Street) entrance just in front of the hotel. You can walk to these stations in raining days with no issue through the underground shopping street. Take the North exit 5 in the underground shopping street to reach the hotel front. You just look for the sign of North Exit No.5 when you are underground. The amenities are well enough. The breakfast is superb! My wife and kid loved it! There are free flow of drinks (coffee, tea and soft drinks) from 2pm to 11pm everyday for hotel guest. Kids under 12 years old stay for free with their parent. But do consider the bed size as it will be squeezed if 3 person.

Very impressed by the hotel. Location and breakfast selection is tip top. Rooms are small but clean.”
Location is close proximate to Shinsaibashi and Dontonbori and within walking distance to Orange Street. Breakfast selection includes fresh raw fish and takoyaki. Very lovely experience stay. Would definitely consider booking Vessel again for my next visit to Osaka.

Exceptional”
I stayed in the moderate double room and it was sufficient for a solo traveller. The room was small, but extremely clean and very new and that's what you appreciate whilst travelling. The complimentary breaky, drinks (non-alcoholic), face masks and bath salts were an added bonus and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really think the hotel is value for money. Thanks for making my stay at Vessel Inn superb.

Truly value for money hotel, amenities available are exactly what our family needed”
After a busy day visiting Osaka and Kyoto sites, it was a relief to come back to Vessel Inn to rest and sleep. Very basic amenities but all that one would need are on hand. Location is very close to shopping and food area of Shinsaibaishi.

Exceptional”
Hotel is located between Shinsaibashi Station and Nahaboribashi Station, both around 5 minutes on foot. Entrance right outside the hotel leads to you Crysta City, an underground shopping arcade which also leads you to both subway stations, so even a rainy day will not stop you from going anywhere. 3 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, and about 10 minutes walk to Nihonbashi (if you don't want to take the subway for ¥120). Hotel is fairly new and very clean. Majority of the staff there speaks English so communication is not an issue. The included breakfast buffet is great although they serve almost the same food items even morning. As we all know, hotel rooms in Japan is usually small so don't expect u can lay your suitcases flat on the floor. Bathroom amentity uses Pola products, a well known brand in Japan. There are facial mask and other skincare products and even bath salt you can get from the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on its overall value.

Excellent location, Comfortable room, Hassle-free stay”
Hotel location was just across the busy Shinsaibashi shopping strip, yet still has that cozy and peaceful neighborhood feel. Dohtonbori is just a short walk away as well. Different restaurants are just around the corner. Convenience store is just short walk across the street. Subway/underground shop complex is right in front of the hotel. Namba Station (direct airport train access) is within walking distance, especially if you cut through Shinsaibashi (even with luggage). Hotel was clean and comfortable. Extra amenities (like lotion, face masks, and bath salts) are available upon request. I had a wonderful stay. :) My only comment would be the dining lounge area, which served free drinks (from 2-11 pm), but the use of your own tumblers are not allowed. They provide single-use cups for that, which is unnecessary trash.

The best value for money”
Honestly, this could be the best hotel I have ever tried. - The price of this hotel is cheap while I actually did not expect they can provide such good services. Its setup does not look like a hostel. This hotel is exceptionally good based on the price. - The staff, in fact, not excellent in English, but they can communicate in basic English that the check-in was efficient without any problem. - The room, a bit small, however, it is typical in Japan. You will see they paid effort on some details, for instance, they provide cables for charging your phone while not many hotels do this. - The WiFi is wonderful, ~5MB/s which is fast enough. - The bed, comfortable and big, no problem at all. - If you requested not to clean the room, they will put a bag contains all materials for you at the door of your room. - The breakfast, the food is not as many as I read the comment online, but at least it is good enough for breakfast. I'll come back again if I go to Osaka.

Small but cosy”
It's a small and cramped room not game for the claustrophobic. Sporting a size of 12m2 for a room, it may not even cause you discomfort as you try to manoeuvre around unpacking or packing your luggage. The good news is - daily necessities are more than sufficient and the hospitality of the staff will surely leave you to think otherwise. The hotel is nestled in a dense urban enclave but full of eateries and near the long historic shopping arcade connecting Namba, Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. If you need any more consolation, it is just a leisure walk underground before you reach the metro hub of Shinsaibashi which will get you to the Umeda, Namba or other interchanges to connect to other cities of the Kansai region.

Clean, comfortable, great location”
Lovely hotel perfectly located just off the main district of Shinsaibashi, walking distance to Dotombori. Two metro stations close by, so easy to get around the city and to/from Shin Osaka and the airport. Our room was slightly tight for space, but that is fairly normal for Japan - just be careful to check room size before booking!

Great location and polite staff”
The hotel's location is key. A short walk brings you to the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, and if you continue the walk, you will reach Dotonbori and Nipponbashi area shopping streets. Check out the side alleys for more eateries. Assess to metro is easy. Underpass walkway from Shinsaibashi Station to hotel. Once you alight from the subway, exit from Exit 2, and go towards Crista Nagahori / North No. 5. Staff were polite and daily breakfast was great. The hotel is located by the main road. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to request for a quiet room, towards the back of the building.

Great hotel!”
There is a direct access to the hotel from Crysta Nagahori exit North 5, straight from Shinsaibashi Station Exit 1. Turn right after exiting from Crysta Nagahori North 5, the hotel is 10 seconds away! Super convenient location with access to 7-11, cafes and eateries. 5minutes walk to the busy Shinsaibashi shopping street! No bottled water in room, but the unlimited flow of free drinks at hotel cafeteria saves the day! Friendly and nice staffs! Thank you for making my stay great! Will come back again!

Great location and very clean”
I particularly love this hotel because their are very open about helping customers receive parcels prior to checking in, which was very helpful for me because not all hotels are okay with receiving parcels on behalf of customers. The check in staff was extremely helpful and prepared my 2 parcels for me upon checking in. The welcome drink / free drinks at the hotel lobby was also very welcoming! There were so much to pick from! The room is smaller than expected but this is very common for Japan hotels, especially if located in such a prime area. Right outside the hotel you are able to enter an underground walking street called CRSTA, it literally takes you everywhere - including Shinsaibashi, and two different metro stations! Therefore you won't have to worry even if it's raining or extremely cold outside. It also made it so much easier for me to drag my super heavy luggages to the station! Overall I am really satisfied with this hotel and I will, for sure, stay here again next time!

A bit small but a clean and neat hotel to stay at Shinsaibashi”
There is a underground market (Crystal underground market) connected to Shinsaibashi and hotel with an exit close to the hotel. if you are travelling with many luggage and stroller via subway, I will recommend you to go to the hotel via Crystal underground market. Meanwhile, the highlight is the breakfast and free drinks for customers. Recommended for people with kids and we enjoyed our stay here.
